• Can you post a fit check? It looks fine from the pictures here but I’m not seeing the problem areas you mentioned in the pictures either.

• Calluna I returned the bra the day after I tried it on. I realize now my question is pretty much impossible to answer without more detailed fit pics. I was just really surprised/annoyed with Breakout CS and fired this off without thinking.

• Different size (32FF), but my CHP Magnolia is very open on top. This can make it a bit tricky if you are not very full on top. It is a real half cup, so there is very little cup above the apex curve.

• I'm not sure how much help my experiences will be, given that Ewa & Comexim don't always scale as well as they might, but 65N is my Ewa size so far in BMs, thought I am closer to a 65O in the Plunges (but their plunges don't work for me at all) . Comexim plunges I'm solidly a 65 O, but straps are too wide (going to try and alter those this week. wish me luck!)

  I've been nervous to order from Poland so I've been getting mine from Breakout Bras - shipping has been crazy quick even with Co-Vid - 3-4 days max from their warehouse in SC to me in Southern CA. Good for my impulsive, delayed-gratification-averse self.

• We are pretty close in size. I' a 60GG in Ewa now and a 60K in unmodified Comexim plunges.

• I’m a 30FF and wear a 65J Ingrid with extra depth added because it is a shallow bra. You will need to go up several sizes to fit a 30GG UK. Probably to a K/L cup size depending on the style and whether you need any alterations. Comexim uses 2cm for cup progression instead of 1in (2.4cm). You generally want to go up 1-2 cup sizes from your UK size but the number of cups is larger the higher the cup size.

• I would strongly suggest you order a couple different sizes, but without any alterations to start with, so that you can return them if they don't fit. If you pay in full using PayPal, you can sign up for their free return shipping. Read the rules before returning anything so you know what to do, but it's pretty straight forward (in cnd it's up to $30 10 or 12 times a year, and you need a picture of the box with postage on it and a receipt with tracking).
  I wear a 28FF/30F and order 60HH in plunges and 60J in half cups, or 65HH in half cups depending on how tight I want the band. Like Calluna, when I was closer to 30FF I'd also order 65J half cups (and I size down in plunges because they're taller and I have little upper boob with short roots). Plunges are slightly more projected and I'm not sure if you'd have to size down in them because I don't know enough about your shape, bra fit, etc. Like I said, try ordering a couple sizes until you know what your true size/fit is.

  Looks like on average, they stretch nearly 30%

• Lace bands are firmer and tighter than the knit. Some people find the bands really stretchy but personally, I size up from 65FF to a 70F most of the time.

I’m drooling over the Comexim Inez - I’ve been having problems with all my bras (even the ones I think fit at first) poking under my armpits after wearing for a while - and I’m thinking shorter/narrower wires may be the answer. But I don’t see any style info on the page, so how do I know what style it’s similar to so I can compare measurements and try to pick a size? And how does a person in the US go about ordering a bra from Poland?

• That looks like a Plunge, so you can look at other Comexim plunges. You can order from the US on their website, you pay with PayPal if I remember correctly. It does take awhile to come though. And returns are expensive cuz you pay shipping. Though you can usually resell if it doesn’t fit.

• Which bra have you purchased? It makes sense to upload it with measurements and have a fitting help if it is painful to you. Maybe it's the center gore issue, maybe it's the wire issue... Some brands like Panache have very hard wires which can also cause comfort problems.

  If you can't return it, then try to sell it. There's already a listing platform on Bratabase, or you can also list it on the german App Kleiderkreisel.

• My boobs are the same way! And, no, unless it's uncomfortable, I wouldn't consider this as making a bra not fit. If you click on the 'personal assessment' section after the regular fit check screen you can set a bra as fitting even when you have minor issues like this :).

• Have you scooped and swooped correctly? Every time you put on a bra, you should try to pull the wires up and let them stay directly in your IMF.

  If this doesn't work, there can be 2 shape mismatch possibilities: the cups are too shallow and the band is too tight at same time, or the cups are too narrow for you (orange in glass).

  Or there can also be another possibility, the bra actually fits, but you have firm tissue and the straps are not adjusted short enough, so your tissue can push the bra down. In this case it can be very hard to wear a multiway bra without straps, but you can use clear straps to solve the problem.

