helpfulIt’s too small in the cups. I would try a 32H-HH in this bra. The cups are pulling the band up. That’s why the cups are empty at the bottom. There is not enough room in the cups to support your breasts.

Oh ok. My bad. I would ditch the moulded cup bras and return them. Seamed bras are a great option.
what's weird is that trying to find a new bra after weight gain (I wore these in that size for years) I went to 34G in the same bra (Charlotte) and it seems HUGE for some reason. Yet 34GG in the Freya Deco is an improvement. I own a CK 32H bra that I showed on this site as well as the 34G charlotte and I find 32 band is definitely too tight as I definitely gained ribcage padding as well. the ABTF calculator puts me around a 34GG as well, not a bigger 32 cup. But I find the molded bras are difficult, because I am projected and the center of my breasts push the cups open so they look gapped but sizing down will usually always cause quadding or even ripping the bra and damaging it.
