Cup big. Shape mismatch
Original problem
Gore isn't touching sternum. Wire not sitting in imf. Underwire is a little wide. Whenever I size up in the cup so that my gore touches my sternum, the wires get way too wide and like my ribs and armpit

I think this bra just isn't for you. I'm also surprised to see it marketed as a plunge, given how tall the gore seems to be! Given your fit issues, I'd suggest trying something Polish (narrower underwires, more projection = boobs not pushing underwire out of IMF, narrower gores/actual plunges), though I'm not an expert on the available offerings. Maybe look if you can find e.g. any Ewa Michalak Comexim or Gorsenia locally? r/PolishBras also exists and has a wiki.

helpfulFrom seeing all the empty cup volume in the bra my first suggestion is to go 1-2 cup sizes down. And the empty cup volume I am referring to is the wrinkling at the bottom of the cup (not being able to fill out the bottom) and also the wrinkling at the sides underneath your armpit. Since the wire is being pulled way past your imf that means that the whole side of the cup isn’t being filled by breast tissue. And I’d also try going one band size up since I see that the wires are being pulled a bit. And also when you go down 1-2 cups I’m a bit afraid that the band might be a bit tight too (but if you see that the band is too loose in the 30 while going down the 1-2 cups then I’d go back down to a 28). Also I agree with the other person as well, since you have pretty narrow roots I’d try going for a brand like Cleo by Panache or Panache. And you would also probably find success in polish bras. So I’m thinking in conclusion I think the bra might be both 1-2 cups too big and also a shape mismatch.
