I am close set with immediate projection and shallow tall roots. For my size this bra runs cup size larger so I order a 30E rather then my usual 30F. The first thing I noticed when I put on the bra was the hard wires so I had to exchange them for flex wires in order to wear the bra. The gore still a tad too tall but with softer wires it doesn't bother me. The cups are the right size with enough space at the bottom and open up top. The straps have pretty, flowery, pattern on them as do the cups. The straps are too wide set and are irritating whenever I move my arms. I HATE the shape it gives my boobs. They look very sad and spayed. The bra seems to be push them towards my armpits.

    • The cups look way too wide for you.
Are the pictures with the new wires? And do the wires even make a difference in how it fits?

    • 2

The pics are with the new wires. The Flexwires are a little wider but the shape was the same before I replaced the wires

    • Interesting. May I ask where you get these wires? And are there different types? I would like to reinforce my Panache Jasmine with some really firm wires like the ones in the Cleo Meg.

    • 2

The wires are from https://bravobellabras.com/collections/notions/products/underwires. They are very bendy so I don't think they would work for you. Amazon has heavy gauge wires I noticed, but I never tried them.

    • I like the color and pattern. Sorry the design is not ideal for your shape :-(

Pretty happy with this bra. My review is for the lavender. I'd consider it "dusty" or "vintage" lavender. It runs what I'd consider a cup large. The lace doesn't show under my shirt. The cups are narrow for a 30F, 5" (this is marked 30E) and has good depth, 10". I could use a touch more immediate depth but i say that all the time. I appreciate the wider softer straps. I thought they were too widely set when I tried it on but they didn't rub too much as I wore it. I should say I didn't notice ... them rubbing but I do have faint lines on my arms. If I moved the straps in slightly I'd lose a tiny bit of depth which would give me a more rounded shape as well. This I find rounder than Freya but not Cleo Apple round. I got this inexpensively from Amazon. The band is a little loose (30.5-31" stretched) for me. I measure 29.5" uncomfortable under bust. If they had a 28F I would try it but since they don't I found the second hooks usable. I've been having trouble finding something I really want to wear so I've been branching out where I can looking for some less common brands to see I can get a better fit somewhere. The gore is nice and low but I found with my softer tissue after trying it moving around a lot I ended up falling out in the center on my larger side https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_sad.gif" alt=":(" /> Still would recommend this bra to others with a similar shape or measurements.

This bra fits WEIRDLY. It's pretty much unwearable aside from the band. I usually wear a 30 but I can wear a 32 in this bra on the tightest hook and it's pretty good. The band is nice and wide and supportive. I love a wide band. But oh, this bra. It seems to be made of super cheap materials. I've seen it being sold for next to nothing, soooo I guess that makes sense. I feel like it would be really pretty if it were higher quality. The lace outside and the padding/lining aren't sewn together very well at the top. There's just a couple stitches and ... the rest of it is unsewn. WTF. The cups are unbelievably wide. I haven't looked into the actual numbers, but based on experience they seem even wider than a Curvy Kate. The wrinkles I get at the bottoms of these cups are appalling. The top of the cup - where to begin? I get quadboob at the top of the cup and major gapping on the side. I feel completely unsupported in this bra, like my boobs are in a freefall. And the Pepto Bismol pink is not my thing.

This is a pretty bra (thank you for sending it to me, mandapandarawks!). It's a gorgeous purple with a sculpted lace upper portion. The material is super stretchy and that's what makes this one work for me. Because of the stretchiness, it allows enough projection at the wire without the lace upper portion gapping or being too loose. It also has slide supports that I've often seen attached inside the cup on other bras. This is my first experience with it outside the cup. If I slouch, the side "sling" looks misplaced and gaps, but none of this shows beneath a shirt. The straps seem a bit stretchy and wide so it might not work for really narrow shoulders. It's a comfortable bra and I love it.

I was surprised reading other people's reviews of this bra which seemed overwhelmingly negative. I own two of these which I got used, and I love it. A lot of reviews say the band is, but I usually wear a28 band, and the 30 fits me well, after being well-worn. Also reviews go both ways on the cups running large and small, but mine fit very well. I get support which is nice as my breasts are getting heavier and not wanting to stay firm...

