Straps are too wide for narrow frame. Underwires are long and shaped for wide root.

I've only worn this bra two or three times since I got it, so these opinions could change in the future. But so far, I really like this bra! I bought it at Secrets From Your Sister in Toronto, Ontario for about $65 plus tax. A little more expensive than other Cleos I've bought there in the past, but still cheaper than Panache and Freya and most other brands. I really love the colour combination of this bra. It's hot pink with black mesh overtop which creates a really pretty cranberry colour from the outside. The band is a really soft and smooth microfiber and it's quite snug, ... like a lot of other unpadded Cleos (except for the recent Marcie in Bluebell and Blake bras; damn you for being so beautiful yet so stretchy!!). The cups have stretch lace on the top half in a really cool geometric kind of pattern, and the cups themselves create a super projected and round shape. In fact, I don't like wearing this bra with some of my looser tops because I don't like the silhouette it creates. However I do still wear it frequently when I am going for the projected silhouette. The gore tacks on me (I've never had a problem with this because my breasts have a fair amount of space in between them on my sternum), the lace lays flat (although I did have to go down a cup from my usual size because of the stretch lace and the fact that this bra is just SO projected), and it has decent immediate projection at the wire. The only thing that I was not happy about was that when I bought it, there were a bunch of additional loose threads that were sewn into the right cup. Like, there were little 1cm threads that I was picking out of the stitching because they were sticking out. So the quality was not quite up to par with what I've come to expect from Cleo, but I think that the issue with this particular bra was just a fluke. Overall, really happy with this bra!
Updated review, Oct. 5th/2017: Okay, so my opinions have definitely changed regarding this bra, and not for the better. This bra continues to reveal its poor quality. As I've washed and worn this bra, the stretch lace has been changing in shape and texture. It seems rougher, and it has become more loose and does not conform to my shape as well when I move around. The black mesh overlay on the cups has become slightly stretched and it wrinkles independently of the inside structure of the cups. The gore becomes painful after a day of wearing, which rarely happens to me. I'm not sure if it's because this bra has become a shape mismatch for me, or whether the cups have lost some of its shape over time, or any number of other reasons. Regardless, this bra has not lived up to its expectations. Hopefully this one bra, or this one model, is just a fluke and the rest of Cleo's bras continue to be produced at top quality.

This bra is great for tall roots or full-on-top breasts because of its stretch lace. On me it still has a wrinkle where the lace and the rest of the cups join though. There is also some wrinkle on the fabric which I believe isn't a size issue, but the structure of the cups. Gore was too high and wide for my super close-set breasts. Pretty projected cups with kinda narrow wires imo. Not a fan of polka dots, but the color combination is okay. The band runs true to size on this one probably because it is black.

My 34J boobs are very soft, balanced/FOB, with lots of immediate projection and (I think) narrow roots. Hettie is one of only three bras I've tried that more or less stay in my IMF, and it's quite comfortable. For me, the Hettie gives a more natural shape rather than the very round shape Cleo is famous for, but not pointy.
In my size, the top half of the cup has a layer of mesh behind the lace. ( I think this is a feature in GG and up.) Smaller cup sizes just have one layer of stretch lace. Other folks with very soft breasts have reported in-cup quadding from the stretch-lace-only version. I don't have any in-cup quadding in the 34J, and my boobs are very prone to that. (I can't make Curvy Kate Ellace work at all for this reason.)
UPDATE: Sadly, I do have some quadding at the top of the cup after a few wears. Still serviceable, but not a good fit.

Doesn't fit right, but it's pretty. I like the ridgey straps and stretchy lace.

I love the look of this bra. It's purple! It's got stretch lace across the top and the materials are nice. If it fit, I would like it a lot. I was looking for something with enough depth that would stay in my IMF. I thought I might try altering it with narrower wires based upon some suggestions from people here. Unfortunately, after wearing this for a less than an hour, I knew it wouldn't work. It had already been pushed out of my IMF and the wire was sitting on my ribs. I went with the 34 and it was tight, but maybe that is a good thing. One thing with Cleo bras is that the straps are never quite long enough for me. The underwire is way way too long. The gore came up almost above where my boobs sit. And they came way up into the middle of my arm pit. It didn't bother me, but looked a bit odd. Guess I'll return this and keep looking.

I found this on sale and since my blue Hettie is on the bigger side I was hoping this would be the same, but it is fairly TTS making it too small in the band for me. Other than the band, the cups fit as expected.

About me: 30FF/G but can comfortably wear 32F/FF. Usually, 30G is my go to. Very projected and close set with short, narrow roots and even fullness (also center full).
When I tried the Kayla, I thought that that it was the best thing ever. But this puts Kayla to shame! The bottom of Hettie is firmer than Kayla, so it does a better job of holding my (very soft) tissue in place. I also had some slight folding of the top lace in Kayla, but with Hettie the lace lays smoothly against my body. Hettie also has lower gores than Kayla, so it feels more comfortable for my short roots. The straps and gore are both a little wide for me, but that's just part of being close set and having narrow shoulders. I really do love this bra and how comfortable it is.
I think that the shape of this bra is nice, but I would prefer if it was slightly rounder. The color is fine and it seems to be well-constructed.

I've been so convinced this shape would work that I've tried it in 4 sizes now. This is the closest fit. 30G (in Black/Pink) was too small in the cups and felt extremely tight in the band (even upside down) so I sized up in both dimensions. This one feels, if anything, a little too big. (It's possible that, in addition to the size difference, the Teal/Blue colorway runs larger than the Black/Pink.) I get wrinkling in the upper stretch lace, although only on my smaller breast. The cups are too wide, but that is always true for me and not really a problem. The wires don't dig into my armpits the way they do in some Cleo's in this size (like the Blake). The gore tacks amazingly, but is a little too high and digs in just a bit. That's the only point of discomfort.

try to sew center gore in this will give more room in the center and reduces quadding, and lowerring cup at the sides
