Bra fitting help » Is this bra too big or the wrong shape? Maybe both? Gorsenia Jenny 80M

This bra feels too big in the cups, but I think there might me something else going on too.
•This is supposed to be a balconette but it looks almost full cup on me.
•The bottom of the cups and the wires are pretty comfortable. I like how the bottom of the cups go out out from the wire at more of a straight line (immediate projection?) rather than an upwards slope like all my other bras. I usually don’t feel like there is enough space at the bottom of the cup, but I do with this one.
• I have wrinkling and some gaping at the top of the cup. The entire top half of the bra feels unsupportive.
•The gore tacks but I feel like it comes up too high, almost above where my breast tissue starts.
•The wires are wide set and almost fall off my shoulders.
•I feel like this looks way more full coverage on me than the pictures I find online. This is supposed to be a balconette but looks almost full coverage on me.
I am/have:
•Projected
•Pendulous
•Center full
•Bottom full
• Narrow roots
• I think short roots but I’m not sureI have never had a bra that really fits well but the bras I have felt most comfortable in are Elomi Matilda and Panache Rocha. They both have low and short gores. Both bras had other fit issues but I the general shape of those bras felt good to me.
•Do you guys think this is a shape mismatch for me? •Would sizing down lower the gore and make this bra less full coverage? •Can a bra fit at the bottom and be too big in the top, and what would that indicate?
•Do you guys know of any other bras like the Panache Rocha or Emomi Matilda that has a bottom that is more shaped like this bra? I posted another fit request of a Gorsenia Paradise that also has a good bottom shape but is too big in the cup.Thank you in advance!
