My stars, it's even lovelier in person! Satin mint green under a slightly cool/silvery milk chocolate brown, with the pattern of a floral stained glass. The inside is the usual foam-like soft cotton material, with fully adjustable straps and simple bows of the same beautiful brown on the gore and strap/cup border. Slightly smaller of a 65K than the 2 3HCs I have, but that may be the difference in shape and coverage than anything.
It's elegant and an understated stand out aesthetically.

This is the first plunge style I have ordered from Comexim, all of my other bras are Comexim half cups. The wire width, narrow cups, and projection are just as good as the half cups, and I really like it. It gives the girls a nice shape. My only complaint is that it does rub me a little in my armpits, but not as much as other brands I have tried. I'm wondering if that will improve with time, since my other seamed bra from Comexim did the same thing until I broke it in a little bit. I do think that it's a little plain for my taste, but it's nice to have a basic nude color bra. I'm pretty pale, and it matches my skin tone well. The bows and pearl detail on the gore helps add to the look.

Custom 3hc with overlapped gore and 1cm extra depth at the base of the cup.
Band is a little too big but I an a 26. Slight gape on my smaller boob but ok with a foam cookie.
Otherwise fit is amazing and I love it, very sexy black bra.
I love the strappy back, which is a feature I did not realise the bra had.
I think I will be sticking with the 3hc, with extra depth in future.
For reference I am quite projected, centre full and full on top. I do not spill out of this cut even when I bend right over!

This was a freebie from Comexim as I had previously ordered it and it was waaaayyyy too shallow. It was a lovely suprise when I opened my next delivery to find it inside. It had been given the same alterations as the rest of my order so this time it fits perfectly. The extra cup depth seems to have made a massive difference to the fit.
Its a great everyday soft foam bra and it has a pretty trim to perk it up a bit.
The fit is perfect for my centre full and full on top boobs.

I'm very close-set, center-full, fuller on bottom, tall-ish roots, and average to wide roots.

Looks really nice and cleavage-y on, with a nice rounded but natural shape. It's slightly shallower than what I should be wearing so it's slightly minimizing. Almost but not quite overflowing on the bigger side. No wrinkling or gaps anywhere in the cups. The wing and side of cup is shorter than I'd like and I would prefer a 3-hook instead of a 2-hook for more support all around, also the narrow band at closure digs into my band a bit. The gore tacks perfectly and is a nice height and narrow width for my ... close set girls.

I would get this style again but modified with a 3-hook closure and maybe slightly higher wing height.

Color is more striking in person than I thought it would be. It's a beautiful creamy nude contrasted with cute boobylicious black pattern and straps that really just pop, making it a very fun cool, fresh design that works even on my pale yellow-beige skin. The fabric is soft, silk-satiny and comfy. I love it.

Cup width and depth is comfy, just right. The top of cups near gore and straps gapes a little, with some wrinkly fabric on the cups just under the strap, possibly too tall, not filling it up enough as I'm FOB. Wing height and side of cups is very supportive and comfy. Looks seamless under clothes though a bit more projected. Gore tacks perfectly and is nice, narrow and low enough for my close-set girls.

Would like to try this with straps moved in 1-2 cm to see if it solves the slight gaping of cups near gore. Would also like to try this with reduced cups.

So this bra was my first Comexim plunge and I was positively impressed!
With zero alterations (ordered form a reseller) it was actually pretty comfortable!
Especially the adequate strap separation was a huuuuge relief for my armpit area.

At first I thought this 70J fit reasonably well (somewhat small yes, but no dealbreaker) and I wore it quite often for a month or two.
Then it turned out to be actually smaller-fitting than it looked, mostly because of the wires partly resting on outer breast tissue (bit too narrow).

Passed it on to a friend and re-ordered it in 75J, because it was on sale (LaceLingerie) and that was the only ... larger size available.
That size does fit slightly better in the cups, to be fair though I'd still probably need a larger cup volume and definitely a smaller band.
So I'm thinking if 70K (my normal Comexim size and sister size to 75J) would suffice, or if I'd need a 70L in Princess?

