The band is too small, and the straps are too tight, even when I lengthen the . Should I just order the sister size in a band up? 30gg?

helpfulIt looks like the underwires aren't in your IMF (inframammary fold/breast root), so the entire bra is sitting a few centimeters too low. This is usually caused by the cup being the wrong shape (too shallow) or too small. Given your problems with the underwire poking, I'd recommend skipping the 30GG and moving to another bra style. I know that Polish brands like Ewa Michalak Comexim and Gorsenia are generally very projected, as well as having narrow cups, but idk about other options in your size.
The gore is floating either because of the cups being too small or because you are close set. If you're close set, try a plunge bra.
As for the band size, try hooking the bra upside down back to front, so that the cups hang down your back like a cape. Is the band still too tight? (If it feels looser, the cups are too small.)

Thanks for the advice! I didn't think of that. It's looser when I hook it upside down
