3. I ordered Ginger as a 3HC in 65P with straps moved in 3cm, gore reduced to 6.5cm, narrowed, and overlapping; 3x4 hooks, cookie pockets. Appearance: I love love love the look of this bra! I love the delicate creamy lace and how it covers the entire bra over a pink-tan base. The olive bows are a nice unexpected complement. The lace slightly over hangs the cups in a soft scallop for a very feminine look. This cup also has the silky smooth cookie pockets. Fit: this is my first 3HC and while on the contrary this doesn't quad like the other two, I can tell that the wires are ...too wide and the cup too tall near the straps. I wonder if this can be solved by moving in the straps which I learned that I will probably need 4cm in on 3HC. The gore is flat, band great on the first hooks, and the look melts my heart. I'm not sure if I will be able to pull off 3HC if I cannot figure how to reduce that extra fabric near the straps.
Panties: I bought the matching set in L szorty and will start ordering high rise XL for my 44"hips and 39-40" hip bone in figi and szorty. They are gorgeous though, there's a center panel and triangle on the back of the lace and the rest is the pink-tan stretch mesh which is partially see through. Read more 130 more words

Oooh I love this bra! I have an Ingrid on the way and if it fits, this one is next on my list
@kermitdafrog yes it is beautiful, I'm not sure the pics show the true beauty of it. You want this and Ingrid is next on my list along with mint, poison ivy, and a few older styles.
I already have this in a longline version but want one more in the normal ver too as a daily bra before it discontinues. Sooooo beautiful:) One thing that I'm wondering now is how the low gore works on my centerful boobs. I've never thought to order that low gore but now would like to. Btw, the tall and wide cups issues may be able to be solved by ordering 65Q with deeper cups or 65P with reduced cups and asking to use narrower wires. 'More moved in straps' option may lessen the cup volume and flatten the cups :( That's why I listed many comexim bras here.......
Twoflower the narrow wires may be an option, but HC cannot have reduced cups. I will likely bend them some but I left it unaltered for the review. I think you should go with whatever you're comfortable with as far as the gore goes. I have high set boobs with a lot of center fullness, close set, even fullness and I have no problem wearing a 6cm/2.5inch gore. I like my cleavage and a low gore coupled with it being narrowed and overlapping gives me cleavage with 1mm of space so the girls aren't touching/rubbing together causing irritation/sweat.
MissAponii Oh comexim makes the hc cups reduced. I have Elena hc and Ingrid 3hc with the option. However the low gore sounds really great :) I will definitely go for it for my next order!
MissAponii I already have an Ingrid, but I've grown so it's too small for my. It's in the 3HC cut too, which I don't think I like all that much so I ordered my new Ingrid in the plunge cut.
Twoflower Somehow they seem to go back an forth on whether or not they'll reduce the cup height on the halfcups. I have two, and on one they told me they don't reduce the cup height for halfcups and for the other they did it.
Twoflower now I want to cry, bc I thought it wasn't an option I've asked them before too šš
1. I ordered Tropical Garden in 65P with reduced cups, straps moved in 3cm, gore reduced to 6cm, narrowed, and overlapping; 3x4 hooks, cookie pockets, and I requested all over mesh no black section. Appearance: it is simply gorgeous the colors are rich without being overpowering and I love how everything else is black because it creates a balanced look. I did notice that the the cookie pockets are a silky smooth material instead of the soft cotton, but I don't mind because the cups inside and out are soft. Fit: it fits almost perfectly, the band is perfect on the first set of hooks, the gore lays flat, and ...the cup height is perfect. My only note to self is that there is 3mm of quad near the gore, so I could go up another size, but I honestly don't mind I am very center full and love low gores so I expect it. My cycle is coming soon so we'll see if it goes down, but the cup fits perfectly until it gets to my fullest point. I love this bra and plan to wear it often.
I also got the matching panties in the szorty-stringi style, which is supposed to be like the picture. They are kind of similar, but they fit nicely against my upside down š shaped bum instead of loosely. I have gained 2" to my hips so I will start ordering a XL in figi and szorty for my 44" hips (39-40" hip bone) and I will also ask for high waisted bottoms. Read more 150 more words

I had no idea it is possible to request something like "all over mesh no black section" as an alteration! Looks amazing!
Lenaxo I saw just one pic of a frontal from years ago where a bra reviewer had it. She didn't leave a review and there was only 2 pics of the bra in that size and nobody reviewed so I don't know who it was and how it came to be that way, so I took a shot and requested it.
