    My disappointment is immeasurable.
The first bras I ordered from Comexim showed promise, though too small, this bra seems to have taken a step back in the wrong direction. The cups are too wide, the gore doesn't sit flat and despite asking for the straps to brought in the maximum amount, 3cm, the straps are too far apart on both the back and front of the bra! It seems to me that when I ask for the straps to be brought in they only make the alteration to the side panel leaving the top panel oversized, leaving me with way too much gaping.

Knowing that the wires tend to be my Achilles heel when I ordered these bras I did ask if the cup width could be kept to 15cm. I was then told that the bras would come with a 16.5 cup width as it corresponds to the size.

P.S. I intend to finish this review at some point I'm just too angry and frustrated right now.

      ohhh nooooo.
I took a peak at your picture - such a pretty bra.
Tbh, it doesn't look terrible from the pictures, but I see what you mean: the wires are too wide on the side (interesting, because I never thought Comexim had an issue with too wide of wires) almost like a small band/large cup Panache bra https://www.bratabase.com/bra/dngwz/ like this one that bustyand posted.
re: the gore, hmmm, I suppose you could request "lowered gore" but I don't know how that's going to affect the construction of a small band/large cup bra, esp if it's unpadded. (aka, uses less stiff material)
Do you typically have issues with gores in other brands?

    • 1

BraOdyssey It seems like a lot of other brands Comexim will change the width of the wires based on the cup size, as I tried some on that were M/N cup, which lined up much better with my inframammary fold.
Gores don't tend to be an issue tacking only with their width: I'm very close-set.

    • 1

Hmm, yes. I know WildWolff has a similar shape and wears both Comexim and Ewa Michalak (if you check her profile of bras). I haven't requested a "lowered gore" from Comexim, but I know that is one of the alterations they will do (well, at least one can request it, and hope that it gets done), have you seen this YouTube video re: comexim alterations? https://youtu.be/METoV07IF6A

anyway, another brand that does well with small band/large cup is Ewa Michalak -they are more expensive, but I know there are at least these two places (maybe there's more?) in the UK one can order them through, https://www.reddit.com/r/PolishBras/comments/qm8cjg/where_to_purchase_ewa_michalak_bras_in_the_uk/

RedWednesday21 , re: the wires, I've read on bratabase of people requesting *switching the wires out* from different sizes, I can't remember which people have done this though...
This is an interesting review https://www.bratabase.com/bra/dil8w/ I just came across...this would be the sister size up from what you ordered in the Comexim Victoria? It looks like she requested the gore be only 6cm, and it looks like it worked out for her.

also, this review https://www.bratabase.com/bra/dijsr/ she requested the wires of a different cup.

ahh, Comexim. so many different options and alteration requests! Hope that helps!

    • 1

Thanks for the mention BraOdyssey !
RedWednesday21 It's a struggle being close set! Especially with small band/large cup. I have yet to find a perfect Comexim fit unfortunately but I have a few that are close (and many that are not). I've seen multiple instances where a lowered gore alteration results in a wider cup, which is one reason I am afraid to order that alteration. I have inner fullness and no separation at all (symmastia), and the best fits I've found at the gore are Ewa Michalak PL and S cuts, although the S cut gets higher in the gore in larger sizes so I recommend checking measurements in your size. Some BMs have a lower gore if you like unlined styles. The S and PL cuts do have very wide strap placement and the PL comes up highest under the arms so it's a compromise I have to make because I have tissue between my breasts, but you may have better luck if you're close set but still have separation. After a while wearing Ewa Michalak my body is used to the straps and higher wing and it no longer bothers me.

    • WildWolff , thank u for responding! You totally didn't have to, but you gave out tons of good infos : )

RedWednesday21 , some additional thought (not that you asked): to me, the cups look a little tall (or taller than I would prefer) on the sides of your body, I would request the following (if you order again from them): reduced cup height, reduced gore height (even give them a number, like what the other bratabase person did, like 6cm, or whatever), straps moved in, and wires from a smaller cup size??

I have to add the disclaimer that I've never r/cd alterations from Comexim. so it might also help to ask around.
      Okay, hope that helps.

    • 1

I'm so sorry this didn't fit you! Is it unlined or padded? I can't quite tell.

    • 1

I’ve had lowered gore on 2 Comexim bras:
      70H - Comexim » Triss 3hc

      70H - Comexim » Hot Chocolate Plunge

Unsupported, I’m splayed with hidden projection, but supported, that soft and pendulous tissue leans towards being center full and more close set than appears unsupported. I think on my future direct Comexim orders, I will ask for a lowered gore. I can manage with the normal height but sometimes is on the edge of my tissue. Plus, it makes the bra more like a plunge as the plunge can look more like a balconette bra. I’m not sure about the half cups whether to lower it or not. It’s kind of awkward in the Triss but maybe if it was cups and gore lowered then it would be ok. But my Onyks seems ok with the height, I think???

    • I think you can also contact one of the mods on reddit's ABraThatFits. the mods username is xuenylom. she has "custom comexims" in her flair label. Fyi!

    Didn't fit

Andromeda is a Breakout Bras exclusive padded plunge bra. The name indicates a galaxy print, but in all reality it is a marble print in bluish grey, with pink, white, black, and grey veins running through it. The straps, trim, and hook-sets are a darker bluish grey with pink bows and accents. It is quite beautiful.

The fabric on the cups was not sewn with the proper tension, so the liner is tighter than the outer fabric. This isn’t noticeable through T-shirts or sweatshirts, but I am sure would be noticeable under a thinner or fitted tank top. From experience with this looser fabric in the past (also with ... Comexim) I can say that if you get a lot of shirt friction against this fabric, it will make it even looser, but if your breasts tend to stretch out the lining, it will get it closer to the same tension over time.

The cups are short for a standard 28KK at only 8.75”, as is the gore at 3.5” making me think this one would be more of the extra low plunge than a standard Comexim plunge. This makes it difficult to keep my nips in the cups, but would be a positive thing for those who need a shorter cup.