Figured I'd take in the band to make the 75J fit me better - but because the cups are still borderline small, I haven't done so up until now.
Do get some wear out of this bra especially for days when I don't feel like a firm band!

I bought this bra NWOT on r/braswap. I knew the last Comexim bra was at least 2 cup sizss too small, so I sized up 3 cup sizes with this bra. I heard the Basic ran tight in the band, so I sized up in the band too. Unfortunately, I think I sized up too much in both regards. I am a 30 band in US/UK sizing, but the 70 band fit pretty well, second hook, on the Ardea. Since Basic ran tight I figured this should be fine. I can easily tighten this bra on the tightest hook and it's still not super firm. I think a ... 70 band would have been fine in this style too.

With the cups, the Ardea I got had the cups reduced and I should have taken that more into consideration when sizing up in the cups. I think 1-2 sizes up in regular cups would have been fine, though had I gotten another style with reduced cups I probably still would have needed to size up 2-3 cups. The reason I think this is because I fill the bottom of the cups PERFECTLY and the wires are excellent. Unfortunately, the apex of the cup is kind of empty. Had the cups been reduced by 1" I actually think it would have fit quite nicely. Alas, they weren't so this is simply about 1 cup size too large for me.

The gore is still slightly too narrow for me in this style, which is to be expected with me being wideset. However, it's not as noticeable since the cups aren't too small like my other Comexim.

I'm debating if I want to keep this or not. When I first tried it on, I was convinced I'd resell it, but after wearing it for 10 minutes, doing a full scoop and swoop and tightening the straps I think it might be doable for now. I tried a shirt on that normally shows seams and lace and it actually looks really smooth underneath and it looks really good. I'm torn. What do ya'll think?

My shape: close set, center full, full on bottom, average/narrow width roots, tall shallow roots, semi soft tissue.

I'm just going to write a brief try on review because this bra is ridiculously too small for me. The band measures about 20.5" unstretched and 26" stretched with some wire distortion. I have an extender that I added just to try and assess the fit of the cups even with a full extender it was still somewhat tight. The fit of the cups (with the extender on) is too small, mostly quad boob near the center gore and I can't tell if the gore floats a bit or not since ... Comexim has softer wires. Side coverage near the wings is almost good, a bit to low. Wires are narrower than what I can wear (under 5") but since they're soft they sorta stretch and fit (not sure of the correct term). The cup height is pretty good, I love having a lower cup and the way it looks. I've been longing for another bra in a half cup shape.

I absolutely love the black fabric on this, it has a slight sheen and reminds me of black leather. This bra gives off a fantastic shape already (round, full) so I'm excited to try another size. I really want this bra to work so I am going to return this and try a different size.

Oh my! That band is waaaayyy to small for a 65. It may have been mislabeled. Defiantly worth exchanging it for a better fitting one.

Yeah I emailed them today. I asked for a cup size up and band size up, so hopefully the 32” band will be better.

I currently own this in a 65J, but sometimes when I’m feeling a little bloated during my time of the month or having back pain, I want something a little roomier. Since I had good luck switching between my Comexim Basic in 65J and 70J, figured I’d give this a shot since it’s one of my favorites. Well, it didn’t work out quite like I hoped. The cups are just too large for me in this size, with the straps being a little too far apart. The quality and construction is the same as my 65J, but due to the fit I’ll be returning.

This is a pretty blue bra with light blue, brown/taupe and black swirls- easy to match bottoms with! The cups fit as expected so they fit well but are slightly taller than I need. The band is really stretchy so I need to fasten it on the tightest or second tightest set of hooks. The straps are comfortable and easy to adjust. Overall, it's quite comfy and fits very well. It gives me the narrow, projected profile I love and expect from Comexim plunges.