• It could also be due to the fabric of the cup. I can try a soft cup bra and it fits against my sternum way better, but if I try a bra with a foam like cup that has a narrower center gore, it can float. My boobs push more against the stuff cup and push it away ever so slightly, where as the softer fabric bras have more give.

  Maybe you are right, I feel the cups of bikini tops are a little bit softer than the normal padded bras. They are more similar to sport bras.

  By the way, I saw you have tried a Panache Anya Bikini Top but without success. If you like the stripes style as well, you can try one in 30G. This style has a discount in many online shops.

• Freya and Fantasie are owned by the same company, Wacoal, who also own Elomi, Goddess, b.tempt'd.

  The sizing should be fairly similar as they both use the same "standard".

• They are similar. I love Freya, and wear a handful of Fantasie. Fantasie stops at a 30 band, Freya goes down to 28. Personally I find Fantasie bands slightly stretchier/larger than Freya. They also tend to be more side support and full coverage styles, vs freyas plunges, deco, fun colors etc. I see Freya as Fantasie's little sister, kinda like how Cleo is to Panache.

• I wear a 95J in Comexim which I think is the same cup volume as a 70O though obviously pretty different in the band. I find that the wires of the 3HC are a lot wider than their plunges and they don’t tack but fit a lot better if I change the wires out for stronger ones.

• Welcome to Bratabase.

  I have read from a German bra blog that the fitting service of Change Lingerie has a very instable quality. I also had this service once in their local store in Cologne and I've even purchased two bras. But later I found they are both too wide and shallow for me and it was also too late to return. So I think learning about bra fitting by yourself can be a better choice, especially when there's no bra fitting studios near you. Then use PayPal free return service to try different brands from worldwide :)

• Those bras might be just minimizers so that's why they make your breasts look smaller and push them to your armpits. Some brands just won't work for certain people. Try out something different

  For sports bras, I've seen a couple Panache in 28E and 28F on Poshmark for around $25-$30 if you don't mind slightly used condition!

• Seeing as you're in the U.S. (and I presume your sibling is too?): Breakout Bras always has very low prices comparatively and also has tons of sales, combined with a points system as you buy more bras (I think the top reward you can get is 30% off your order). Whether you could get a bra in this size for less than $30 from BoB....eh, maybe if you get really lucky. Otherwise, like dtane18 said, you can either get used bras from Bratabase or Poshmark for relatively cheap.

• I'm a different size range (34E UK). I am center full and close set, and the narrower gores in both Comexim and EM are so much nicer. In EM I have to sister size in some bands to a 36/80. With Comexim I'm trying having the straps moved in and the cup height lowered. We'll see how it goes!

• Are you thinking of going with a 3HC or a plunge? I personally wear a 60HH/65H in plunges, but wear a 60J/65HH in 3HC. I wear about a 28FF/30F, but right now am a bit smaller in volume and fullness and I can still wear my 60J 3HCs/60HH plunges without any gaping.

  The plunges are very slightly more narrow than the half cups, and they are more projected. I have soft tissue that forms to the bra, so I can wear either 3HC or plunges. The 3HC make you look rounded but not as projected from the side (profile).

  I just did my measurements yesterday, so if you look at my homepage, you can compare my measurements to yours. I am more FOB with some pseudo ptosis very little upper tissue, bit of centre fullness, and short narrow roots.

  I do find that moving straps in and lowering the gore/cup makes the cup fit a touch smaller too. I'd wait to hear what Joanna says too before you order and then take your best gamble. Maybe try emailing her again?

• Wilderness1 Thanks for your help! I'm looking into getting some plunges. I have a 65H Ingrid that fits well in the cups, but the cup height is too tall, straps too wide, and band slightly loose.

  How do you feel about the fit for 3HC? I've seen a few people saying they're not great for FOB shapes, but they seem to fit you very well based on your Bratabase reviews! I've been avoiding them, because I wasn't sure if they would work with my FOB shape and less upper fullness after losing weight.

  My email to Joanna a week ago was the second time emailing for clarifications with the same questions, so I'm unsure if I should reach out again. I fear spamming her, but I also really want to place this order asap since shipping times take long.