    As for fit,
The cups are too small and definitely not deep enough at the wire, but I wasn’t going for a great fit, I was going for comfort of the strap area which has been extremely sensitive for me lately. The gore is 3 fingers off my sternum, I have some quadding, and I can’t force my boobs into the bottom of the cups but the straps aren’t rubbing my armpit, so I am considering this one a good fit as silly as that may sound. The band is snug but is comfortable on the loosest hook set.

    And for the technical aspects:
All measurements are taken prior to trying the bra on to insure no figure is obscured by the body. I also take all flat measurements before taking the stretched cup then band measurements for the same reason.

The band measures 20” and stretches to a max of 26.5” and that was really forcing it. It has 3 hooks and 4 rows of eye loops. This is far from a true 28 band, but more in line with what a true 60 band should be.

    Cup Depth as measured by:
1 Hovering the cup between the knees, then placing the tape measure into the cups without any resistance.
    This measurement is: 12.5”
2 Placing the cup over the knee and stretching it similar to what a breast would, to the maximum resistance.
    This measurement is: 14.5”

I feel these two figures give you a general idea of the minimum and maximum depth that the cup can accommodate, just like the flat and stretched band measurements do with bands. Since Bratabase only has one cup field, I enter the larger of the two, as it’s this larger number that determines if a cup is going to fit me or not since I am on the max end of the cup scale, but do realize that some may need the lower number to determine fit for their needs, so I will always include both figures in the reviews for full disclosure.

That's really pretty. Reminds me of how Pearl Mint Flower with how shallow on bottom it is.

    • 1

What's funny is I didn't notice the shallowness until I cropped the photos. It doesn't feel constricting or anything (at least in the short test run) so it doesn't bother me. We'll see if it is comfy all day once I wear it for a day. 😄

    • 1

I guess this on is breaking the breakout bras norm of looser bands, just to keep us all guessing... It is a cool marble look for sure. I am glad it is comfortable where is counts right now!

    • That is Comexim for us, right? Throwing those curve balls with band sizes. The Magic I got was 29". The Queen of Hearts 30KK was 34" which is insane! Why can't we get some consistency? !

And thank you. 💕 Comfort is the priority at the moment.

I have been wanting a hot chocolate bra for quite a while. This color combination and lace are very beautiful.

I frequently wear this size in Comexim. Breakoutbras Comexim are often a bit long in the band to top it off. However, this band measures as a true 28, so when I saw that I knew I might be in for trouble. I can fasten the bra, but it feels uncomfortable. The angle picture shows how the bra fits with an extender. If I use the extender, the cups are clearly too big. When I wear the bra without the cups are wrapping too far around my side, helping ... me fill the cups, but making the cups and straps cut in to my sides and shoulders. The bra also felt like there was not enough immediate projection, like it was a bit shallow. However, the incorrect fit could have affected this feeling.

All in all, this bra is clearly the wrong size for me, I would need up a band size and down 1-2 cup sizes. Unfortunately they don’t have any in this size available on sale at BoB.

Thanks for the review - I just ordered this one from BoB as well in a 34K. It is a beautiful bra! Sorry it didn't work out for you.

This will be my first venture into Comexim, and I'm pretty much expecting to have gotten the sizing wrong, but it was cheap, so I wanted to try.

    • It is shallow, unfortunately. I can't wear mine anymore, it's too painful. Sorry it didn't work out. The fabric on this one is lovely.

    Didn't fit

There appears to be two versions of this bra-one without black lace trim across the top, and one with it. This one came from Breakout Bras, and does have the black lace trim.

The bra itself is a standard Comixim padded plunge without any customizations. Mine came with the outer fabric being at a looser tension than the padding, just like the Andromeda bra. This means that the fabric wrinkles on the cups even with them being a bit too small.

    As for fit,
The gore is 2.5 fingers off the sternum, and the cups are a full fit with center spillage and minor quadding but completely doable. The band ... feels good and comfy on the middle hook set which is nice. While my rib measurement is the same, I have gained about 10 pounds-mostly in my belly, so a looser hook set is more comfortable with the slouch wire base cut ins.

I find it odd that this one measures larger in the cup than the Queen of Hearts 30KK, but fits smaller for sure. I’m not sure if it’s just the wider set straps on QoH or if the cup/gore height needs to be between the two for a better fit.

I can tell that there is not enough center room in the cup near the gore and not enough immediate projection, so the compression below feels odd.

    And for the technical aspects:
All measurements are taken prior to trying the bra on to insure no figure is obscured by the body. I also take all flat measurements before taking the stretched cup then band measurements for the same reason.

The band measures 22” and stretches to a max of 29”. It has 3 hooks and 4 rows of eye loops. A bit big for a true 28 band, but not really outside the normal range.

    Cup Depth as measured by:
1 Hovering the cup between the knees, then placing the tape measure into the cups without any resistance.
    This measurement is: 12.4”
2 Placing the cup over the knee and stretching it similar to what a breast would, to the maximum resistance.
    This measurement is: 15.25”

I feel these two figures give you a general idea of the minimum and maximum depth that the cup can accommodate, just like the flat and stretched band measurements do with bands. Since Bratabase only has one cup field, I enter the larger of the two, as it’s this larger number that determines if a cup is going to fit me or not since I am on the max end of the cup scale, but do realize that some may need the lower number to determine fit for their needs, so I will always include both figures in the reviews for full disclosure.

That shade of green tho! Looks great on you. I’ve had this one on my wish list for a while. I’m sad to see the outside fabric ripples. My Basic does that and drives me absolutely insane. It’s also such a gamble with Comexim size. My last Basic I went up to a 70 band because the previous 65 fit exactly like the 60. And the 70 ended up being truer to size in the band lol. Also my 70GG Basic measured depth very similar to my Queen of Hearts even though it’s supposed to be a cup larger, it just comes up taller in the cup and under the arms.

    • 1

Oh This colour, this colour, this colour! I have been staring at the Scarlet (jade with caramel lace) since it came out.
I ordered Victoria and Rita as 3HC because there was ample data on them for me to be kinda half sure that they might kinda half fit. Lol
If they do, i might have to order the Scarlet. If the lace was completely over the jade, Id have already pulled the trigger because it would resemble that Dita von Teese bra set that I love so much.

      http://imgur.com/a/5R1o0YH

Is this loose fabric a common occurence with Comexim?

