Trying again with Comexim

After two weeks without hearing anything back from Comexim about my previous order (65HH - Comexim » Victoria Half Cup) that didn't fit, I decided to order again, this time two bras like an idiot (another Victoria 3HC and a different plunge), and fingers crossed that they work. I am so confused on sizing at this point. I couldn't wait any longer to hear back from Anna because I'm moving soon. I feel kind of dumb for ordering with so many unknowns. But it's done now and maybe Anna will still find time to get back to me ...

  • I've been waiting 2.5 months for one made-to-order Comexim bra. Note: it does not have one of the critical alterations I requested.

And, in my angst, yesterday I ordered two used Freyas, two new Curvy Kate, and one new Freya; knowing each of these bras will require alterations IF they fit well enough to justify alterations. These recently ordered bras will arrive before the one Comexim I ordered on April 12. Thankfully, the three new bras can be easily returned--"silver lining."

I adore Comexim, but inconsistent fulfillment of alterations is...literally, maddening.

Like you, I'm ready to order again; hoping to soon own a comfortable, non-sports bra. Unlike you, I've purchased 24 or so different Comexim.

You are no idiot: you are an optimist :-) :-) :-)

Continuing to believe a Comexim will fit when 24 others have not and buying five bras yesterday that have a 5% probability of fitting, I am intellectually challenged. ;-)

  • Love4Pollinators Lol, I feel your pain, I really do. 2.5 months is such a long time. I don't think I could trust my boobs to stay the same size by then. I just received my "backup" bra yesterday that I ordered right before my Comexim arrived as a "just in case" and I really don't like the fit that much, I'm kind of meh about it. Another one to add to the sell pile. So now I'm stumped and considering finding something else to order as a stop gap. I wanted to have the Comexims for summer because most of my other bras are molded and my lightly padded ones don't fit me so well anymore. These extra 2 weeks of just waiting have made having my Comexim bras for summer pretty much impossible.

I also splurged this month on a Fantasie half cup I have been watching for ages. The cup is too small for my larger side, which I could probably have dealt with, but the band is also much too big. It's so pretty and it was relatively expensive. I consider $80 for two Comexims expensive, too; it's not that affordable for me even though I appreciate the workmanship, I just mean in general in the scope of my budget. But man, I am striking out with bras big time. I have almost as many bras up for sale as I do in my rotation.
