I like the shape this bra gives, but I find that the band is too stretchy for me. The back rides up during the day, and the lace on the bottom of the cups winds up folding over itself while the bottom of the cups start to gap away from my ribs leaving my boobs to fall down onto my ribcage. I hate this because the skin there gets sticky and irritated when this occurs. I also noted a larger than usual gap on the side of my smaller boob that I had to fix by resewing the strap on that side. So not a bra for heavier breasts with a tendency to touch the ribs beneath.
Not a good fit for conical breasts, or breasts without a lot of fullness on top.
Pros: The band fit is comparable to other brands/models in the same band size. The shoulder straps have plenty of adjustment.
Cons: The cups are too tall, leaving me with a lot of gapping at the top. The center gore is too tall, and pokes into my sternum. The cups really push everything to the center, in a weird way.
I kinda like this bra. The pattern is really cute. Overall it's pretty comfortable but I have the same issue with this bra that I have with all bras: The spot where the strap connects to the cup cuts into the front of my arm whenever I move. It is an extremely annoying ongoing problem that I am working hard to diagnose and fix.
My least favorite part about this bra is the pointy shape it gives me. There is very slight wrinkling in the side of the cup, which makes me wonder if I could go down a cup size. The seams are also pretty visible under clothing. The band is too big, though I can't blame the bra too much since it's a 32 and I am more of a 30.
It fits more comfortably than some other bras. Well fitted band and center gore. But I feel like I can't fill the tops of the cups well. Especially if I bend over or twist. If I hold still and face front, it fits neatly against my breasts, but when I move around there is gapping.

This bra does not fit me in the cups. The bottom of the cup fits great, but the front is too big. There's a lot of gapping and wrinkling around the nipple. The top part of the cup cuts into my breast.
The band fits perfectly though, and it is very comfortable. I think if this bra fit me well, I'd really like it based on the quality of fabric and the band comfort.
I tried this bra in 40HH in June 2010, it did not fit me at all. The wires were too narrow and the band was too wide. I could not fill out the cup due to an orange-in-a-glass phenomenon and the cup being too big overall.
What I found curious was the odd angle the cup was sewed on to the band. I did not know it then, but today I know the brand has relatively narrow wires. The angle was done to prevent the wires from getting bent out of shape. Very good idea, but this construction made the band longer than average.
I also did not like the fabric of the cups. Since it has a high cotton content, I expected it to be great for summer. I was dissappointed in the stiff and heavy fabric that made it more suitable for cold winter months.

My boobs don't fill this cup up, there's a lot of empty space right in the middle of the bra, at the pointy bit, ergo the awful wrinkling. My boobs are shallow and wide, so avoid this bra if you're of similar build to me.
This bra is a hard one to review, because it feels both too big and too small. The center gore is very high for a balconette, which I don't mind, but it doesn't tack to my sternum; there is about 1/2 an inch of space between my chest and the wires. This suggests that the cups are too small, but there is a small amount of wrinkling in the upper lace portion of the cup that usually indicates that the cup is too large I think part of the problem is that the thin band that runs across the top of the lace upper is ...a bit too tight, preventing my breasts from settling fully into the cups. If this is the case, a few wears and washes might loosen it up; this might also fix the gore issue. I'll update later with my verdict.
The band is supportive and firm, and fits true to size. The construction is classic balconette style, but the cups cover the whole breast, making this a poor choice for a low cut top. The lower cups are a heavy matte satin, that is comfortable and feels durable and the straps are wide and reasonably comfortable. If breaking the bra in fixes the slight fit problems mentioned, this will be a good everyday bra. Read more 120 more words