    • 1

Happy2BraShop The inconsistency is frustrating at the least, I agree. Every aspect appears to be random-cup depth, height, width; band length, fabroc tension.....ugh!

@AGBras Unfortunately I have had it occur on at least half a dozen bras from Comexim. Fabric tension doesn't seem to be their strong suit! It can be made worse as well with fabric friction from tight in the bust tops and frequent arm movements as well. 😖

It does seem to be fabric dependent though, so for example I have ordered Graffiti 3 times-all three had that fabric tension issue. Chevron I ordered 4 times and never an issue.

      The color is spectacular though!

  5. Pearl Flower Mint Plunge Bra (390)

This is an older Comexim model and seems to have less projection at the wire than my newer model Graffiti and Hot Chocolate. I get some wrinkling of the fabric near the wire. I had requested the cup height reduced 1cm, and the straps moved in 2cm. They reduced the cup height but did not move in the straps, as I have two bras from MamaPagan with the straps moved in and the straps on this are about an inch further out. This makes the cups gape on me, mostly at the gore. If I do not angle the straps in, the gaping is removed ... but the straps are almost off my shoulders. This gaping is not noticeable under a shirt, so it is acceptable. The straps are not rubbing on my tail of spence so I'm not sure if I want to move them in myself.

Visually this bra is quite pleasing, it's a lovely mint colour with a nice lace ribbon detail on the straps. The center gore is marked with a silver coloured metal C with a white gemstone. The band on this one stretches to about 28.5", and is comfortable on the loosest set of hooks. The cups are 8.5" tall in the middle, but because of the gaping it feels like the cup is taller at the gore when it's around average for this cup size.

I think Comexim did a pretty good job on this bra other than not moving the straps in, I am quite happy with this one.

Yikes. I'm convinced Comexim is my nemesis. I have a hard time fitting any of their bras correctly because I get a pretty bad east-west look. Not only that fact, but I don't think my tissue is firm enough for their construction.
My nipples don't even fit in these cups. The padded piece of the cup literally just collapses under my tissue. My tissue is falling out of the front of the cups. It doesn't help any that the band is too small :/
I wouldn't recommend Comexim to someone with soft tissue. I've noticed I have way more fit issues than others in my size range.

    • I don’t think you can be firm either. My fit issues are due to my tissue never mounding up. Probably have to be semi soft?

    • Yep. That's what I mean. My tissue is too soft for the cup construction :)

    • 1

That is why I gave up on their padded bras. I love the patterns but padded bras just don't work for me either. :-/

  7. Chevron Plunge Bra (317)

Another bra that I received to try from MamaPagan. This is a standard Comexim in 60P with the straps moved in 2cm and an extra row of eyeloops. The cups fit pretty well, except that they are taller than I would like. The bottom of the cup fits quite shallow and I get some wrinkling, as expected out of a Comexim plunge. My larger breast feels a tiny bit compressed in the cup, but I think this is due to them being more tender as it is about a week out from my period. I am very grateful to her for sending me these to try, as now I know what sizes and modifications to order when I buy from Comexim again.

    Naomi 60P with customizations

I am adding this bra for data/informational purposes only. This Bra is not owned by me at the time of addition to the database.

Customizations requested: Wires completely overlapped/crossed at center; straps moved in 3cm; reduced cup height by 2cm; lower center gore height by 2cm (need extra deep plunge); Deeper at the wire by 1cm; add'l set of eye loops

In a 60P, this normally sheer bra comes with the bottom half double lined in tulle for support. I do not like this look nearly as much, and really wish I knew it before ordering, as it changed the sexy appeal I was looking for. ... While the pattern the double tulle creates on that lower cup area is neat looking, I wasn’t going for neat with this bra. (ahem…..blush…..)

    Okay, now for the specifics:
Gore is 3” so don’t believe it was lowered 2cm. Color of lace is really more of a pinkish purple than a true purple like I thought it would be. Still okay but just not quite the color expected. As with Moulin Rouge Black, the reduced cup on this one was not a wise choice.

    Cup Depth as measured by:
1 Hovering the cup between the knees, then placing the tape measure into the cups without any resistance.
    This measurement is: 12”

2 Placing the cup over the knee and stretching it similar to what a breast would, to the maximum resistance.
    This measurement is: 14”

I feel these two figures give you a general idea of the minimum and maximum depth that the cup can accommodate, just like the flat and stretched band measurements do with bands. Since Bratabase only has one cup field, I enter the larger of the two, as it’s this larger number that determines if a cup is going to fit me or not since I am on the max end of the cup scale, but do realize that some may need the lower number to determine fit for their needs, so I will always include both figures in the reviews for full disclosure.

As with Moulin Rouge Black, this one did not fit, being painfully small. The wires under the arm dig into my breast tissue even though the wires are wider than I like/need, since the cups are too small my breasts are pushed under my arms to fill the whole area and beyond then out over the top of the cups as well. Not an appealing look at all.

    Didn't fit

My much awaited Comexim Basic arrived quickly! The color is a nice neutral for a light skin color, and the fabric is a nice quality with a pretty shine. Basic but not Boring. In many ways the Comexim fit is what is expected, narrow gore, rounded and breasts to the front. I am glad that I ordered a cup size up (60p, 28KK) from my comexim 60o which was previously my best fitting bra, but quadding. There are some unusual things which I noticed immediately upon trying on this bra, and which were born out in the measurements. My other favorite Comexim band ... feels nice and snug, which I feel like my body needs to support the size of my breasts. This one immediately felt looser. It stretches to 32.5. For a 60cm band! The other major concern that I have, and I don't think is a quibble, as I could see it, and it is visible in the pictures, is that the wires do not fill the channels. There is a half an inch of unfilled channel, which allows a weird shape to my breast at the sides. I also included pictures looking upwards, and you can see a small bit of collapse, but more importantly a small bit of quadding in the center. I think that it is such a small amount, and this is after thorough scooping and swooping, that I shouldn't change size of cups, but I do not know what on earth to do in relation to the band length and unfilled wire channel. Should I try another one from Breakout Bras, letting them know exactly what my problems are with this one? As a side note, since I take my own pictures I feel like my breast always look lopsided as I have to hold one arm out in front. On normal days my breasts don't look so lopsided, haha.

