While the bra didn't fit, it also wasn't horrible like some of the others I'd tried recently. There were no aspects that I thought "why would they make it like this?". So while it didn't fit me, I fully expect that it could fit someone else.
The band was approximately true to size, though it was firmer and therefore on the snugger side than most (but not so bad that I would go up a band size). I think this may have been exacerbated by the fact that this bra only has two hooks per column. Generally I prefer at least three, because I feel like it distributes the ... weight more evenly. But again, the band was not really that big of an issue for me.
The cups on this bra are quite wide (the underwires go very far back. However, since the bra is unlined and the wings are fairly short, this proved not to be an issue for me either. While I don't have breast tissue that far back, it is basically just pulled so that it lays flat on my ribs.
The straps were a bit wider than I would like (I tend to do better with bras that have narrower set straps). The other thing I noticed with the straps was the length of them. While it was wearable for me, the straps are almost as loose as they can go, which is not normally how I wear my straps. If you're someone who has issues finding straps that adjust long enough, this bra may not work for you.
The top of the cup was the only issue that I had with the bra that I feel made it unwearable. The cup is too small and very closed off, creating way too much spillage to hide.

You could try sewing the gore together. It'll tilt the cups so there's more room on top, plus they'll not be as far towards your back. I did it with my 32HH - Cleo ยป Lucy Balconnet Bra (5851), which is a very similar cut to Kali. It was much more wearable after that (I got it cheap too and wanted to make it work!) I've got before and after pics there if you wanna see the difference.
