Bra fitting help » Wires too wide? Or is this breast tissue?

Issue resolved
Needed to realize I'm justified in spending more money to try a different size until I get the perfect fit.
Original problem
I took my bra off last night to bathe and looked in the mirror which I rarely do before I get out of the bath tub. While looking in the mirror I noticed this mark under my arm way past my breast. I do scoop and swoop so I pull in all of the extra tissue under my arm so I don't think it should go back "this" far.
Here is the picture
https://ibb.co/7ScWzmhAs you can see, I have no IMF on the side so I have no clue what size wire to actually use.
My DD wires feel best but the bra is already tearing after 2 weeks because the mesh fabric is so strained because I need more projection (leading me to think 75F would be a good resolution because the wires are more narrow than 80E and cups are deeper)Is this line ok, or does it mean I need to sister size down to get more narrow wires deeper cups? (Center full. Half the breast on the outside as what's on the inside. My breasts hang past my rib cage when relaxing arms down and are 14 inches \/ length when measuring my entire breast length. This bra is approximately 9.7-8 inches deep and 5.8 or so wide.
I'm getting the 75F I just don't know if it will change the width of the wires enough to fix this, if this is an issue.
It's not uncomfortable, but it's also not comfortable.
**I do have pendulous breasts/deflated breasts but my breasts lift when I raise my arm. I didn't lie about my shape. That's not what this is about. It's about the underarm underwire line. Picture isn't accurate for breast size and shape as raising arm changes them**
Ps- new fit issue. Not yet resolved.

helpfulI like the fit. I have no issues with the loose band. All of my breast tissue is encapsulated and doesn't escape, so I'm ok with a 75f and 80E either way.
I'd need an extender for 75 until it broke in though, for sure.Pay no mind to
Measurement
in
Comfortable ribcage 36.0
Loose ribcage 34.0
Tight ribcage 34.0
Horizontal perimeter 11.0
V. breast perimeter 0.0
Laying breast perimeter 0.0
Nip 2 Neck 5.0
Breast base height 0.0
Frame width 0.0I still haven't learned exactly what any of this means so it's of no use

helpfulHow far you can stretch out the band is not a reliable way to measure appropriate band snugness. Instead, pay attention to how it fits and how it feels: the band should be snug but comfortable; it shouldn't shift with movement (such as arms overhead); the wire should fit in the IMF without sliding down throughout the day If it does all those things, then it's a good fit, even if you can fit two fists under the band!
If you're comfy here, I'd definitely stick with the 80 band.

I don't have an IMF under my arms, but I do feel it's a bit too wide for me. The sf nibynic 80DD wire is much better but the cups are too small. The depth of BM 80E is perfect though.
My imf stops at the bottom of my breasts on the outside.. it points towards my upper back in an angle and stops.
I think this is due to ill fitting bras that were halfway under my arm pit for 20 years, but the DD wire is more comfortable but presses into my sternum as there's not enough space in the bottom of the cups for my breasts. It's ok with an extender, but with an extender the top of the bra cup is loose 🤦♀️
I do think I'll go with 75F to get the depth and width I need, and use an extender if necessary. ( & Looking at pictures, I do look more like the ladies in 75f bras minus me having bigger arms due to welding but that doesn't affect fit)
I did screw up my post though, my flared ribs are 36 but rarely do I wear a bra that goes down that far. Loose UB is 34, comfortably snug is 33, and tight is 32 IF I'm not accounting for my flared ribs. I meant to add this part.
I'm about to place an order for 6 more sf cuts and 2bm cuts in 75F with an extender for each bra just to be safe.
TBH, I'm not really sure why I asked. I think I just wanted someone to tell me it's ok to try a different size because I've already spent a ridiculous amount of money on bras in the last 6 months.
I grew up poor with hammy down bras from my family who was wearing 36H, 38F, 40DD, and so on when I technically needed a 30G in 4th grade, and a 32H in 8th grade. (Pregnancies have shrunk the girls) Even on a welding for the government sized paycheck now, I have a hard time justifying spending $200 on bras without wanting them to last 10 years. Yeah... The more I have typed the more I realize this is true. I just need to be told to get whatever size bra I think is best if the bras I already have aren't perfect. Thank you for helping me realize this!