I'm wondering if that empty channel is the new trend, as mine was the same way, direct from Comexim. 3/4" on one & 1" on the other. Crazy!

I read that the Basic runs small in the cup in general, & we've (at least Sovavosi and I) recently came to the consensus that BreakoutBras Comexim bras run a cup small compared to direct Comexim bras if it helps. A Comexim direct 60P will be larger in the cup from my experience with the 28KK/60P from both. My Ingrid and Bella De Nuit were both from Breakout, all the rest were Comexim direct. Trust me when I say you don't want to try their 60Q. All ways of horrible fit!

Also, usually that minor center spillage isn't considered actual quadding, it's just the result of too low of a gore. I get that on all my plunges regardless of size or how well the fit. So no worries with that one! :D

    • I usually have extra room in the wire channels on my bras. My Panache/Cleo's, and my Mimi Hollidays all have wires that fill the channel perfectly. The 4 Comexim bras I have seem to have wires that are slightly too long for the channels and are pushing into the seams. The rest of my bras has a space anywhere from a quarter inch to an entire inch worth of space. They may have just switched suppliers for their wires and they just happen to be shorter than their patterns channels.
You could push the wire to the outside of the cup and put some stitches on the gore side to stop the wire from going back that way. Or you could replace them from an older bra that you can't wear anymore if it really bothers you.
And WOW, that does seem to be the trend in regards to the band, but sheesh that's a full TWO band sizes larger than the stated size. I would write Anna and let her know. I could see them making them somewhat larger, but not two band sizes larger. That's a bit redunkulous. Maybe they sent you a 32JJ/70M instead XD

    • I think the extra room is pretty common and is in case of some shrinking that happens when you wash your bras (for those who don't wash properly)

    • 1

Comexim bands don't retain their tension regardless based on reviews though. Many members size down in band and start with extenders for the first few wears. :-\

    Graffiti NOT longline in 60P

I am adding this bra for data/informational purposes only. This Bra is not owned by me at the time of addition to the database.

Graffiti is normally a wonderfully eclectic long line bra with a graffiti print. The center gore is decorated with a clock face charm. It has light foam lining without additional/removable pads. While I have this in a Long Line size 65N (reviewed separately), this time I tried it with a regular band (not long line) in 60P.

The band measures 21.4” with a max of 28” stretched. I ordered mine with an extra set of eyes, so it has 3 hooks and ... 4 rows of eyes. This doesn’t add length to the band, but does allow for a tighter set prolonging the life of the band. In comparison, the Long Line 65N measured 22.5” with a max of 33”, and had 5 rows of hooks with 4 sets of eyes.

The height of the cup was 9” at the middle of the cup, and the center gore was 4”. In comparison, the 65N Long line measured 12”/14” deep and 8.5” high, making this one ½” larger all around.

As for the fit at the time it was received, the center gore sat 2 ½ fingers off my sternum, and the cups fit full. It was comfortable even though it didn’t tack, so I originally considered it a fit.

The straps were perfectly spaced for me. I did order them moved in by 2cm, otherwise they would have been too wide set.

Overall I was happy with the fit. Yes, I was a bit delusional back then……

I also ordered the Graffiti panties in a Small. They measured 62cm to a max of 90cm, making them run a bit small. The thing I love about them is that they had a zipper in the front! I must note that the back of the zipper was NOT lined. It was a shock when putting them on and feeling the cold zipper on private areas. There may be an issue with pinching and the metal teeth might irritate sensitive skin, but if you don’t attempt to zip/unzip while on, I don’t think it would be a problem. The teeth catching on hairs may also be an issue any time you change positions (sitting to standing etc) so keep that in mind as well. Being outdoors with them on in the dead of winter on a windy day, well, it’s not something I would want to attempt with those cold metal teeth on the zipper. Either way they are very cute, even if they end up only being practical as a form of lingerie and not all day wear. They looked great on, my hubby liked them, & they are otherwise comfortable, so they were a winner/keeper.

Comexim’s size chart puts a small at 85-93cm, so these are on the smaller end and would not fit a true the higher end of the size range.

    Chevron in 60P
I am adding this bra for data/informational purposes only. This Bra is not owned by me at the time of addition to the database.

Chevron is a padded plunge bra, in a wonderful zig zag multi colored pattern on the lower half of the cups and black on the top. The colors are Blues, Pinks, and Purples. The padding is the standard light foam lining without additional/removable padding. This was my third attempt at Chevron. I ordered it this time in 60P, but also tried it in 65M and 65N, reviewed separately. I love this pattern and the color scheme. The only thing that would have made ... the colors better would have been if it had greens instead of pinks, but the colors do look great together as it is.

The band measures 21.5” to a 30” max stretch. I asked for an extra set of eyes, so my band has 3 hooks and 4 rows of eyes. The 60P is 1” shorter than my 65M & 65N which measured 22.5” to a max 31” & 32”. This shows that the extra row of eyes add for a tighter band and do not lengthen the band, allowing for an extended life of the band as well as an option for those who are between band sizes and need that extra row to get a snug fit when sizing down is too tight.

    Cup Depth as measured by:
1 Hovering the cup between the knees, then placing the tape measure into the cups without any resistance.
    This measurement is: 12”

2 Placing the cup over the knee and stretching it similar to what a breast would, to the maximum resistance.

The cup height is 9”, which was 1/2” taller than my 65N, and 1” taller than my 65M. Wires were 5.875” wide compared to the 65M at 5.75” and oddly the 65N at 6.25”. The center gore sat at 4.15” tall with wires touching but not crossed. This was strange since to date I think all my Comexim bras had crossed wires. The 65M had a center gore height of 3.5” and the 65N was 3.25” tall.