I got this bra in a bundle of Polish bras for bargain price. I was curious to try Comexim, I have not tried any of their bras in years.
The wires of this bra are much weaker than I remembered. They are actual pudding wires that do nothing.

My shape: fot, tall narrow to average wide root, centerheavy and projected

This bra does nothing for my boobs. The band feels a bit too large and I wear it on the tightest setting already. When you choose fit issues you have to choose between "Wrinkles, can't quite fill it" and " Cuts into breast tissue (quad boob effect)" this bra does both! ... If I just put on the bra normally... the gore does float away from the sternum immediately. The cups do gap and it looks kinda weird. (see angle photos)
If I push the gore flat, then suddenly the quadboob appears and shows that the bra is actually too small in cups. It makes sense as this bra only measures 33 cm in cup depth and I currently need around 37cm cup depth!

I had padded bras before that were too small but the gore did never float that much - so I wonder if it's only because the bra is too small or that the wires are also too weak? I don't really know If I shall try another Comexim bra, because I fear they are not strong enough to support a large bust. If I tried anohter bra I probably look into 70O, 1 cup up and 1 band down.

    • You should try their regular plunge cut and change the wires out. This is the super plunge cut and I don’t think it’s the most supportive. I also don’t think their wires are great, but put some panache wires in there and it’s a game changer!

    • cupandahalf I had no idea there is several plunge cuts - I just got this bra since it was very cheap to figure out my Comexim size. I have a few other Polish bras here that have pudding wires - I had a 30JJ Panache inmind to cut apart but it turns out that wire would be much too long. What do you do in that case? Cut the wire? Or get a much smaller bra ? I looked up and need about 30GG/ H wires in lenght to fit into polish bras.

    • I also thought about removing the wire on this one and use it as sleep bra. I doubt it will work with a better wire as it is slightly too small and too low cut.

    • 1

"this bra does both! " lol

    • 1

Yes since it’s too low cut it won’t work. I buy bra replacement wires online.

    • 1

If this is the same bra as below I would say they did a reduced cup height and gore, following their deep plunge fit (same as ginger). I’ve tried to encourage JJ and others to mark the two different plunge cuts but I haven’t gotten much traction.

    • 2

dbmamaz :D I choose now the option: "cuts into breast tissue" since the bra is too small if the gore wouldn't float. So it's more accurate.

    • 1

I could be wrong though. Comexims are much taller in my size (although shorter than most bras in my size still).

    • cupandahalf where do you buy them? You write in your reviews often that you often replace wires with Panache wires in your bras... so I thought I could make good use of old Panache bras - but probably that only works if you have a smaller Panache bra vs larger Elomi/ Comexim etc. ?

    • I don't know the different cuts of Comexim well.. since I got the bra pre-owned, it was listed as just Commexim 75M and nothing about the cut or fit. I don't find the cups to be short? But I also have no idea how tall Comexim regular cups are in my size range.

It was still too big in the cup, and either too tall or too open. I took 2 triangle sections out making it a 3HC instead of 2HC, and it fits much better. It's now wearable though a little minimizing from the side profile. But it's so pretty I just want to wear it!

    80M

    Didn't fit

My first Comexim, with no alterations, worn out of the box for a few hours on the loosest hook:
(side note this shipped in a box slightly bigger than a VHS box, for those people that hate that kind of thing. It did seem to come out fine. It also took about a week of shipping in Poland, then 3 weeks to get through the USPS system although it's during Covid)

Normally I wear about a 34H/HH (if UK bras fit), and about an 80HH in Ewa Mickalak, but I ordered an 80M based off comexim's side chart and my measurements and extrapolating how those numbers would work off the ... chart.
I both love, and am disappointed by this.

I ordered the Megan longline off the website in an 80J (the max cup in that band), but wrote 80M in the comments as their email instructed for getting a custom size. I received an 80M but without the longline, so I assume this is the standard plunge. (I wanted to try a standard to then see what alterations I wanted to try). I dont like that I paid extra and didnt get a longline, so I'd be sure to say that specifically if ordering again.

