I don't know if it's because of the black dye or if it's mislabeled, but this bra is much smaller in every dimension than the Bratabase measurements for this size and style. I need an extender fastened on the last hook to try it on. The cups are pretty good, a small amount of gapping at the top near the straps. Shoulder straps are too wide, possibly because the strap placement in the back is wider because of using the extender. The straps are of stiff fabric and they dig in. The thing is, I really like the shape I'm getting in this. Looks great under clothes. I may try it in a larger band and slightly smaller cup.
This bra was passed along by a friend to help accomodate my growing pregnant breasts; it fits okay for now and does the job (when you're in a pinch, you just suck things up.) That being said, I look HUGE in this bra because the molded/padding just adds bulk.
Having previously been disappointed by another bra, my 34FF - Cleo » Jude (5846) , which failed to match up to another Panache-range bra I loved, my 34FF - » Ardour Sweetheart Moulded Bra (7181)Masquerade , I don't know why I purchased this style again. . . Actually, yes, I do - it was cheap! This bra, like its predecessor, was similarly OK in fit & comfort, but still seemed to require constant readjustments throughout the day, & it was always heaven to remove it at the end of the day. The quality just doesn't live up to the Masquerade one, which isn't surprising really, given the different price-points.
I like this bra, and between the 34FF and 34G, the 34G was definitely the better fit. I have a little empty space near the strap on my smaller side, which seems to be the norm for me with molded cup bras. One thing I dislike is the straps, which are quite narrow and visibly dig in on me.
This bra fits me perfectly. It accommodates my FOT and close-set breasts very well. The shape is also fabulous: rounded and pulled to the front. I don't understand it, because it's a 34 band, and indeed stretches to about 36 inches, but somehow it feels so much more supportive than many of my 32 bands, including the cleo juna that I own. I bought the red, and will probably try to acquire the black in the future. Also it's quite sexy. The only con is sometimes the underwires stab a bit into my underarms.
This has been the best fitting bra I've every owned. The cup are a little narrow because I have a super-wide root, but the center gore touches my chest! Quality is pretty solid. It has finally died, but after a year of being basically the only bra I wore. 100% worth it.
The black colorline is the best fitting thing I've ever worn. There is a tiny bit of gaping, but it's so small as to be unremarkable. The white colorline, for whatever reason, seems to be a bit open on top for me - there's a bit more gaping.
This bra is a 34 band, but it really didn't feel like it. It definitely runs tight. I wore it once, and at the end of the day, I was dying to take it off and it left awful red marks in my inframmary folds. Awful! I love the print and I think the cups felt fine, but dang, that band!
If you're narrow like me with high roots, this is going to cut into your armpits like mad. The cut didn't work for me on top as I'm FOB and it was a bit floppy. Someone more balanced with a lower, wider root would do well in this cut.
First of all animal print looks more like purple camo to me, not bad, just sayin. Anyway, I like the fabric. Like the Cleo Melissa (6991)](model:7128) I found it to be smooth/soft and the band feels a bit on the tighter end of the 34s. Shape wise it seems like it is a match to my projected FOB/even shape. The upper lacey part of the cup does something weird, Its hard to put my finger on because the bra is a cup size too small for me, but its seems like it would be loose on the right size breast. Not horribly loose, but probably wouldn't lay flat like i often see as a complaint with these Cleo Bras.
Over all it is nice. I will probably hang onto it for a bit before I sell it in the off chance I loose weight and need a smaller cup size.
This bra works pretty well for me in 34g. I got it at the same time as my Cleo Lucy (5851) after researching that they were decent for FoB shape. I like the fabric of this bra, it is much softer than the Lucy. I also like the lace detail. I find the band to be slightly tighter than the Lucy but not unbearable. The gore is still a tad wide/ high for me as my boobs are pretty close togeter but it's tolerable. Similarly to the Lucy I also find the cups to be a little bit narrow. I still plan to keep it.
It's very comfortable. Can barely even tell I'm wearing a bra half the time. I like the round shape I get from it. The top fabric cuts into my tissue the SLIGHTEST BIT but I chalk it up to literally only wearing it once so far. I think the cups are a tad narrow for me personally, and the gore feels a bit higher than I would like, but this is just how it sits on me personally. My main gripe is with the fabric, it find it "scratchy" near the bottom of the gore and underwires. Also My rib cage flares out at ...the bottom, so I will get some minor irritation as the day drags on but again that's but not the bra's fault. All in all a great bra that seems to confirm my suspicions of leaning toward fob shape
EDIT: so it turns out this bra is a cup size too small... I tried on a 34GG and all the problems went away, the slight narrowness and bit of quad boob was all solved. It was damn near perfect, as perfect as I'm probably going to get anyway with these balconettes and my super close set pair... Read more 100 more words
I love the feel of the fabric, its very smooth/soft. I think the band runs a tad small compared to other 34s i have tried. I really wish this bra fit, its so cute. but i need another cup size up, otherwise I love it =/
Love the Bird Print. Listed as 'didn't fit' because the wires are too wide, but not uncomfortably so. I happily wear this bra and consider it a fit. Should be a 32GG now, but bought this when I was heavier. Just have to hook it in the middle now. Will adjust band smaller when it stretches out.
The Cleo Marcie has become my 'go to' bra. I really like that I get a rounded shape, without too much projection/uplift. The back band fits well on me. I do wish that the straps were a tiny bit thicker, but it doesn't affect the fit of the bra
