I don't understand why American manufacturers would think that a woman consumer would 'love' the fact that she's ... takes a 40 inch bra back instead of a 34 inch bra back (cup size not withstanding). I was thrilled to "lose those 6 inches" and actually get a bra that fits. Don't they know that more women will buy American bras if they make the bras that fit us? I guess they don't see that European bras makers are getting rich over their neglect.

The fashion industry already panders to woman's size issues by hiding the size requirements behind 'standard' issue sizes 0-18 and upwards instead of doing it by measurements. They don't do that to men.

How much easier it would be to go to any store and buy anything by exact measurements than by brand guessing on sizes.
