The band is too short.

I just got this bra yesterday and have been wearing it today. I got a smaller bandsize than I usually am (28 instead of a 30) because that was the only one I could find for a good price. I do need an extender with the band and I can't really say if it's true to size or not. However it does seem to be tight at first and opens up with wear.
The cups have a wonderful rounded shape for me. I love the lift Zia gives! Unfortunately the top is slightly too closed off for me. My breasts tend to have upper fullness when they're ... being lifted up and held the way this bra does. I think overall they're even, but have a tall root (they start like an inch under my collarbones). This means that they'll encounter some of the issues full on top boobs have such as this quadboobing. Compared to Cleo Lucy (5851) , Zia has a shorter cup. I can imagine that if the cup was a little taller then I wouldn't have issues with cutting in.

I was not a fan of unpadded bras until I tried Cleo. This fits great for the most part and gives a nice rounded shape. The band is firm for a 28 which is great for me as I need a 26. The cups cut in the top just a little, but it's not very noticeable. Even though the gore is too high, it doesn't poke or cut in because the underwires are about 1/2" shorter than the channels so I pushed the wires towards the outside of the cups https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" />

I had this bra in 28E size and, with your great help, I decided that it would be a better fit (in the previous size I had, the band was extremely tight for me and the wires were a little bit pulled back). With this opportunity, I ordered along with Zia, one more bra: Cleo Bella balconnet in the same size, because the price was super ok and I wanted to experiment a little, knowing that Bella is a little more open on top.
As I said in the previous review, http://bra.pe/XIBv/, I have even to slightly FOB breasts...or this is what I believed. Buying this two ... bras with that little difference (openness of the top part of cup) made me confused about my boobs shape..and that's because Bella fits me better than Zia in the upper cup.
There isn't major problems, as I have no quadboobs and no space left in the cup, but as the top edge is resting on my flesh, it seems to have a little tendency of slipping down(a few mm) and creating a slight wave. I thought that maybe I can't fill the top and I checked, but there is breast tissue, it fills very well. Maybe the double layer is sewn weirdly or..maybe it's about my boob shape as... with Bella I have absolutely no problem.I am going to tell more about Bella bra, in its category http://bra.pe/S2n0/ . It doesn't disturb me, I still think it's the best fit I've ever had, but as I mentioned, this really confused me so much. You can see in the pictures what I'm talking about and you can see that it's no big deal(it is hardly visible, in reality too). Oh, and this sign can be more obvious on my smaller boob than my bigger one.(smaller=the right one, bigger=the left one)
About underwires, I had this problem with 28E: they were pulled slightly by tight band. Now, it's better. The pictures are the same, but judging by the light red marks they leave around my chest, I can say they are wider by 1/2 cm than it should, on my bigger boob, which I find it minor thing too. I feel it doesn't change the support or anything. I'd wish the wires had aprox. the same width, only the ends would go straight up and not diagonally (the last aprox 1 cm of them in the armpit area). This would be perfect, so that I just ordered Freya Arabella to make a comparison between Cleo bras and Freya.
It looks nice on me, and even nicer under my clothes: great lift and round shape!! I'm impressed!
It's really nice sewn, the materials are great (I didn't give it a wash yet, but they feel sturdy and resistant).

I really love the pattern of Zia bra! This one seems to be a much better fit, although I have a doubt about its wires, maybe they are wide on me?It's really comfortable and lifting, the band is very firm and I am wearing an extender sewn by me, in pictures. Without it, I get just a little quad boobs and I feel the band very very tight.I wish the wires were a little bit higher, they end sooner in the wire channel and the space left is aprox. 1 cm. This isn't big problem, it doesn't bother me, but I like higher underwires. My fullness is even to slightly full-on-bottom and my breast are just a little spaced apart than usual chest. I used to achieve this underneath-clothes look by padded bras and now I found that soft bras are much better! I am very pleased! I think I'm going to write an updated post if I keep this bra, because now it's brand new.

Cup height (measured along the outside center, including the lace): 6.5"
The band on this is SUPER firm, which is awesome! And the straps are fully adjustable. But the cup comes up too high for my liking on my very short roots, so I may have to rehome this one.
The lace also doesn't sit quite flat along the seams on the top, which surprised me because I'm fairly full on top (but maybe leaning closer to even). This could also be due to my short root. I have some trouble swooping and scooping because the lace is very snug and covers my entire breast, but it doesn't seem to affect the issue with the lace.
The uplift and roundness is spectacular in this. The bra is not padded, per se, but feels nearly as thick as my Freya Patsy Half-Cups.
It's very pretty and has some nice detailing, like a cute little bow and rose charm in the center.

I've been kind of obsessed with the pink spot colourway of this bra for awhile, and was really excited to snag one on zulily. The 28H wasn't in stock so I grabbed this size instead, The band is quite firm and is comfortable on the middle hook.
Unfortunately, the top of the cup is too small, it cuts in on my small boob as well. (For comparison, the top of the cup is a bit loose on my larger side in a 28H - Cleo ยป Marcie (6831) , and I wear a 28GG in Cleo Alexa (6631) )

The band fit wonderfully, but the cups were way too big. The fabric and construction seem lovely and the embroidery on the tops of the cups is very pretty. The fabric isn't stiff like other Cleo bras. I wish it fit.

So, this bra is beautiful. I love the polka dots. I also got the shorts in a size 12, and they fit pretty well, and the set is just adorable!
I measure at a 28 band, but I tried the Lucy in 28FF and it is still a little tight for my liking after 5+ months, so I got this in a 30F, and the band is still super tight after 3 months. So, sizing up in the band was perfect for me in this bra. It's tight and stiff, but not unbearably tight. At first the underwires creaked, but the stopped after a few washes.
Now, as to ... the cups. I'm still working on figuring out my shape. I think that I've determined that I'm omega shaped. But I'm also shallow. Most of my tissue is projected at the bottom but with even fullness, but it reaches all the way to my collar bone. My breasts are also splayed due to my prominent breast bone. And I have a long torso. All of these shape qualities together lead me to being hard to fit in a non-moulded bra. In every unlined bra that I've tried, I get a wrinkle. Even if it's too small, I still get a wrinkle at the part where the bottom meets the lace upper part of the cup. This is no exception. In this bra, though, it's the smallest amount of wrinkle and is not noticeable in most shirts. I plan on fixing it by just sewing the wrinkle down. Why am i willing to sew just to have an unlined bra? Because the shape this gives me is gorgeous! This gives me a nice projected, pulled forward, round shape. The material is stiff and it holds my breasts in place while still being comfortable. The support is surprising. Since I've been wearing bras, I've been looking for bras that do not give me quadboob, which lead me to only having bras that are cut open at the top, so while the bottom is supported, the top is super jiggly and not supported. This bra gives me support everywhere! I feel that I could run in this bra! But I think the projection would make me sore.
Overall, this bra is almost the perfect unlined bra for my shape.

The bra fits pretty nicely, except the line where the lace meets the fabric digs into my breasts, I will have to size up. The material is pretty itchy as well, but I like that the straps are narrow. The band is also a great fit, but there is lots of forward projection.
Update: Ordered a size up to 30FF, and while the cup fit very nicely, the straps were not long enough and dug into my shoulders really bad. I am 5' 7" for reference.