MissAponii That proves it never hurts to ask, very happy for you :)
I ordered this one in a 30KK because it was on clearance for $18 and I couldnāt resist. I figured if nothing else, it would be a great āI donāt want to wear a bra today because my skin screams with sensitivityā bra when I want a bit of support but not the constricting feel of a bra.
Queen of Hearts is a standard Comexim padded plunge. It has black cups and band, with a red cradle and straps. Mine came with just red accents on black straps though, so there appears to be some variations. I have always been fond of the look of this bra, and ...had it a few years ago in a 65N, so with the super low price, I couldnāt resist trying it again.
As for fit, The band is what Iād call comfy loose on the tightest hook set. It is wearable and good for a lounge day but not supportive for an active day. Great for tender rib days.
The gore sits 2.5 fingers off the sternum and the cups fit with a swoop n scoop but could stand to be a bit smaller (or to have the straps moved in a bit) since I get a small amount of gore gaping with the slightest slouch. This wouldnāt be noticeable under shirts, but I do slouch a lot, haha, so it will be noticeable to me. I will note that the Magic 28KK I also ordered measures larger in depth but shorter in cup and gore height, and I have center spillage and minor quadding with that one. Iām not sure if itās just the wider set straps on this one or if the cup/gore height needs to be between the two for a better fit. I may move the straps in on this one at some point and see if that lessens the cup resistance.
And for the technical aspects: All measurements are taken prior to trying the bra on to insure no figure is obscured by the body. I also take all flat measurements before taking the stretched cup then band measurements for the same reason.
The band measures 23.75ā and stretches to a max of 34ā with little effort. It has 3 hooks and 4 rows of eye loops. This makes this one much more of a 34 band than a 30 band which is quite surprising. I wonder if this was a former return that may have been worn a few times before returning.
Cup Depth as measured by: 1 Hovering the cup between the knees, then placing the tape measure into the cups without any resistance. This measurement is: 12.5ā 2 Placing the cup over the knee and stretching it similar to what a breast would, to the maximum resistance. This measurement is: 15ā
I feel these two figures give you a general idea of the minimum and maximum depth that the cup can accommodate, just like the flat and stretched band measurements do with bands. Since Bratabase only has one cup field, I enter the larger of the two, as itās this larger number that determines if a cup is going to fit me or not since I am on the max end of the cup scale, but do realize that some may need the lower number to determine fit for their needs, so I will always include both figures in the reviews for full disclosure.
Overall, I am happy I ordered this one. It will be a comfort bra for one of my sensitive days which occur more often lately. Read more 487 more words
I'll do a full blog review later, but for a quick summary for now:
The band on this bra runs super small (it stretches to about 27.9 inches). The straps are long. I wish they were shorter and I have them fully shortened. I'm tall with low set breasts. The cups don't allow for much inner fullness at all. I really have to reverse swoop and scoop, and basically but my boobs in my armpits. Even reverse swooping and scooping, there's way more armpit space than I need. The foam part of the cup is very short. It's basically a nip slip waiting to happen.
Whoa. That is a different cut, eh? Thanks for the warning! :-)
Love4Pollinators It's definitely different than the other Comexims I've tried previously, but its cut very similarly to the Gilda I just received. It's a really terrible cut and I'm not sure why... The Gilda was altered the same was as my Graffiti I got about a month and a half ago and the fit is waaay different
Another user who has not yet added data said the same thing about her Gilda. In fact, maybe 1 of the 5 in her recent order will work. She owns six fitting Comexims, but the recent order was VERY different. Sigh!
Love4Pollinators I've owned probably close to 20 Comexim bras including these, and while they weren't all perfect fits my issues up until now have been mostly nitpicky things (the band on a longline rolled up, the cup on a particular bra was shallower than I realized, I grew and the bra was too small, etc.). I've never had something from them be this poor of a fit all around though. It stinks because I waited almost two months for them
I think when I emailed Comexim to ask about the Vogue they said it was a 1HC cut.
amandafire Ive never tried the 2HC (Idk if that's what you meant to write, because the cup is definitely two parts) so I can't say if it's similar to that. To me it looks basically identical to the plunge cut if you take off the top segment of it
kermitdafrog21 yes 2HC is what I meant I was thinking of the single seam and messed that up. Maybe it's a variation on the 2HC, because I got one by mistake before and it seemed quite a bit different from the plunge, it was much shallower and had wider wires.
letstalkaboutbras, me, too. I hope Comexim implements "poka yoke" techniques SOON. Quality control is helpful but will simply increase the cost of manufacturing unless they prevent the errors.