I kept seeing these Alegro bras all over Ebay. I haven't seen a lot of reviews on them, but since they aren't too expensive and I fell in love with the "Green Ash" color, I took a chance....and regretted it. Too be fair, this bra is pretty and actually, quite comfortable. However, it seems cheaply made/flimsy. The band is super stretchy and unsupportive. The lace along the bottom of the cup is so delicate, I don't think it would last a day without fraying. The straps are odd and I'm worried they would break if I made any sudden movements. They are not fully adjustable since they come ... as two pieces attached to each other. The front piece of the strap is attached to the cup with a thin plastic hoop. It is two strands with NO elasticity, they almost look like ribbons. This front piece of the strap is looped, not sewn, around the end of the back piece of the strap, which is a typical elastic strap. It's hard to describe, so I uploaded pics. Anyway, I just don't see this bra holding up very well. But here's the worst part. THE SHAPE OH GOD THE SHAPE is AWFUL! It is super pointy but manages to give me major quad boob as well. There is no elasticity at the top of the cup. I'm by no means a bra brand snob, but you could do much better for the price, I paid 19.99 USD. I've picked up NWT Freyas & Curvy Kates for half that, and while this bra is pretty (from a distance) it is not comparable in quality whatsoever. My advice-save your money. Fortunately, the seller takes returns, phew!

First, I'd like to say that this is a very pretty bra - deep blue lace overlaying a very pale nude (ish) mesh. It's just enough to keep nips from showing and still sheer enough to be pretty sexy. In other words, it's practical enough for everyday wear while still being nice to look at.

Unfortunately for me, the band is too large. This is somewhat expected, as it's a 30 back and I've got a 27" ribcage measured comfortably. The cups fit me fine (I believe my ideal size would be a 28D, so in the same cup family) except for one quibble - they wrinkle at the ... top. I think that this is because they're not molded and yet come up pretty high on my chest, and because my chest is on the small side, I don't have anything to fill in up there. It seems like a relatively unfortunate design choice, and I'm guessing many people my size will experience cup wrinkling at the top.

So while it's a cute bra and fits true to size, I'd suggest steering clear of it if you have small, firm breasts that won't fill the shape of the cup.

this is the last bra i ordered in my old size of 32ff. its a pretty unsaturated color in person vs the online photos that were provided - not necessarily the bras fault but i am sad about it. overall, its very comfortable aside from the minimal quadboob that it gives me. quality is surprisingly good provided i only paid $13!

    36J

    Didn't fit

This is a very pretty black satin/embroidered mesh bra that I would dearly love to wear.
In a technical sense, it fits, though the wires are too soft for the gore to tack completely. In a subjective sense, it is immediately and intensely uncomfortable, because it is just the wrong shape for my body. (A similar-sized friend loves it, though.)

Fit/Measurements: This is labeled as a plunge, but has a comparatively high center gore and fits me like a balcony bra. The band runs rather tight - I'm moving to 34 bands in Cleo/Panache, and I could barely fasten this 36 band. The wires are wide, soft, and feel ... very long. The actual length is similar to my 36J Cleos, but the positioning puts the wire just short of poking me. As far as I can tell, this bra has a lot of depth at the center wire, but not as much at the bottom of the cup.
I seem to need a lot of immediate depth all over, and I think the bra is trying to migrate downward, causing back and neck pain.

Appearance/Materials: This is a pretty, ornate bra with transparent mesh upper cups and lined lower cups. On me, the upper cup comes down far enough to show the nipple through the mesh. The cup lining and wings are made of black satin, similar to swim fabric. It is very soft and feels much nicer than my mesh Cleos.
The outer cup fabric is mesh, embroidered with curlicues. There's more embroidery up the front of the straps (only half-adjustable). Each strap attachment point has a tiny satin rose stitched over it. There's also a rather large bow and another satin rose at the center front. Visually, this is is a very busy bra, but the monochrome design keeps it from being overpowering.

Verdict: Lovely to touch, not so lovely (for me) to wear.

    30GG

    Didn't fit

    I have Glamour in a 32F, 30FF and 30GG; the 32F has a 2-hook closure and the two 30 bands have a 3-hook closure.

