I started my journey to find a bra that actually fits in the summer of 2014. I was ... wearing a very ill-fitting 38D/DD and was re-sized into a UK 30G/GG depending on brand, taking mostly a 30G in Freya's padded half cups and 30GG in Curvy Kate's padded balconettes. Cleo and Panache hated my boobs.
By the end of 2015, I had lost substantial weight and dropped to a 30FF/28G. By the end of 2016, I dropped again to my current UK size, 28F/FF.
My size/shape and fit issues:
At 30G/GG, I was full on top. At 28G/30FF, I was even to very slightly FoT with strong FoB tendencies; pendulous with very soft tissue. Now I have lost most of my upper and outer fullness. As a result, I need short, narrow and projected cups.
Likes: Lightly padded cups; balconettes/half cups; flat seams; soft materials; small patterns and details like polka dots.
Dislikes: Unlined cups, lace detailing that shows through shirts; tall cups; Deep U-shaped underwires.
