Issue resolved
Loosening the straps
Original problem
I think it fits correctly— the tail of Spence area is very chunky and I do look a little lumpy, but seems to mostly sit in my IMF, which is good enough imo since my IMF is splayed.
Just wanted to double check and see if there’s anything I’ve missed!

helpfulI think this is pretty good. Make sure you aren’t getting pinching on the underarm side from the wire. If you push down on the wire underneath your underarm it should be sitting firmly on your ribcage, if it’s squishy then it’s still sitting on breast tissue.

Yup, it could be the slightest bit of breast tissue. I have the same problem with that slight bit of tissue. But you can easily manually widen the wires and its should be perfect. I’d even bend the wires in the middle a bit to mimic lots of wear so it mimics your ribcage more. That should do the trick since the cups look great. And if the red marks persist and hurt panache wires might just be too strong for you (they are too strong for me in particular).

I think I’ll try that a bit! Other than the marks from the wires, I feel like this has probably been my best fit so far. I’m also loathe to return this one because the color is very cute haha

helpfulFrom the side photo, you can see that the band is riding up at the back. I would loosen the shoulder straps and pull it down your back an inch or two, so it's parallel. Overall, this bra is a little too projected for you (you don't seem to fully filling out the cup apexes--I see some wrinkling), but certainly close enough to be wearable.

I tried loosening it and I think it’s doing well! I might try an extender even though by measurements alone it should be ok. It’s hard to make things fit when I’m pretty sure I have a full cup of difference between the two, and super soft tissue that quads very easily! If you have any recs for something fairly similar, or with a bit less projection that might work for me, I’d love to take a look

Perhaps Bravissimo Millie Bra (LN566) or Panache Clara Full Cup Bra (7255)? Both have a similar profile but are a bit less projected, and they have stretch lace to accommodate asymmetry.

I’ll look into those, thanks for the suggestions! I think Clara might be a little bit too wide, but probably worth a shot at some point

Thanks for the advice Loxus, I tested it and found it was definitely on the ribcage.
After wearing it for a couple hours, I found that the outer portion left a red indent that hurt a little bit on my ribcage, and now I’m wondering if perhaps it’s still too wide for me?
In any case, I think the fabric will stretch and get more accommodating later
*Update: on further reflection, I think I may have very thin breast tissue there, hard to tell
