After being ill fitted for 22 years, I finally realized I'm a 28F/28FF. Looking at the various size of bras I have in my drawers, the sizes range from 32B to 36B then 32C to 36C and finally I found 32D fitted the best. But that was before I had my 28F.

Now that I'm wearing 28FF, the band fits really well, it does not ride up like 32 band does, however I find the cups are not deep enough and underwires are too wide. The 32DD has the best fitted cup depth and width but riding up bands!

Any idea what should I wear? Is it just me or there's someone out there having the same issues too?

  • Do you have a 32DD at home that has a good cup depth and width, or did you mean that 32DD's in general do? If you have one 32DD at home that you really like cup-wise, a smart idea would be to alter that bra :) Make the band shorter. Why not if you already have it?

  • Which bras have you tried in a 28FF? It might just be a matter of finding a brand that does bras with narrow wires and enough projection. For example, I find that Panache and Cleo have quite wide wires and are often too shallow for me; three-part Freya and Bravissimo balcony plunges are narrower and deeper. Ewa Michalak and Comexim also have notoriously narrow wires.
