Bra fitting help » Center gore issue ?
Freya » Offbeat Side Support Bra (5451) » 30E 30:6
Any advice would be amazing ! I'm unsure of the fit, the cups feel wide enough under my arms but the center seems alittle wide for me. It feels like only one boob can fit at a time?
The back looks tight to me ? It feels OK but I feel like I want a bra that has thicker sides and comes up higher under my arms. Where do I go from here ??

helpfulNot terrible! but the gore is kind of *borderline problematic* in my opinion. (that being said, I wear bras with gores that are "borderline problematic" from time to time, so it is what is is!) It matters if it bothers you, Like if you feel like the gore is pressing into breast tissue, or if it's digging into your chest wall.
It's funny b/c #1 and #3 almost look like different people wearing the bra - I guess it's just different lighting! Or different angles,
Your breasts look close-set to me, so you're going to have to avoid some of the styles and brands that have wide gores.
30E size is always interesting b/c - it's kind of right in the middle between shallow and projected shapes. A lot of people with 30E (very common bra size, btw) IMO are just "average" breast shape - like not overally projected. Not overly shallow either.
Some of the U.K. brands can have kind of *wide gores* depending on the style. So I would look for something with a narrow gore/low gore. Also, I would avoid a style like Natori Feathers, since it has a wide gore/shallow cups.
Hope that helps! Sorry I can't really give you exact suggestions, I'm not super familiar with some of the U.K. brands, I tend to just stick with what works for me. and I have projected breast shape (32GG UK bra size)

It's a lot of try on and return for everyone!

helpfulThe gore of this bra is pulling away from your sternum, indicating that the cups are 3 cup sizes too small. I would try a 30F-FF uk, if you want to. If that makes any sense.

Thankyou, do you think I will need a bigger band size also ? Or just try larger cups to start with ?

helpfulI think this bra is a bit too wide for you because of the slight wrinkling underneath your armpit and just the wrong shape. And I agree with you the gore looks too wide. I would also recommend trying the brand Natori, but for me I think Boux Avenue will suit your shape even better. And I also think you should try one band size up, so 32DD. The cup size looks fine, I think your are experiencing some spilling out in the center because the wires are too wide for you so your breast tissue is popping up a little in the front. It looks to me that your root width is average-to-narrow but your root height is tall. So ya, all-in-all I would recommend Boux Avenue to try.

helpfulThe band is also a bit too tight imo (see how the side seam is warped into a ) shape?), which might be making the wires pull a bit wider.
