2 cup sizes too big?
Here is a video showing normal slouching (scoliosis. Slouching is most comfortable) vs standing straight vs pushing in at the bottom of the cup
https://photos.app.goo.gl/wCRLTAjkx2id41yo7I do think it's a 2 cup sizes too large but I'm also newish to this so help would be greatly appreciated.
Very very very shallow top breasts so maybe even 3 cup sizes too big? 80DD is the most comfortable fit for me in BM and SF.

helpfulThis is barely too big, I think just one cup size. (If it were three cup sizes too big, there would be massive gaping, which there isn't.) But I think it's a shape mismatch--if you went down in the cup, the wires would be too narrow.

helpfulI thought their strapgate issues were over but guess not! Strap placement is likely why the upper cup isn't in the right place for where you need the upper cup tensioned at. Straps set too far off to the side/right in the armpit will force the upper cup to gape and usually positions the breasts somewhat east/west even if the style isn't generally east/west.
Bringing the straps in 2cm might help but it can be tricky to get the position right as it causes the cups to fit shallower. Try using a hair tie to bring the straps closer together a la racerback first, and see if this doesn't help with the cup position. If it fixes the problem, look into ordering j hooks and adding them or buying a pack of strap holders (circular with a pair of tongs on the inside, sort of look like an O with a broken = inside of it).Updated on September 8, 2024 Flag this

helpfulI also think this one is at least 2 cup sizes too big because I think there is a lot of gapping both at the bottom of the cup and the top. I don’t know if the cups will still be a good width for you if you do go down though.

It's definitely too wide. Probably half an inch or so, but that could be because my tissue is so soft that it just fills whatever I put them in no matter the shape. I can comfortably wear a bra that's 5 inches wide and 9.6 deep

My breasts are naturally east west and center full + Functionally fob.
So this is just a shape mismatch?
Thank you!
I'm going to try your recommendations but I do feel as if both of my breasts could fit in 1 cup. Once broken in, SF 80DD is a perfect fit (nibynic which I've been told is a little more roomy than other sf bras) so I think I should have went with a 80DD or maybe even a D for CHP.
I know that SF isn't projected enough but because I have soft tissue it's ok.
I'll only be getting 80DD BM in the future because I think it will be the best option for me. (Maybe 75E as well. 80E fits but it's too tall because I'm very FOB and have no upper breast tissue to fill out the cup which could also be why CHP 80E isn't working well for me
