HOW IT FEELS: I love this bra! The lining is thin enough that I can still feel my own body, but thick enough to work great as a t-shirt bra. The gore is super low and doesn’t cut into my tissue whatsoever. When supported there is zero space between the girls, so it takes a gore this low to not sit on tissue. The high apex of the lace overlay connects to the straps at my collarbone, which functions a bit like side support, and it works great for tall roots.
ABOUT ME: Tall roots, very close set (less than a pinkie width between breasts), slightly center full, ...even vertical fullness (possibly functionally FOT due to tall roots). Average for projection, root width, and tissue softness/firmness. I think my tissue is soft enough to where shallower bras can work ok for me if they're more open on top, or taller cups.

I liked the fit but ultimately lined bras aren’t for me. It does give great cleavage and support if that’s your thing. The lace overlay is very pretty.
This is one of my favorite bras, I’ve had it in several sizes over the years and it’s never done me wrong. It looks smooth under tshirts but has the nice shape and comfort of an unlined bra. It’s supportive but still very chic.
The fitting associate pulled a 70G for me, but my size is closer to 75F/G, so the band was a little tight at first and I don't quite fill out the cups. (I am likely between cup sizes)
As people have mentioned with other Chantelle bras, the band/straps stretch out quickly. (Need adjustment after about two weeks) This was fine for me because I was wearing the wrong size to start with, but if you started with the correct size, I'd expect this bra to last you maybe two months instead of the generally recommended six...... Since the straps are partially lace, they ...can't be adjusted as much as straps that are just plain fabric, so this may be something to keep in mind as well. All of this would be one thing if the bra was cheap, but I would personally consider this bra to be a little on the pricey end. (Manufacturer is selling it for $88 full price)
I don't particularly like the lace design on this bra, but the gore is the most comfortable one I've ever worn and it works well enough as a basic tan bra. Read more 90 more words
I love this bra! It fits well, it's very comfortable and even a little bit fancy. But unfortunately I think I've sized out of it. https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_sad.gif" alt=":(" />
Absolutely one of my favorite bras. Lace does show through under some shirts, but overall rarely an issue. Comfort is superior, I love the lift at the bottom of the cup keep my breast tissue way from my body, and how forward-facing the tissue is in the cup. It's one of my favorite bras for summer, as it keeps me cool and dry.
Been wanting to try this one for a long time. And... this is not my size. Band tight, cups too small. Will try again if a larger size comes up on Wardrobe.
While I am typically a 32:8 in most bras, that didn't work for me with this bra because there was just a bit too much space in the top of the cups. The 32:7 fits more closely, though it may be a touch small in the cup. That works okay for a sports bra.
The style and fit are very similar to the Panache Wired Sports Bra, though the Panache fit more true to size for me. As with the Panache, the Chantelle bra does a good job of encapsulating my breast tissue and keeping everything where it needs to be. It has an adjustable j-hook to convert it to a racerback. The nice thing about the j-hook is that it can be moved up/down the strap.
I liked the Panache Wired Sports Bra better, so I'm returning this in favor of that one. However, the Chantelle is definitely a solid contender and I would consider trying it again in the future.
Immediately upon putting it on, the first impression was how easily I could hook the band on the tightest setting. Not a good way to begin.
*Memory foam cups. Arrived incredibly crushed and wrinkled but smoothed out rather quickly. Soft and comfortable microfiber fabric. Tall and closed top edge. Not enough depth or projection. Looked like I was being cut in half. Shape was "naturally rounded". Not bowling balls. Not torpedoes. But the cups were also trying to spread everything toward my armpits, so it gave a minimized appearance. * As for the wires: very flexible (hence the added stretch in the band). Deep U-shape. Didn't sit properly in my ...IMF. Plus, the outer wire reached well under the middle of my arms, not at the front of my armpits where my crease naturally ends. (I could tolerated the wires if the cups had had enough upper fullness.) *Yes, the band is very stretchy, but also very soft and comfortable. Two layers of microfiber. No exposed elastic. *Fully adjustable straps. Firm stretch. * The gore: A little bit wide, but low enough to stay out of the way. Bottom curve is fairly open. Not narrow. Read more 82 more words
This is the second bra in this style I picked up for my pregnancy boobs. The three part cup consists of a flexible fabric with a soft comfortable lining. Great for my size changing breasts. This is a full coverage bra perfect for containing everything. I feel lifted and separated. I do find the wires a bit long under my arm pits, but nothing I can't handle. The straps are well placed and the strap thickness just right to carry the load. Straps are fully adjustable. I feel this gives a natural-rounded shape on me. I feel snug and secure in the cups which helps with the soreness I'm currently experiencing. Overall a solid buy and the quality is very nice. I believe this is in the color Cappuccino. It is a light ivory color with a tan lining.
Sadly, this bra was not a winner for me. I loved the elastic upper pole fit, enjoyed the band support with 3 hooks, and the overall comfort. Even the straps were top notch. Unfortunately I could not get past the center gore height which is just too tall for me to be comfortable. If it weren't for that ONE shortcoming this bra would be my everyday go-to. A digging, bruising center gore is unfortunately a dealbreaker for me. https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_sad.gif" alt=":(" />
I decided to try Chantelle on a whim. I found this bra for a great price on Ebay and took a chance. I wasn't sure how Chantelle sizing works so I gambled on a EU70G (tag also indicates a UK 32F).
On the loosest hooks, the 70/32 band feels a bit lose. It is still supportive as this size has 3 hooks. Strap placement is excellent - wide enough to stay invisible under most tops and no rubbing at the armpit.
Onto the cups! The gore on this bra is very tall as are the cups in general (this bra is definitely full coverage!). The wires feel very ...firm and run high under the arm - there is no extra wire channel on this bra. If you have wide-set breasts or extra underarm tissue, this bra should do an excellent job of keeping that tissue in the cups.
The cups on this bra also appear to run a bit shallow. I have empty space along the bottom portion of the cups (orange in a glass effect) and there is also wrinkling from the lack of projection at the wire. The lack of projection + slightly looser band causes the bra to slip out of my IMF even without activity.
While this bra isn't suited for me, I love the construction and look of the bra. I've ordered the C Chic plunge as I think that bra would be better for me - the Rive Gauche is just too much bra for someone with my smaller bust size. Read more 151 more words
Great support and a nice, rounded shape. Excellent for east-west breasts and if you have lots of tissue under your arms. Higher gore than I would like- doesn't tack well for me.

I really like this bra. I think the cups are the slightest but small, but I would not recommend going up a size. As long as I am not constantly bending over, etc this bra fits just fine (like at a desk in an office or a dinner outting, etc). It keeps my breasts in a nice natural and rounded shape and it is very attractive.