I'm returning to Wacoal because their bras have been especially predictable. But, I don't think they have one bra for center-full, close-set, and projected breasts. :-( The push-up bras I found are lovely but they were not intended for my breast characteristics. ;-)
amandafire If you line up the wires between this and the Gilda its a tiny bit wider, but only a tiny bit. And they actually measure a little narrower due to the different angle that the top of the wires make. I definitely wouldn't call it a wide bra, so it probably is a modified 2HC (unless somehow in my size a 2HC is narrower than in all the other sizes lol)
Love4Pollinators I'm sized out of most brands, and most of the ones I can "fit into" are super wide. As much as I love my EM bras, I spend a lot of time sitting so I'm trying to get something that fits with softer wires since my old Comexims got too small. I have one more on order from them (placed the order before this one arrived) and if it has the same problems I'll have to take a break from ordering from Comexim for a bit I think
I have been interested in trying the Ingrid for quite a while after seeing so many great reviews. It is very pretty, and if good quality.
Breakoutbras had this on deep discount, and although it is bigger in the cup than my regular size, I figured that I would roll the dice, especially considering many reviews said that the cups tended to run a bit small.
As you can see in the pictures, the cups are way too big, more than two cup sizes too big. I assumed that this could be two cup sizes too big, but would be worth trying in case it fit, and for bra science. This may be the first bra I have tried that makes my breasts look small, haha.
The band is pretty true for a 30 band. Since my underbust is a little under 30, I wore it on the tightest hooks.
The projection was good on this bra, and the cups and straps didnāt cut in to my arm pits.
Oh my! Your whole breast sits below the horizontal seam! š
Bummer honey. Sorry it didn't work out for you. Got to love those sale prices though! They are so hard to resist for the chance at a good it. Got to make the gamble sometimes, right?
2. I ordered Queen of Hearts in 65P with reduced cups, straps moved in 3cm, gore reduced to 6cm, narrowed, and overlapping; 3x4 hooks, and cookie pockets. Appearance: I really like the look of this bra. It's simple enough to wear every day, but it could also be used as a special occasion bra. This bra also has the same silky smooth material instead of the cotton, but the inside and the outside of the cup are soft. The contrast btwn the gore and the wings is a nice touch and I would love the bows if they were centred correctly. If you're like me you have just a ...touch of OCD this will drive you insane and takes away from the look of the bra. Other than that I do love the look of this bra. Fit: same issue of almost a perfect fit. The band is great on the first set of hooks, gore is flat, and the cup height is perfect. The only issue is slight quads near the gore about 4mm worth. Out of the 3 this quads the most it isn't a big deal for me I can go up a size but the low gore with my center fullness will mostly always do this. If I go up a size there will be more gapping at the straps so I can choose to be bothered with this or keep the perfectly fitting cups.
Panties: I got the matching set in a L figi like the picture I will start ordering XL for my 44" hips because I gained 2" as well as asking for higher waisted bottoms. They are beautiful though. Read more 166 more words

I have been trying really hard to find a way to get a Comexim bra that fits me with no strap gap. This bra comes quite close to having no strap gap, but HOOOOOLY QUADDING. It's not too noticeable from the front or with my shoulders slouched, but if I pull my shoulders back or raise an arm it becomes quite noticeable.
I have normally been wearing a 70N with reduced cup height. For this bra I tried a 65P. I went down a band size with the intention of using an extender at first, since I've been noticing that most of my Comexim stretch fairly quickly ...(I do in fact need all three rows of the extender for now). I went up a cup volume to try to get more cup depth (this gave me about 2cm in extra cup depth). Finally, I reduced the cup height by 3 cm. This created a cup height that works pretty well for me at the straps.
Unfortunately, I think that the cup is still not deep enough. The cup depth of this bra is 32cm, and based on my rough estimates I would want something closer to 35-36cm if I wanted them to be basically held without compressing any of the tissue upwards (for anyone curious about my estimating techiques, I laid one breast flat on my palm like I'd want a bra to support it, then measured the perimeter in that position). Since the cup wasn't deep enough, some of the tissue gets pushed upwards by the bra, leading to some quadding. I think I may have to abandon my attempts to get a bra that is deep enough and short enough to be a truly good fit from Comexim and just let the cup height compensate for the lack of depth for me.
Otherwise though, I do really like the bra. The straps are the thicker straps that Comexim uses, and are a bit hard to adjust which means they won't slide from where you've adjusted them. Plus who doesn't love leopard print! Read more 238 more words
