Bra fitting help » Fits well with 2 sets of cookies

If I can put 2 sets of cookies in the bra, is it 2 sizes too big?
Should I go down to 80D if I like the fit with 2 sets of cookies? Or is 2 sets of cookies 1 cup?

helpfulI'm not sure there is a set amount of room cookies really take up, as everyone's tissue and shapes have subjective degrees of volume needs in any given cup size. It's down to personal shape issues.
I've read that cookies are a useful tool to even out minor asymmetry between breasts; used the way a cushion on a chair helps to raise a child's seat at a table. Early reviews of cookies in Ewa Michalak bras look like they're used to help with monthly fluctuations. Cookies are particularly helpful to anyone 'between sizes' fill out the style that matched their projection needs, because sizing down is too small and forces breasts backward to the sides (love that armpit bulge), but sizing up in the same style then fits loose/gappy (great, now the cup feels empty).
If your breasts feel supported and secure inside from the underwire up to the upper band with the cookies and are filling the top well it might not be the size, just using cookies as intended to compensate for shape stuff. If the breast seems to be sliding around inside the cup even with 2 sets of cookies, is it too much cup height or a lack of closing in on the top? I still find that Ewa M strap placement is a huge bane for many users, when the cup shape itself is otherwise a great fit. Many ways to look at what features will solve, what the cookies are serving in liu of.
So if it's a matter of solving for breast shape support. S being so projected and short, is a strange and awesome style that seems to be a hard fit for many... SM should be the unlined version of this pattern, while both are very projected/upper full, the mesh main of SM has some mechanical ease/give while its top embroidery does not. S is the foam padded version that seems to be cut a little fuller/rounded (especially at apex in my opinion) while many SM versions shape up to fit more conical and closed on top- could be many users fullness pulling the pattern to it's maximum depth, but maybe it's just the unlined SM version's shape.Due to this extra projection of this specific pattern, the S cookies are cut larger and not shaped as narrowly as they are for other Ewa M styles, I feel their extra width takes up much more surface volume than the PL and BM cookies do... it's hard to guesstimate with 1 set how much room they take... Fitwise, I feel I lose about 1/3 of a cup size? Visually the cup that had looked fine before, now looks like several sizes too small. I've wide short roots with dense/resistant heavy tissue starting from my ribs outward, that needs every molecule of immediate depth of a very deep cup. With 1 set of cookies I feel compressed and the wires sit far below IMF, I get a ton of orange-in-a-glass symptoms that make the same bra appear several sizes too small. With 2 I can't imagine being able to get into the same cup in my size at all. This is why it's so hard to tell how much volume cookies generally take up.

helpfulI think this is too projected. The cup width in the 80E looks appropriate. If you sized down to the right cup depth (probably 80D, as you suggest), then the cups would be too narrow.

My roots. This is actually too wide.
I put a straw where my roots are.
You can always go wider, but not narrower if a bra actually is in your imf but this isn't so I can go much narrower.

Also, the wire lines are from DD. As you can see, I can go down 2-3 cup sizes as far as wire width goes. Probably half an inch down in wire width from 80DD

Why can't my band size be 80?

Ah you're new. 70= 32 75=34 80=36 etc

This bra is 36 E. I'm typically a 32-34 but ewa Michalak runs snug so I go to 36 which is 80. They measure differently. It's cm, I do believe.

Thank you for responding! I'll come back later with updated Pictures of no cookies/with cookies. I have VERY VERY loose breast tissue that I'll also photograph so even when I'm quadding, I'm not actually quadding. It's just the loose tissue.
I also have roots that are extremely short (about 2 inches) but really really thin breasts so projection works well for me. I need extra projection but at the same time my tissue is so soft that it can be manipulated.
Really puts a new twist on the phrase "liquid gold". After producing liquid gold for 10 years my breasts decided to become liquid so I completely understand what you're saying about the cookies.
Honestly, I'd rather this bra be about 5.5 inches tall. My roots are that short and breasts are that thin.
I want my breasts to be as squished in as I can get them.