I ordered this 60P with the straps moved in 2cm. This placed them at 10.5” apart, while my 65N is 11” apart.

As for fit at the time it was received, the band was great on the loosest setting which is nice. The straps were at an almost perfect placement. The center gore sat 2 fingers off my sternum, & the cups fit very full with minor quad boob. If I force the gore to tack, I got more quadding obviously.

I also ordered the panties in a Small, which measures 56cm to a max of 95cm. Comexim’s size chart shows their small to be for 85-93cm hips, so these are true to size. The bum side is sheer tulle, which I don’t like as much. I’d prefer solid black or the chevron pattern to match the color scheme of the bra. They were quite comfortable though, and my hubby liked the way they look, so it’s a win.

    Patricia in 60P with customizations

I am adding this bra for data/informational purposes only. This Bra is not owned by me at the time of addition to the database.

Patricia is normally a deep padded plunge bra in a green plaid pattern. The padding is light foam lining without additional/removable pads. I tried it this time in 60P with customizations, but I tried it previously in 65N standard, reviewed separately. This one has two bows at the center gore, one at top and one midway down. There was only one at the top on 65N.

The band measures 21.65” to a max of 28”. I requested an extra set of eye ... loops, so it has 3 hooks and 4 rows of eye loops, normally this size would come with 3 hooks and 3 sets of eyes as standard. The 65N measured 22.75-32” with 3 hooks & 3 rows of eye loops.

The height at the center of the cup is 8.5”, and though I requested the cup height to be reduced by 2.5cm, I believe they did about 1cm instead. The 65N measured 12” to 14.5” max, and 8.75” in height.

The straps were requested to be moved in 2.5cm, but based on where they sit, I’m thinking 1.5cm were done instead. This is based on my other Patricia and my other 60P Comexim bras, both with and without the straps moved in.

The center gore is set at .55” and is 3.65” tall. Patricia is usually a deep plunge, and I requested my order to be lowered gore by 2cm where possible, but at 3.65” I know my gore was raised instead, by about 1cm. This is based on the gore height of my other 60P Comexim plunges, as well as my Patricia 65N.

The wing measures 5.65” & the wires 6” from top to top which is the golden number for Comexim’s 60P wires. The 65N measured .5” and 3” tall at gore, wing 5.5” & wires 6.15”.

While the 65N would be a cup smaller than the 60P in comparison with sister sizing, it is clear that the customizations I requested were not done as specified, though exactly how off I cannot say for sure.

The quality is fine, without any notable issues, aside from the customizations not done as specified.

    Customizations requested vs. received:
Overlapped center gore wires – Received as requested
Straps moved in 2.5cm – Straps moved in 1.5cm
Additional set of eyes – Received as requested
Reduced cup height 2.5cm – Reduced cup height 1cm
Lowered center gore 2cm if possible - Raised center gore 1 cm

As for fit, unfortunately I got instant quad boob, and since I was at low tide, this one wasn’t wearable at all. The gore sat 2.5 fingers off my sternum and on my breast tissue, which wouldn’t be an issue if they’d lowered the gore as requested. The band is perfectly comfortable.

Overall, I am a bit disappointed that my customizations were not completely honored or brought to my attention beforehand if not doable as requested. Since I was contacted specifically on two of the bras within my order, I was surprised at how much was omitted. Of the four bras I ordered this time, none of them were done as requested which is quite disappointing.

Graffiti in 60P with customizations & no tag

I am adding this bra for data/informational purposes only. This Bra is not owned by me at the time of addition to the database.

Graffiti is normally a long line, but I ordered it custom with a regular band. It has a wonderfully eclectic graffiti pattern, and a clock face charm that decorates the center gore. I tried this bra in a 60P with customizations reviewed here, as well as another in 60P, and the long line version in a 65N, both reviewed separately. I also have the matching panties reviewed with the other 60P. As I loved the pattern, I have ... ordered repeatedly in an attempt to find the perfect and ideal fit.

If you’ve read my of Comexim reviews, you already know I had issues with my customization requests. First, this one had no tag on the bra. Seriously no tag. No brand or size indicator what so ever- just a naked band. Out of all the Comexim bras I’ve purchased, this is a first for me. Do I need the tag? No, I know what size I ordered, and I know it’s correct by how it compares to the other Graffiti 60P I have, but it’s still an oddity to not put a tag on the bra. I also ordered this with several customizations, but as the review will show, I didn’t get it exactly like I asked for.

The band measures 22” to a max of 30”. I requested an extra set of eye loops, so this one has 3 hooks and 4 rows of eyes. This is the same request I’d made with the other 60P, which measured 21.4” to a max of 28” so the bands were not done the same even though they should have been identical.

    Cup Depth as measured by:
1 Hovering the cup between the knees, then placing the tape measure into the cups without any resistance.
    This measurement is: 12.55”

The other 60P measures 12.5” but stretched to 14.5” over the knee, though that could just be that I was more aggressive when I measured that one over my knee. I requested the cup height on this one to be reduced by 2.5cm, but they measure 8.5” tall compared to the other 60P (without reduced cups) that measure 9”, making the cup height reduced by 1cm not 2.5cm like I requested. The cups measure 7” height from straps straight down to wire on both 60Ps so there was no reduction in the outer part of the cup what so ever, though this is where height is usually lowered the most.

The straps I requested to have moved in 2.5cm, compared to the 2cm I requested on the other 60P. The straps sit the same as my other 60P, so I feel they were moved in 2cm only.

The center gore is set at .55” wide and 3.5” tall. I requested the center wires to be overlapped and the gore to be reduced 2cm. My other 60P was done without these specifications and are set at 0.6” wide and 4” tall. This shows the gore was placed slightly closer together and was reduced by 1cm not 2cm as requested. The wing measures 5.4” tall as compared to the other 60P at 5.5” and the wires are 6” compared to 5.875” from top to top on the other 60P, so while these are similar, they are not the same.

