Bra fitting help » How much should I up the cup size?
Freya » Starlight Moulded Bra (5200) » 28F 28:7
This is a UK 28F bra. I've recently been trying to find my right sizing recently, I used to buy very cheap and poorly fitting 36C bras. I have definitely decided I should go from a 28 to a 30 for the band but I am struggling with cup size. Should I try a 30F a 30FF or something bigger? This site recommends a 28-30J (28:13-30:13) but I think that might be a little big for me. "A bra that fits" calculator told me 28 F/FF for uk sizes.

helpfulWith this fit, I'd go up two cup sizes to 28G (30FF).

helpfulYou have close-set breasts, so none of the made-in-China brands (like Freya, Elomi, Panache, Cleo) will not work for you.
I suggest checking out Polish bras.FYI, the lingerie marketing firm that took over the ABraThatFits forum labels them "UK brands" but they actually have nothing to do with the UK anymore. For more than a decade.
I mean, they're sold in the UK, but so are the Polish brands, German brands, Lithuanian brands, Latvian brands, French brands, etc.
Otherwise, brands like Freya, Elomi, etc. are made in China and headquartered in Japan. Not that you asked, but "UK brands" is actually a misnomer by the lingerie marketing firm; it's an odd "white washing!!! " and I think it's weird. I would never call them UK brands, I just call them what they are "made in China" It's purely motivated by greed that they don't call a spade a spade (if that makes sense) IT'S INACCURATE. //end of rant//
