Not good for full-on-bottom boobs. You can even see it, when you look at the bra when not wearing it, that it is significantly flatter near the bottom - it was even difficult to push out with my hand. Thus, my full-on-bottom boobs can in no way get near the bottom of the bra, so though everywhere else it was pretty nice, it was sitting too low, and would certainly keep being pushed down. So this may be good for those who are full on top!

I love the way this bra looks. However, I now realise the reason this bra never fit right is because I bought it in a cup too small to begin with so now it truly is too small since I've grown a cup since buying it. I now also realise that the cup on this bra runs a tad small; very much like Bravissimo's Alana. For this bra to fit right I do believe I'd need a 28F. However this is a realisation that comes far too late for exchange/return.

I still wear it for show though, it's too pretty not too. It purple and frilly! I'm not one ... traditionally for frilly girly but I can't resist it in this bra! It gives quite a round profile for being unpadded/not-moulded and the band runs a bit tight but not so tight to size up. I have worn it all day for work when I was smaller with no problems in comfort.

Another mention: the underwire in this bra is a bit flimsy. It keeps shape but it definitely bends a bit easier than my Freya bras. For me with soft tissued/squishy boobs this isn't a problem but I do think a firmer/denser tissued breast might buckle it.

This is a really nice bra - especially in the Floral Satine - The cups in a J are perfectly sized to fit me although I would have preferred the opportunity to try this in a 28JJ as the back is only just tight enough on its tightest hook, which means the bra probably won't last as long as it should!

So you're definitely ok with this bra, as long as you don't need a JJ cup - sister sizes fit ok, but I worry about how well it will stand the test of time

This is my second Bravissimo bra purchase and sadly I am disappointed by the fit. I wanted so much for this bra to work because it is so beautiful the pictures don’t do it justice.

The straps are purple and fully adjust, with soft elastic. There is a cute teal and tiger stripe bow where the cup meets the strap. The wires on this bra wrapped around to my back and were a little irritating because of this. There was also an inch of extra fabric tubing that the wire sits in under the arm. I could see this causing a problem with the wire pocking out of ... the fabric because of how the fabric pulls on this spot. The center gore is high typical of this shape of bra with another teal and tiger stripe bow in the center. Because the wires didn’t sit where they should be my breast got an East-West spread with flattening and it didn’t lift my breast up the way they should be. The band was nice and firm and I could actually wear it on the loosest set of hooks. There are three rows and three columns of hooks. Overall it is a very beautiful bra and I just love the colors, but because of the poor fit I will have to return this bra.

It is "an okay fit". Only issue is the center gore not lying flat, but it is almost always the case for me. It is very comfortable and all in all a good everyday bra. The moccha colour is a great nude for black women of various skin tones.

Review coming soon but I would say that this bra runs small in both the cup and the back. It also will probably suit wider shallower breasts best.

I love this bra - maybe because it's the first one I have had that really fit well, thanks to the assistance of a bravissimo fitter. I was trying on clothes and none of them looked right - she came along, had a look and fetched this bra for me (THREE cups up from my previous one) - BOOM, all the clothes fit properly. If it came in a JJ cup I would probably take that, but there's only a very tiny bit of quad-boob if it's shifted around a bit after some wear - I just check on it occasionally to make sure all is where it should be https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":-)" /> Great cleavage, wonderful support (I even rode a horse in it once or twice when I forgot my sports bra!) and very comfortable. Two thumbs up. My only slight complaint is that the underwire has come through on one side - to be fair, that's probably because I have worn it (and hence washed it) to death.

  9. Inspire Sports (AU27)

I previously reviewed the 30GG - the 30GG was my first go at this sports bra - so please refer to that review.

I thought that the Inspire had promise so I exchanged my 30GG for a 30G. I was persuaded to order a cup size up initially because everyone says how Bravissimo bras are small in the cup, 30G is actually my regular, go to size in most brands and ranges.

The 30G is a much better fit for me. It's ever so slightly big in the cup towards my underarms - but I get that alot - and I find that I can only just tighten the straps ... tight enough. I think I probably ought to try a 28 band to bring the underwires away from my back but this band is firm enough on the loosest hook that I don't know if I would comfortably breathe in a 28.

Most importantly the 30G underwires don't dig painfully down into my rib cage. Thank god.

I'm keeping this one. I think it would actually make a pretty awesome everyday bra for women who like to wear a sports bra because their job is active. However it is quite pointy.

I still think the underwires could use some more padding on the inside. And I wish I could tighten the straps.

But I'm keeping it for hiking. It is supportive enough for running and high impact aerobics but I just don't find it as comfortable as my non-underwired Shock Absorber D+ Max Sports bra. Will try modifying it to pad out the underwires from the inside.

Wow!!! This bra gives me a wonderful upfront display should I so desire. As someone who has only recently gained noticeable breasts, this is taking a little time to get used to, but I'm looking forward to my first outing with a low cut top on, once my confidence levels have risen.

I had originally tried 28FF and 28G, the latter was OK, but Bravissimo suggested I should try 28GG. I love the fit, the cups are wide enough for my boobs, unlike the 28G, and I also feel much more secure with the wider band and triple hooks of the 28GG compared with the double hooks of the 28G.

I love the colour - I feel really sexy in it!

I love this bra! The colours and detail on it are absoloutely gorgeous, i love the peacock feather style detail. It caters to my awkward boobs quite well, personally i do think it is quite flattering. However, a 32GG may have fit my a little better as my bigger boob spills out, but this may have been far too big on my smaller boob. Despite this i still class it as a fitting bra as it is the best fitting bra i own, however i will say that after wearing this for a whole day it can start to feel uncomfortable as the front wires rub against my boobs, but i think that may be because of my shape rather than it being tight as the rest of the wire doesnt feel tight at all.

This bra is beautiful, but runs small in the cup. Usually I need a 30FF/G and this one is a 30GG! The underwires are seriously way too wide, they go behind my armpits. But comfortable enough.

I bought this bra in nude because I wanted something to wear under white tops.

This bra is definately a lot prettier in person. I really like the bow detailing and the type of ribbon makes it look somewhat expensive, although the bra itself is reasonably priced. The upper section of the cup is sheer with nude coloured embroidery.

I bought this size because it was suggested by the Bravissimo staff (apparently a lot of people were finding the cups smaller than usual). The cups fit fine at the bottom, but the tops were baggy. I will try with 28E and report back with results.

At first I thought I wouldn't fasten it, the band felt so small, but then I managed to hook it up on the first hooks and apart from the wires digging into the sternum it isn't uncomfortable, just sits tight like Pollyanna does (maybe after a whole days wear I'll have grooves on the sides, didn't try).
The wire is almost perfect - doesn't go to far into the armpit, doesn't stretch too high so it would poke, doesn't come too high up in the front, the only problem is that it digs into the sternum quite uncomfortably and the tunnel for the wire is 2cm bigger than the wire's length so the wire can move along the cup. The cup is a tad big, it wrinkles and I have space there for more boob https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_wink.gif" alt=";)" />

Because of the wire digging in and the cup being too big I'm sending it back.

The cupsize was right, but the rim of the cup cut into the breast tissue. At the same time I had loose fabric in the upper part of the cup between the rim of the cup and the deepest point. This is a common problem with this bra. I've found that the Bravissimo Broderie and the Bravissimo Boudoir Beau have a similar cut to the Alana, but are less likely to cause quadboob.

The wires are lower under the arms than what is average for a bra in this size.