The quality-I realized on this one that the outer fabric is quite stretchy and is attached loosely to the lining on the cups. This flaw results in wrinkling on the fabric that shifts under clothing. This was an issue for both my Graffiti’s I already had, but I didn’t notice it when they came in (guess I was just too excited when they arrived) and had assumed it was due to washing & friction under tanks during the summer. This one now confirms it’s just a flaw in construction, which is unfortunate.

    Customizations requested vs. received:
Overlapped center gore wires – basically received as requested
Straps moved in 2.5cm – straps moved in 2cm
Additional set of eyes – received as requested
    Reduced cups 2.5cm – reduced cups 1cm
Lowered center gore 2cm if possible – Lowered center gore by 1cm
Not long line- received as requested

As for fit (at the time it was received, not at the time of review), the band is perfectly comfortable on the middle sets of eye loops. The cups fit perfect without noticeable quad boob but the gore sits 2 fingers off my sternum and on the base of my breast tissue. If the gore had been lowered as requested, this would not be an issue, but this fit is otherwise nice and comfortable-wearable for sure.

Overall I don’t believe I will attempt another order of Graffiti, even though I still didn’t get the perfect fit. As much as I love the design, the loose outer fabric isn’t something I can ignore now that my bliss for the pattern has faded.
I also must say that I am a bit disappointed that my customizations were not completely honored or brought to my attention beforehand, especially since Joanna at Comexim sent me an email asking for clarification of what I wanted with this specific bra and I gave a detailed description and explanation of my requests. She replied stating she understood completely, so I was surprised when it arrived differently than requested. Of the four bras I ordered this time, none of them were done as requested which is quite disappointing. I guess that even though Joanna understood the request, something was lost in translation to the seamstress whom fulfilled my order this time.

Additonal thoughts at the time the bra was received, but that have since changed:

While this over all experience was less than ideal, I will still continue to buy from Comexim as I do love their bras. I will just try to figure out their slower times, and most likely place smaller orders. Hopefully that will help with my order fulfillment. The biggest disappointment is that the reduced cups and gore were recommended for my band and cup size, and I was trying to see if that would eliminate the quad boob & gore issues I’ve been having. If it didn’t then my next attempt was going to be deeper at the wire before attempting to upsize the cup again as a last resort. Without having a true idea of what the reduced gore and cup height will do, I don’t have a basis of how it would compare to deeper at the wire, so I don’t know if I should order deeper at the wire in addition to the other two customizations or in replacement of them…….

For those who are wondering: no I did not bring the issues up with Comexim. I know they are super busy right now, and I feel it was just an oversight at this point. Since the bras are all still wearable at some point of my cycle, there’s no reason to complain or attempt to force a replacement. I wouldn’t want to risk them removing the customization options all together, either. I will just plan my orders around my assumptions of the issues (busy time of year, too many bras with customizations per order, etc) and hope that resolves the conflict. I made mention of the issues here, as I know not getting the customizations for some of you would result in the bra not fitting at all, so I felt it was necessary to mention for the sake of full disclosure.

    Gloria 60P with customizations

I am adding this bra for data/informational purposes only. This Bra is not owned by me at the time of addition to the database.

Customizations requested: Wires completely overlapped/crossed at center; straps moved in 3cm; reduced cup height by 2cm; lower center gore height by 2cm (need extra deep plunge); Deeper at the wire by 1cm; add'l set of eye loops)

This one was such a disappointment for me, all around.
Arrived with Broken seam on eye loop section, so definite quality control issues.
It is padded. I honestly thought it was an unlined sheer bra.
It did not arrive with open gateway band. While I assume ... due to the lack of space between straps and hook/loops in a 28/60 band, but hey, that open gateway was one of the reasons I ordered it, so it would have been nice to know that one of the key features was being omitted.
One wire is 5.75” wire and the other is 6”. Serously they used two different size wires! I just don’t even know what to say about that one……..

The gore is 2.5” which is nice. With low gore, wires are not crossed, but there really isn’t much space to do this, and if crossed I don’t think it would have helped.

The band measured 21.5” and stretched to 27.5” and came with the 3 hooks and 4 rows of eye loops like I requested. I liked this as I could comfortably fasten it on the loosest hooks.

    Cup Depth as measured by:
1 Hovering the cup between the knees, then placing the tape measure into the cups without any resistance.
    This measurement is: 13”

2 Placing the cup over the knee and stretching it similar to what a breast would, to the maximum resistance.
    This measurement is: 15”

I feel these two figures give you a general idea of the minimum and maximum depth that the cup can accommodate, just like the flat and stretched band measurements do with bands. Since Bratabase only has one cup field, I enter the larger of the two, as it’s this larger number that determines if a cup is going to fit me or not since I am on the max end of the cup scale, but do realize that some may need the lower number to determine fit for their needs, so I will always include both figures in the reviews for full disclosure.

Compared to the other padded plunges I have, this one is deeper altogether, so I am confident they did do the deeper at the wire like requested. This one is ½-1” deeper than my other Comexim 60Ps. So, deeper at the wire made it deep both at the base for more immediate projection and also at the apex for more depth overall.
Even with this, it was still not enough to accommodate my breasts, and I had to admit sizing up in the cup was ultimately needed.

Moulin Rouge Black 60P with customizations

I am adding this bra for data/informational purposes only. This Bra is not owned by me at the time of addition to the database.

Customizations requested: Wires completely overlapped/crossed at center; straps moved in 3cm; reduced cup height by 2cm; lower center gore height by 2cm (need extra deep plunge); Deeper at the wire by 1cm; add'l set of eye loops

In a 60P, this normally sheer bra comes with the bottom half double lined in tulle for support. I do not like this look nearly as much, and really wish I knew it before ordering, as it changed the sexy appeal I was ... looking for. While the pattern the double tulle creates on that lower cup area is neat looking, I wasn’t going for neat with this bra. (ahem…..blush…..)

    On to the details!

The gore is 2.85” so I feel it was lowered at least partially, though I cannot say by how much for sure. The cups were definitely lowered, which in this case was not a good idea on my part for sure. The wires were overlapped nicely, and based on other reviews, I did get the deeper at the wire.

The band measured 21” and stretched to a max of 28”, and did come with the 3 hooks and 4 rows of eye loops as requested.

