The band on this one is wonderfully snug. The cups are just a little too small, and I don't think simply going up a cup size would fix it - I think it likely a shape issue for me as well. Beautiful color and design otherwise. Might still be worth trying a larger cup.
This one feels SO close to being great. While the cups have a perfectly smooth line - even on a deep inhalation, I feel like I'd be more comfortable with a little more room in the overall cup. I also feel like the gore might start to irritate the right side of my sternum/ribs after a short period of time. I have a cup size up on the way, but I don't know that that will really fix either of these slight issues.
This swim top is an interesting combination of comfort and function, with less emphasis on how it looks. The neck comes up maybe a little too high (and flares a bit), but the coverage is also wonderful. The cross back design means the straps feel a little close to the neck, but the support of the whole thing altogether is wonderful.
I have even fullness and need a cup with lots of immediate projection due to my pendulous breasts. Unfortunately, this bra is not projected enough at the wire for me - I get wrinkling under my boobs :/ I still wear this, as it is tight enough in the band to keep the wires in my IMF. I expect this would be a good fit for someone who needs less immediate projection or has self-supporting breasts.
This plunge is possibly the prettiest bra I've ever had. I absolutely love the pattern and the colours and it is very comfortable. At first it looked like the centre of the cups cut my breasts (same as 28G - Bravissimo » Sweet Medley Bra (LN176) ) and I thought it was not the best shape for me because of my inner fullness, but I realized I was wearing the bra too low on my chest, so my breasts couldn't settle properly in the cups and quadding happened. Now I'm careful when putting the bra on and it looks great, no spillage, and it brings my breasts together.
At first I thought this shape wasn't good for me, then I realised I was wearing the bra too low on my bust, so my breasts couldn't settle properly in the cups and quad-boob happened. Now I'm careful when putting it on and it fits perfectly! No spillage, and it looks great because it brings my breasts together instead of letting them flap at my sides. From the side view, the shape of my breasts is not the extremely rounded one you get from padded/moulded bras, but it looks natural, as if I'm not wearing a bra. Lovely color and model, I especially like the small ribbons and roses on the gore and where the straps meet the cups.
I think this would work well for someone who likes the Cleo Lucy. It's definitely a FoB bra. I also want to note that the wire is about an inch shorter than the wire channel so the cup does a weird fold at the outer end of the wire as seen in my pictures - doesn't seem to effect the fit/comfort on me though. As for how it fits on me, the wires are too wide for me. There isn't enough projection at the gore so the wires float, the gore is too wide too. The cups cut in at the top and overall seems to be pretty minimising/flattens me out a lot so I think it may be a bit too small for me overall. The band feels like its going to get loose pretty quick too https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_sad.gif" alt=":(" />.
There are empty pockets of fabric in the top half of this bra. Weirdly, the actual top edge still cuts in a bit so I'm thinking its quite closed on top and I just down't have the right fullness requirements to fill it properly. There is not enough projection at the gore or the wire but is almost okay at the bottom. Gore is too tall and too wide (doesn't tack). Wires are definitely too wide for me. The band feels almost a bit stretchy.
First off, let me say that I find the aesthetics of this bra beautiful. It's subtle and understated, but it's an extremely pretty bra in the white.
The band is pretty stretchy. I'm generally a 28/30, but I definitely needed the 28 here. I wore it with an extender for the first few wears, but afterwards it was perfect. However, I do find that it has stretched out a bit faster than my Freya or Fantasie bras tend to. The quality of the materials seems a tad lower than these, more on par with Cleo.
The cups provide great uplift, but the upper ...lace section folds back fairly sharply and is not at all stretchy. This works well for my shape, and it provides great support and anti-bounce. But there is a little bit of cutting in on my bigger side, so this wouldn't work for anyone with more upper fullness than I have.