The straps are too wide- they are 100% in my armpit. I'm not sure how asking that to be altered will effect how the cup sits, but right now the shape is pretty good. It's almost squared off which is odd, as Ewa's seemed triangluar (like the outside was chopped off), and Curvy Kate seems rounder. It's odd how the shapes change so drastically between brands in this size. The shape is defiantly better than most bras for how narrow/omega shaped but projected I am.
The wires are also too wide at the sides. I can fit 3 fingers between the wire and the root of my tissue on the outside of the cup. Im not sure if I can ask for a 75N or 75O to be added on an 80 band, but somehow I need smaller wires.
The band itsself fits pretty well, except for the bottom of the gore. I had a similar issue with my Ewa's where my breasts seems to push the top of the gore out slightly and the bottom of the gore would then dig into my sternum. This bra is doing something similar, but to a lesser degree. Trying to feel where the fabric strains, I think I need more immediate projection at the wire or a narrower gore- I'm not sure which or if I need both. The strain seems to be in the first/middle panel, and none on the outside. I think it's the right volume cup, but more of my tissue is in the middle, while the cup is designed to have more to the outside. (I always have a gap in the outer side bottom of my cups, but strain on the inner bottom. I almost have to do the opposite of Swoop and Scoop to fit in a lot of bras) This really makes me want to try to make a 70 O cup to throw on an 80 band or something similar to see if that would fix a lot of issues. i think a lot of my issues may be solved by the whole cradle of the bra being made narrower, so theres not useless cup on my side, but with a larger band so it fits around me. I just wish I didnt have to sew it or order that from Poland to try that. Also, the gore tacks, but is wide enough it turns slightly sideways inbetween my breasts.

Volume/projection seems ok otherwise. I have slight gapping at the top edge of the cup if I don't swoop and scoop, but it fills in if I remember to do that. I also am -slightly- short rooted for this bra so there's a tiny gap under the strap connection.

It may be my most wearable bra so far, comfort and fit wise. Besides the strap being much to far apart, the fit issues aren't actively irritating after a couple hours wear. Appearance wise, I love the color scheme, Im going to have to get used to the new, boxier, or squared off shape. The lines of lace/copper definately show through a t-shirt which is irrtating and current-me wishes past-me ordered a plainer one, while at the same time loving the copper. (It is a shiney metalic orange similar to a bright copper). The quality seems ok. Really Ewa and Comexim seem compareable to a lot of the mass manufactured people in quality from what I've seen. Comexim makes me nervous that I didnt really get the style I was asking for, but I liked that I didnt have to pay VAT or a paypal merchant fee like Ewa had (both are shadey/illegal?)

I just wish the process of getting and altering them was easier, especially with the stories I've heard and the English/Polish language barrier or whatever seems to make Comexim inconsistant with orders/alterations. Not getting the longline I paid for makes me hesitant to try again. Im also not sure if I order a second bra, would I move the straps in, more intimidate projection by the wire or a smaller gore, narrower wires or a deeper but narrower cup size, or what to do? I'll probably send an email to the reply on how to order the 80M and explain fit issues in English and hope someone over there can speak English enough to help.

    {At this point Im looking into sewing my own, even to just play around with ideas before ordering a professionally made thing again, but 34HH cup pattern is hard enough to find. If I have to change cup size to get them narrower but the same volume otherwise- so a 32J or 30JJ but just sticking them close together on a 34 band- that's a lot harder to get a cup pattern for.}

It would be so lovely to just point at a pretty bra and be able to get it in my size. this was sort of my last-hope try without going into alterations, so Im disappointed. At least they do make alterations so that's some new hope? Its easy to get excited about all the lovely patterns and fabrics, but also sort of hard to get excited when my first one was already a little messed up and more alterations I need to ask for means a bigger chance of not getting what I ordered.