This one is a perfect example as to why that second stretched cup measurement is important. I have plenty of Ewa bras that only measure to that 12” marked unstretched, but stretch over the knee to a nice 15” depth or so making them a great fit. This one on the other hand could not stretch or expand to accommodate my breasts as the photos painfully show.

While I did order this one deeper at the wire to allow for more immediate projection and lower depth (making it functionally between a 60P and 60Q cup), it was not enough to accommodate either.

  18. Purple Love (530)

    Purple Love in 60P

This review was written in October 2017 when bra first received& may not be completely accurate at this time. (Yes, I am too lazy to update it, as I never wear this bra and so I really don’t know how it fits any more….)

Purple Love is an underwired Bralette in a deep purple lace, and black foam lined under cups. It is similar to Vogue Purple, without the long line feature, and with a darker deep purple. The cups are connected with a singular strip of stiffened fabric 0.8” wide and 0.625- 1.25” long mid way up the cup at the gore. It’s quite ... cute actually and more supportive than it looks.

The band measures 22.8” to a max of 31” which is big for a 28 band. It has 3 hooks and 4 rows of eyes, which was a custom request, as it would normally have 3 and 3 at this size combination.

    Cup Depth as measured by:
1 Hovering the cup between the knees, then placing the tape measure into the cups without any resistance.
    This measurement is: 12”

2 Placing the cup over the knee and stretching it similar to what a breast would, to the maximum resistance.
    This measurement is: 13.5”

I feel these two figures give you a general idea of the minimum and maximum depth that the cup can accommodate, just like the flat and stretched band measurements do with bands. Since Bratabase only has one cup field, I enter the larger of the two, as it’s this larger number that determines if a cup is going to fit me or not since I am on the max end of the cup scale, but do realize that some may need the lower number to determine fit for their needs, so I will always include both figures in the reviews for full disclosure.

The stretch measurement does not factor in the outer lace stretch, only the black undercups. The height at the center of the cup is 8” for the under-cups and 10.5” to the lace. As with Amore Mio, I requested the lace to end 8cm shorter at the strap connection so it would end before my shoulder. And as with Amore Mio, it was shortened 6cm to end on top of my shoulder. I get the 6cm figure from how it compares to my Vogue Purple which ends on my back at the same 60P size. The under-cups on Purple Love are in the standard 3 sections-two lower vertical and 1 upper horizontal section similar to their classic plunge. This provides a lot more support and coverage than Vogue Purple which has the shortened 3HC under-cups.

The straps were requested to be moved in 2.5cm. Compared to the strap placement of my Vogue Purple and Amore Mio, I do believe these were moved in as requested. This creates a better placement but also lowers the curve of the outer cup insuring it isn’t directly in the armpit.

The center gore has a height of 2.15” from the bottom of the cup connection to the top of the wires (so mid cup to cross wires), and a distance of .875” wide though when on the wires do cross (but there is not enough space there for me to put a tape measure in there to measure.) Since the wires are not connected on the top, the exact placement of said wires flat was just a guess, and reflects a larger distance than experienced while wearing. The actually placement will vary by wearer with this floating gore factor. The wing measures 5.75” and the wires are 6” from top to top which seems the golden number for Comexim at this size.

    Customizations requested vs. received:
Overlapped center gore wires – received as requested (though floating, they do overlap when on)
Straps moved in 2.5cm – Received as requested
Additional set of eyes – Received as requested
Lowered center gore 2cm if possible - possibly done, placement is good either way
Lower lace at shoulders by 8cm to end before shoulders – Lower Lace at shoulders by 6cm to end on top of my shoulders

As for fit, the under-cups fit perfectly and provide a nice shape, but the over lace and straps are still too wide set, putting them partially in my armpit. Other than this, I do love the fit of this bra. The band is a bit loose, but I can wear it comfortably on the tightest hooks. With the additional coverage that the under-cups provide, it actually covers my nipples, unlike Vogue which left them exposed. It is very comfortable! If you compare how the straps and outer cup curve sits on this one compared to Amore Mio, you’ll see the difference of what moving the straps in 2.5cm makes.

The quality really seems great. I do love the look of this bra, even if the fit is less than ideal and my requests were not completely honored. This one is closest to how I ordered it.

Overall, I am a bit disappointed that my customizations were not completely honored, and of the four bras I ordered this time, none of them were done as requested which is quite disappointing. This is one I would consider ordering again requesting the lace to be lowered 11cm in hope to get at least 8cm lower to get it off my shoulder.

I also ordered the Sugar Plum thong in a small, which is made with the same lace as Purple Love & thus creates a matching set. They measure 60cm to a max stretch of 91cm. Comexim smalls are supposed to be for 85-93cm, making these a bit small for those on the higher end of the range, but consistent with my other Comexim small panties.

  19. Amore Mio (545)

    Amore Mio in 60P

This review was written in October 2017 when bra first received & may not be completely accurate at this time.

Amore Mio is an underwired bralette that is unlined, and done in a gorgeous black lace. The outer lower section of the cup is lined with a thin sheer material for a bit of extra support. The center gore has a gold heart with “love you” engraved in it repeatedly. It is very pretty. It was not recommended that I get this one in a 60P, as Comexim didn’t feel that it would be supportive enough in that cup and band combination, but they ... were willing to do it at my own risk. Please factor this in with regards to fit and support within this review.

The band measures 22.75” to a max of 29.75”. This seems to be a common theme for their lacy banded bralettes, so keep that in mind when ordering. I ordered this one with an extra set of eye loops, so mine came with 3 hooks and 4 rows of eyes though it would usually come with 3 rows of eyes. The band sits a bit lower beneath the cups and is flat instead of curved at the gore. This feature does add extra support and comfort to the band.