    How each size fits me:

32F - like a 34FF, some support, mostly filled top, filled bottom, no quad/spillage, soft tack

30FF- like a 32G, good support, mostly filled top, filled bottom, no quad/spillage, soft tack

30GG- like a 32H, good support, mostly filled top, filled bottom, no quad/spillage, wings and gore come up slightly taller which is fine for me, perfect tack

Clearly this model is extremely forgiving in terms of fit; I was able to wear all three sizes with similar results and very minimal ... if any issues. I am even and was able to fill out most of the top in all of them, there is more space there for those FOT who may need it. If they were less open up top and came in 28 bands they it would fit me much better, I was still able to get a nice naturally rounded shape from them regardless.

It is worth mentioning that the upper portion is not stretch lace (it IS stretchy though), but embroidered mesh similar to Panache Harmony that is difficult to lay flat unless your are FOT. This mesh is very much see-through, and depending on the size and placement of your areolas they may be at least partially visible through the top. The underwires wires on these aren't quite long enough to fill the channels, so they do slide back and forth in there . The side slings I suppose are there to stabilize the seamless cups. I'm not sure how affective they are, but it does gape when I bend at certain angles. This doesn't alter the functionality of the bra but some may find this bothersome.

The fabric feels smooth and extremely comfortable, the straps and wires feel like nothing when worn, same with the seamless cups. To me, this is an ideal bra for when you don't want or need a very firm band or heavy duty support, just something comfortable to wear and forget. The cups are deep and can accommodate projected shapes, however they do run large and I would suggest sizing down in both the band as well as the cup if you would like a more accurate fit.

Out of the three, the largest one 30GG is my best, albeit imperfect fit. Typically 30GG is my preferred size for minimizer bras but there is no minimizing effect from this one as it has too much give. For a sleep/lounge bra this is fine, for other times I prefer a smaller band, firmer material and better support.

This bra is a wonderful tee-shirt/smooth casual bra for everyday wear. It doesn't offer lift or much shaping, and I doubt that it would be as supportive to a fuller busted person (I'm usually a US30DD-30F), but the overall soft rounded look is perfect for work and general comfortable wear. The Alegro Flirt is THE BRA for people with wide roots, significant separation, and medium to full projection. If you have even or slightly bottom heavy breasts, you'll probably be happiest with the fit. My breasts fill out on top a bit during hormonal changes every month, and I've found that quad boob happens during those days. Otherwise, this is one of those bras that you just don't need to think about.

Note: I gained some weight after purchasing the 30D, and purchased a 30E to replace it. Both worked well at the sizes I corresponded to when they were purchased, but at my current height/weight, the 30E is a better fit.

My shape: full on bottom, soft tissue, narrow shoulders/roots.
Special thanks to MamaPagan for sending me this bra (and many others!) to try on!
Appearance: BRIGHT purple! This is a really pretty shade of straight up purple; I've never owned a bra this color before! Made of stretchy fabric, it has this side sling contraption on the outside of each cup that goes from the armpit all the way up to about the halfway point of the strap.. The top of the cups are made of stretchy purple mesh with embroidered leaf designs.
Fit: This doesn't offer the support I have come to love that my Ewa bras have, which ... isn't a surprise, given that this has no cup seams. The stretchy fabric allowed for lots of projection, though.
The biggest problem I had with this bra was the straps, but not my usual, "wah wah these are sooo wide!" The strap PLACEMENT was fine, but they were way too short. Since they only allow for adjustments halfway up the strap, I had them as long as they would go, and I still had the cups wedged into my armpit. I wasn't sure I would be able to put the bra on! If the fabric wasn't so smooth and silky, it would be seriously uncomfortable from the get-go.

I am adding this bra for data/informational purposes only. This Bra is not owned by me at the time of addition to the database.
The Glamour was a purple nylon bra with lace tops. It had 2 horizontal sections to the cups, plus a crescent sling area that is connected to the outer section of the cups for support.

The band measured 25.5” to a max of 36.5” and had 3 hooks with 3 rows of eye loops.

    Cup Depth as measured by:
1 Hovering the cup between the knees, then placing the tape measure into the cups without any resistance.
    This measurement is: 11”

2 Placing the cup over the knee and stretching it similar to what a breast would, to the maximum resistance.
    This measurement is: 13”

I feel these two figures give you a general idea of the minimum and maximum depth that the cup can accommodate, just like the flat and stretched band measurements do with bands.