One complaint -- the seams on this thing are pretty darn prominent under clothes. It's a versatile bra that works under many things, but thin knits are definitely not in that category. Read more 85 more words
Sadly, this didn't fit me the way I expected it to. The underwires are too wide for me, making the technically adequate cup width of 26 cm too shallow (there's some depth not being used because of that). I thought the upper half of the cups would have a lot more give but they're pretty rigid. There's too much wrong with the fit so I won't bother trying another size.
I feel as though I should go up a cup size in this particular bra (usually 28G is just right), the band feels a wee bit too tight but only slightly so 28" is the right band size for me in this bra. One more row of eyes would be perfect. The straps are set too wide for me but they don't hurt or chafe severely like they do in some bras.
This is a pretty bra. I got the matching underwear and I have to see it's much better quality than the other underwear I usually buy so now I know why people get the matching sets.
I like Bravissimo. I have the 28G - Bravissimo » Wild At Heart (PA37) and it fits well too. I like the colour, magenta and purple and the lace as well. It's a sturdy bra, but not scratchy or itchy.
The most comfortable bra I have! The band is stretchy and I can pull it away from my back with ease, however it does not ride up and is comfortable. Cups are almost perfect, only when I pull my shoulders back the top of the cup digs in, but since I almost never stand that straight up it is not a problem. The pink color is nice, I now want the aqua colored one but I really do not need new bras at the moment. Since discovering my correct size I just want to buy more bras every day, I used to hate it before as nothing ever seemed to fit. I am so grateful for online shopping opportunities and bra bloggers all over the world!
It is a rather comfortable bra for me. Actually it is the first 28G I got and I am happy with it. I used to fall out in the middle in my deco (perhaps due to wearing the wrong size, perhaps the model did not suit me) but this does not happen in Bettie Mae bra. The lace on the edges of the cups sticks out, but it does not show under my black formal shirt. I am not sure I actually like the looks and fabrics visually that much, but since it fit nicely I kept it.
I really like this bra. The straps are padded a bit. I never would have thought I'd be a 28G. Far cry from the 36Cs I was wearing. Very pretty material. My only complaint is that the band is too tight, but I'm sure it'll loosen up in time.
First off, though the picture on Bravissimo makes this bra look blueish it is purple and green.
I'd say the band is a regular to slightly stretchy 28 versus the Bravissimo Paradiso Plume Bra (LN141) which is tight/firm. The cups on this bra are too big for me but I do tend to wear a 28FF - Bravissimo was just out of that size. The apex of the bra was a smidge too high for me and there was loose fabric at the top of the cup that couldn't be helped by tightening the straps.
This fits like the Satine except for one difference - the straps are only partially adjustable. The band is true to size, so it is too loose for me. The cups fit small - I'm on the smaller side of a G cup and I can just about make this work, but suspect the GG would be a better fit. The cups are lightly padded, but not enough to add bulk. The shape is quite natural but uplifted. The wires come up higher than some plunges, so it may be good for those who want to try a plunge but usually struggle with this shape. Personally I don't get much cleavage in this, and I feel like the cups are quite full coverage compared to other plunges I've tried. It's a good, comfy everyday bra.
This bra is adorable, and when I had the opportunity to get my hands on it from a listing here on Bratabase I jumped at the opportunity. The previous owner said that it would fit someone who regularly wears a 28F or 28FF, and being between the two sizes and having it fit perfectly, I agree. The only thing about this bra is that I can comfortably fasten it on the 3rd set of hooks right away. I'm not sure if this is just because it's really stretchy or because it's been worn previously.
This bra runs small in the cup. The 28GG I tried on the other day was much better, this one gives me significant quadboob. Onto the rest of the review:
I love the look of this bra. The material is nice and soft with a bit of shine, so it looks and feels good. The back is more see-through, some kind of stretchy mesh; I like it also.
I've been wearing this one all day and it is pretty comfy. I like the shape it gives me and I also get a little bit of cleavage from it, which is nice.
Overall, this might be my favorite so far. No need to sacrifice looks for comfort or vice-versa it seems.
