Calling this bra a 32D is a joke. It *does* create cleavage, but it does so by having a cup that is too small and thus forces your boobs to overflow. It's not tremendously uncomfortable, and the shaping of the cups makes it way more comfortable then simply wearing a smaller cup size, but it's still not great. At all. Definite quad-boob. Also, the straps are too narrow for anyone bigger-breasted than 32B or so; basically, micro-straps that dig in and are NOT comfy.
I bought this bra because I needed a push-up bra to go with a low-cut evening blouse, and this was the best thing I could find at the time for not crazy money. I much, MUCH prefer my @DKNY @458150, which comfortably accommodates an actual D-cup breast.
I had wrinkling on the top, either because the cup was too big or because I have shallow breasts and he plunge wasn't the best fit for me. I filled out the bottom of the cup fine, but I couldn't get the wires to sit up under my inframammary fold. Even though it stretched out, the band felt a bit tight, and the wire dug into my skin so I ended up returning it.
This bra is pretty! The lace is really nice and the "molded" pad things are thin enough to feel almost unpadded but thick enough to hide any um...nipple projection? The straps can also be crossed in the back and the hooks for those seem pretty sturdy.
The only problem I have with this bra is that the wires are really thick and sturdy so they dig into my sternum a bit since there's not a lot of fabric encasing the ends. I've tried to bend the wires a bit but since they're so thick they're not really budging. But it's not bad enough to really hurt, just bothersome, so I'll adjust it a bit every once in awhile when it gets too annoying. The red marks aren't too much darker than the rest of the bra/my other bras so I'm not concerned, but it is something to be noted!
I really love this bra. It's super comfy and pretty while still being nice and smooth for under clothes. And it has cute little lace at the top of the cups. The purpleish color is really pretty and the "nude" is pretty close to my skintone (a little tanner because I'm pale!). I see this bra being really good for everyday wear.
This was my go-to bra before I discovered smaller band sizes. I didn't like the push up pad inside, but I liked the thick double layer wings and band. It gives a nice smooth look in the back under knits. Overall it's a good t-shirt bra, but the band was much too big for me.
This was my first 32D bra in high school. I was one of those people that had a misconception about the D cups. Only to my surprise this fit much better than my 32C bras and never left quad boob. This bra has the most comfortable cups, it has a gel pad in the bottom, which I think is why. The gel pad does not make me sweat in the summer like cotton padding does. The padding level is moderate in my opinion enough to give you cleavage but not make you look like your stuffing. It gives a great shape under all types of shirts and with ...convertible straps can be worn racer back, halter, or normal. I got about 4 years use out of this bra (I know I wore it too long but I loved it). So needless to say it is very ill fitting now with gaping cups and a band so worn out you could fit a second one of me. I think the band starts out slightly stiff it is, it gives a little but not a ton. That being said the band was still a bit loose when I bought it and the straps far to long (I altered it). It also has a pad where the hooks are so they don't dig into your back. As for design its a plain black bra with thin non bulky straps that can easily be worn under tank tops. The finish is smooth which is what I like. I have already repurchased this bra in a 30DD and it is my best fitting and most comfortable bra. Read more 166 more words
This was the first bra I bought after finding out I should be wearing a 30DD instead of a 34B. This was the closest I could find at a department store in my city. Now that I've tried bras in a style more suited for my shape and in a 30DD, I know that this bra isn't perfect. I still find it comfortable and acceptable to wear however and I find that it looks very nice under a t-shirt.
It is a molded cup demi bra. The straps are very thin, so you can wear it with a tank top. The shape it gives is good and it is smooth under clothing. The straps aren't fully adjustable, but with minimal sewing skills, you can alter it. The design is very very pretty, and it is comfortable to well as well. Sadly it is too small on me.
This bra separates my breast nicely. The cup is too small for me and the band is too big (it rides up just slightly. It's comfortable for me to wear nonetheless.
Great softcup bra for those needing a break from underwires. I am glad I went ahead and ordered this in 32D (see my previous review at http://www.bratabase.com/browse/calvin-klein/perfectly-fit-wireless-contour-f2781/32C/ ), because it fits so much better -- no more binding feeling. Interestingly, the band on this one is small (measures 30.5" stretched, which would be more consistent with a size 30 band), so CK may have some issues with quality control! It's OK in this case, because the band still works for me. One tiny thing I wish it had, and that's side stays (aka boning). I understand though why they left them ...out, being a wire free bra.
Overall, I am very pleased with this bra's fit, comfort, and quality. It is supportive too (!), which is nice to find in a wireless bra. I bought it to replace a Mimi Maternity softcup bra in size 34B, which was comfortable, but way too big in the band and small in the cups. This CK bra is the perfect replacement and I definitely recommend it for anyone wanting a wirefree bra with light lining for modesty. Read more 85 more words