Hi ystonl i would say it is hard to get those narrower wires from Comexim i can't speak to it because the time I tried i don't think it worked but a few things. Perhaps you could go with the 75 in a bigger cup and request they add an extra set of hooks and use an extender if needed.

The gore you have although it tacks may bee too wide still so you can try a narrowed and overlapped gore to help, but also maybe a reduced gore so you can have the gore tack below that point. I do this all the time for my close set, center fullness even though I have a large cup.

I will also warn you that moving in the straps, reducing the gore, and reducing the cup height can essentially cause you to loose a cup volume so it's ok to go up a cup or 2 depending on how much you are altering.

    Didn't fit

** I do not own this bra. I returned it as it did not fit properly.**

TL;DR: Beautiful bra, extremely comfortable to wear (once I put on an extender) and gives an incredible shape, but straps are too wide, cups are too open & center gore too low for me. Cups too tall at the wings for me to fill but otherwise overfilled them. Need at least 1 cup size higher - 2 cups sizes higher in total than my normal 30J. Looked amazing for about 2 minutes after initial swoop & scoop.

BAND is extremely tight. True Size 65, closer to 29/29.5 stretched. Needed to add an ... extender. A first for me with 65/30 backs. Will need to try a 70 band. For comparison, The Comexim Tara - unpadded 3HC longline - 65 band was much stretchier and I could easily wear on the second to last or last (loosest) hook.

WIRES are soft but strong. Very comfortable and did a good job of carrying the weight of my breasts so I could loosen the straps and still be quite lifted. Again, huge contrast to the unpadded 3HC @Comexim Tara where the wires buckled under the weight of my breasts - another first for me.

CUP DEPTH: are soft against the skin and VERY open on top with little projection on the bottom. No kidding with the cakes on a plate. Too open for my somewhat FOT breasts now, most likely because pregnancy and nursing and turning 40 have made my tissue much softer and I now need more containment.

CUP SHAPE: cups gave a beautiful upfront, rounded shape to all of my breast tissue that fit in them. Unfortunately, a LOT did not fit in and I had a lot of spillage at the center.

CUP HEIGHT / CENTER GORE: itself was soft and comfortable and tacked beautifully, perfect for my very close set boobs but far too low for my center fullness. Seriously, the Exxon Valdez has nothing on what my boobs were doing here. If the cup height had been about as tall at the center as it is at the wings this may have worked for me. However, the cups angle somewhat downwards from wing to gore, similar to their plunges but again, vastly more open on top. In addition, I had significant gaping at the tall edge of the cups by the straps, even though I more than filled out the rest of the cups. Typical for me.

STRAPS: Too wide-set for my narrow shoulders. Would have to have them altered for sure. Strap itself was Thick but not sports bra thick, strong and comfortable. Fully adjustable.

WINGS: Very comfortable, felt contained by the narrow wires. Very little tissue or skin sticking out under arm.

FITTING NOTES: Breakout Bras, where I purchased, advises to size up 2 cup sizes from your normal, and I now agree. 30JJ was at least 1 cup size too small for me. I believe I'm pretty shallow-breasted (still working this out) which is why I tried 1 cup size up.

This is not what I consider to be a true half cup. A true HC (for me) has a straight horizontal line from the gore to the wing. These have the correct vertical seams and rounded shape but the cups dip down from the wings to the gore at a bit of an angle.

I last tried bras on properly almost 5 years ago right before I got pregnant with my little girl. At the time this would probably have been my dream bra, but after all the changes to my breast tissue from pregnancy weight gain to nursing to aging this is no longer a viable option.

Going to list this as a Fitting Help request next - hoping with some alterations to make a Comexim work for me, as historically none of the US/UK brands have really worked for me. I have only had success with Half Cups and because I'm a true 30J I've always needed one cup size higher and never yet found it. So I wear bras that are too small. (Except in Curvy Kate, whose bras are far too wide for me and splay my poor girls east/west.) Well, actually, now I just wear sports bras because they keep me contained - not sexy, but more comfortable. The joys of motherhood!
