This bra works well for fairly narrow and projected breasts, with very short roots.

I bought this one cup size up from my regular size (because CK fits shallow for size). I got it because I LOVE the fit of my Bardot baby doll. The bra version doesn't fit quite as well but the sizing is still very good. That's the way I get the gore to tack. The lace is embroidered on the mesh upper cup. The mesh is soft but firm. I do not like the mauve accents. The embroidery looks cheap up close and the colour doesn't really do it for me (when paired with black). This is a really useful almost-black balconette. Buy the undies one size up because they fit small...

I bought this bra along with the Arizona after having people recommend this to me for a long time because of my projection and short roots. I was reluctant because I had pretty much sworn off CK after the last time I tried anything from them (which was a Jewel and an Smoothie), and I have to say if I had ordered this alone my faith in them would not be as restored as it is with receiving it along with the wonderful Arizona.
While I still think their unpadded bras need work, this is a VAST improvement from the 30G - Curvy Kate ยป Jewel ... Balcony Bra (CK3401) , which fit me so strangely I was ready to give up on CK. The Bardot has vastly improved in shape and gives me a much nicer projected, slightly rounded but natural shape with a bit of a peak. The reason I say I still think it needs to be improved is because it still gives me odd wrinkles. If you look at my last pic--I was pointing to the diagonal crease in the top section of one cup, then when I saw the pic I couldn't believe what a wrinkled mess the other side was! I also feel it lacks a bit of immediate projection, causing that odd ridge at the bottom, which is especially unattractive in a sheer cup.
It is certainly closed on top--I would probably not recommend this to anyone FOT (unless they're very short rooted like me) or with tall roots.
Luckily, I can still wear it with loose clothing and therefore those wrinkles won't show, but it is sad that this means this bra fails as a boudoir bra for me, since it is so damn pretty. The cradle is made of a silky material which is really nice.
Overall, I think Curvy Kate is really making strides to improve their construction, which I really appreciate. I'm not sure if I would buy another one of their unpadded bras unless they continue to make improvements, but this order overall has brought me back to them as a customer.

Love the fit of this bra! The band is nice and firm and there is a great uplift! But the edge of the cup is not strechy so this might be a problem for very soft breasts.

Absolutely love this bra both fit and style wise; the sheer black paired with the lavender embroidery/bows are so pretty and feminine, especially if they were to peak out from beneath your shirt! This bra provides a basketball-round and forward-projected shape with relatively narrow underwires (at least by CK standards), a decent amount of immediate projection, and a delightfully low gore. Upon first trying it on, however, the upper edge cut quite significantly into the tops of my boobs, especially the larger one, but after determining to keep it and make it work I was able to gently stretch the embroidered top panel out enough to comfortably accommodate my even-fullness boobs without any quading whatsoever. It's rare to find a bra that is both beautiful and comfortable enough to totally forget about it while wearing!

This is my new favourite bra! I ADORE the Bardot. It is a gorgeous bra with sheer fabric cups, which is not so easy to find in the larger cup market. At the same time, it is very supportive and it doesn't feel like a weak bra at all. Some minor adjusting might be needed during a day of wearing it but nothing serious. I can't wait to see it in other colourways because I can't get enough of it! A beautifully made bra of excellent quality.

I've tried this one in a 30J and a 32JJ; the 30J is too tight in the band and too small in the cup. I do find the 32JJ to be tight in the band as well but it fits comfortably. The cup is too big, I would ideally need a 32J. Its a very pretty bra with a sexy edge as its all see through. it's a shame having to send it back! I would say the cup is averagely big.

I used to be fine with Curvy Kate 30's but I am not sure if the bands of the unpadded bras have become tighter, sure seems like it to me. this is a stunning see through bra but I wont be keeping it as I seem to need a bigger size in Curvy Kate nowadays. I find this band too be a bit tighter than the Jewel or the Dreamcatcher. Ill try to get it in a bigger band size and a bigger cup.

This bra is actually not too bad a fit for me, which is surprising considering the three-part cup. This bra might actually work well for ladies in the shallow spectrum. I do have a little bit of a shape issue- there's just a smidge of empty space in the lace at the top of the cup, but the edge of the cup lies perfectly flat and doesn't cut in at all. So this bra might be better for those who are slightly less shallow and full on bottom. It's a very pretty sheer bra, but I need taller wings!