    Cup Depth as measured by:
1 Hovering the cup between the knees, then placing the tape measure into the cups without any resistance.
    This measurement is: 12”

2 Placing the cup over the knee and stretching it similar to what a breast would, to the maximum resistance.

I could have stretched the cups more but didn’t want to push it since its only lace. The height at the center of the cup is 9.25” so it provides a lot of “sexy” coverage. I requested the lace to be lowered by 8cm at the strap so that it ended before my shoulders, but instead they end on top of my shoulders, 6cm shorter than my Vogue Purple, which is disappointing but still better than Vogue Purple. (Yes, I do realize it wouldn’t really be a bralette if it ended before my shoulders……)

The straps were requested to be moved in 2.5cm, though based on where they sit in my armpit, I do not believe they were moved in at all. In fact, they are set exactly 2cm further out than my 60P Vogue Purple, which I had ordered to be moved in 2cm. The plus, this confirmed the Vogue Purple straps were moved in! https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_wink.gif" alt=";)" />

The center gore is set wide at 0.7” with a height of 4.625” to the bottom of the flat band. I requested the center gore wires to be overlapped and the center gore height to be reduced by 2cm. At the given measurements, this was clearly not done. When I lay this one over my Vogue Purple at 60P, the wires and gore sit at the same height placement. The wing is 5.9” tall & the wires are 6.15” from top to top which is the second common wire that I get with my Comexim bras. I prefer the 6” wires, but the 6.15” is still doable for me. Since I requested the center gore wires to overlap, I was a bit surprised to see that they just barely overlapped at the tip instead of having them completely overlapped like I’ve gotten in the past as a standard feature.

The quality seems very nice with no notable imperfections aside from the customizations being incomplete.

    Customizations requested vs. received:
Overlapped center gore wires - Request not done
Straps moved in 2.5cm – Request not done
Additional set of eyes – Received as requested
Lowered center gore 2cm if possible - Request not done
Lower lace at shoulder by 8cm to end before shoulders – Lower lace at shoulder by 6cm to end on top of my shoulders

As for fit, the cups are a bit big, or at least looser at the start of incline around the armpit due to the wide set straps and extra lace. It is still wearable and the actual part the holds my breasts fit fine, it’s just that extra upper lace that is an issue. Also, the lace pattern is wide spaced which means it’s not gentle on sensitive erect nipples. If you don’t have sensitive nipples this won’t be an issue, or if your lace placement puts your nipples at the darker area of the lace you’ll be fine. The band is a bit big as well, but I can wear it comfortably on the tightest hooks. Since the center gore wasn’t overlapped as requested, the gore is too wide and does sit with one wire on my breast tissue. If you compare the outer side of the cup/strap curvature to that of Purple Love pictures, you’ll see the difference that moving the straps in 2.5cm makes.

Overall, I am a bit disappointed that my customizations were not completely honored. I’m not sure if it was just because they were busy, if it was a language barrier issue, or if they didn’t want to do them (ie if they felt it would take away from the support.) I wish if that was the case that they would have brought it to my attention beforehand. Since I had received an email regarding this specific bra, I assumed all would be done as requested, as their only concern was the cup size not being advisable in this soft cup. Of the four bras I ordered this time, none of them were done as requested. While this isn’t a deal breaker for my love of Comexim, and I won’t complain to them directly about it, I am alas disappointed.

Updated views June 2018. This is one of the few Comexim bras that I still own and wear, as I got rid of most of them. I do get quadding in this one now due to new growth since October last year, but not enough to make it unwearable, just requires really loose straps to stop the dig in pain. This is one of my tender day bras, but I honestly I’ve only worn it 1 in the last 3 months (today to be exact!)

  20. Vogue Purple Bra

Vogue Purple NOT longline in 60P

This review was written in September 2017 when bra first received & may not be completely accurate at this time. (Yes, I am too lazy to update it, as I never wear this bra and so I really don’t know how it fits any more….)

Vogue Purple is normally a beautiful purple stretch lacy long line bra with black foam lined demi/shelf undercups. It has the classic halter tank look from the front though it does have the standard two straps in the back. There are no removable pads in this bra. I ordered it this time with a regular band (not longline) ... in 60P.

The band measures 21.4” with a max of 30” stretched. I ordered mine with an extra set of eyes, so it has 3 hooks and 4 rows of eyes. This doesn’t add length to the band, but does allow for a tighter set prolonging the life of the band.

    Cup Depth as measured by:
1 Hovering the cup between the knees, then placing the tape measure into the cups without any resistance.
    This measurement is: 12”

2 Placing the cup over the knee and stretching it similar to what a breast would, to the maximum resistance.

This stretch doesn’t factor in the purple lace overlay halter area which is very stretchy, only the black undercups. The black under cups measure 6.5” tall which is 1” below my nips but the purple lace does cover them nicely (at a height of 10” at the center) and I don’t feel exposed or unsupported at all.

As for the specifics of the purple lace halter, it measures 16.5” tall unstretched to 23” tall at full stretch, from the center bottom of the cup to the top of the purple where it attaches to the straps. If measured from the armpit side of the wire, it is 10.5” unstretched and 16.5” full stretch from the top of the wire to the strap connection.

As for the fit: The band feels comfortable loose on the tightest set of eyes, which was a bit disappointing. It doesn’t feel unsupportive per se, but I was hoping for a comfortable to snug fit on the loosest setting instead of the tightest one.

The cups fit full and tack very nicely, mostly due to the low center gore. The purple lace halter area is really too tall for my high set roots, making the purple part end over my shoulder & 2” down my back. This also greatly shortens the usefulness of the straps, which barely shorten enough for me. As stated above, my nipples sit 1” above the top of the black under cups, but are nicely covered by the purple lace. If I order again, I will definitely be asking for the purple lace to end 3” shorter so that the purple ends in the front just before hitting my shoulder. This should help with the strap issue, as well as making the purple lace a bit more supportive. I’d consider this a great all day lounge bra due to the loose yet comfortable fit. It really feels like I’m braless while wearing it. Seriously feels like I’m just in a tank top instead of a bra.

Final item to be noted: the thread color used on this one was black, while on the Long line version I got it was a very light lavender color. The black thread stands out more, and I feel it’s not as ascetically pleasing. It doesn’t look bad, and if I didn’t already have the Long Line to compare it to, I may not have noticed it at all, but in comparison, I like the lighter stitching better by far.
