Just picked up this bra because I noticed that the Curvy Kate Elegance (CK1401) that I have in 28E was starting to be too small. I put this one on and it fits perfectly, just as nicely as the Elegance first did. Definitely happy with this bra!

Knowing that they are discontinuing all the styles using this base, I wanted a few to replace my too small but much beloved gold Tempt Me. So, I tried this colorway twice. Once I got what I suspect was a manufacturer's defect, and then I got this one, which was more on par for what I expected.

Pros:
Pushup for those of us who aren't B cups (and I need it cuz my boobs HATE each other)!
Comfortable*
Has 3 Hooks (in GG+)
Low center gore for us petite and prominent sternum types (I'm both).
Pretty color combinations.

Cons:
* Earlier I said it was comfortable, and this is true...to an extent. If you are of ... the narrow shoulder, narrow chest variety (if I measure from armpit to armpit across my chest I'm just a smidge under 12" wide--that's 30cm for you metric gals) you will HATE this bra. The straps will start under your armpit and will try to twist out of it--it's hard to describe, but you'll know it if you have it. Other than that, the bra is comfortable.

The construction quality on this style is kind of all over the map, though definitely hanging out more in the "not exactly excellent" camp. There's been snags in the lace, loose threads, etc. on every single one of these that I've ordered, and I've ordered 4 or maybe even 5 now I think. Even that beloved gold one has it, but I overlooked it because it doesn't really affect wearability, it's just a nitpick that bugs me as a seamstress. There may also be some issues with some of them getting the sizing mislabeled, but I would suspect that this is an issue that will be very unlikely for you to encounter.

I also have a bit of that "orange in a glass" effect that I didn't really understand until now, but I could (and would!) have ignored it if it weren't for the straps being set impossibly wide. I hope that helps!

And wow! I love it!!! It's so comfortable, beautiful and *perfect*.. if not the fit.

The cups run very small.. I think the 28F is too small and I'm usually between a 28DD/E. I think I need 28FF, maybe a G.. Just maybe. It actually fits my smaller boob quite well I think, maybe a tad bit too small.

If you are close-set/full in the middle like me, this bra may be a little much. At least for everyday wear...my hubby would be very upset if I sent it back! The detailing on this bra is incredible. There is black mesh with embroidery layered over a satin cup (a pale gold color satin in this case), and the little buttons on the center gore match the satin. The materials are very soft and luxurious, and the cups cotton-lined. The bra is surprisingly comfortable. I have just a bit of quadraboob, as it is SO plunging, but showgirl cleavage as well. I would probably benefit from something like a 28K, but that doesn't exist in this range.

This bra did not fit at all. I bought it when I was still working out my bra size, so the band is too big, but it is also very large for a 30. The band is very stretchy and I'd recommend sizing down if you can. The cups were also too small and I had to size up two cups to get the right fit.

It's a difficult bra to find the right fit in, but it's worth persevering as it is very comfortable in the right size. The cups are quite shallow, as I typically find in Curvy Kate bras and this results in a minimised profile.

This bra makes fantastic breasts. I love it. I feel comfortable and sexy with this bra. Color looks red on pictures, but in daylight it's hue of pink (sometimes pictures may tell lies).

This is a stunning looking bra it runs incredibly small though. Even back when this bra was supposed to fit it was massively too small and my boobs kept falling out even though they are wide set. Such a shame! Glad I got the Curvy Kate Temptress now which is exactly what I was expecting when I bought the Tempt Me - the cups of the Temptress are definitely more true to size!

Since this bra has been discontinued for a while, I couldn't find a 28dd for the life of me and so had to settle for a 30D. I've seen many reviews here recommending users go up a cup size, but I'm so shallow that my usual size is plenty good enough.

This is probably because it's a three-part balcony at heart, for all that it's a plunge. Horizontal/diagonal seams tend to end up too deep for me, and even this super shallow bra ended up just right. Unfortunately, this bra is not super well suited for FOT breasts, so it cuts into my tall roots a bit. It fits ... pretty well otherwise.

The wires are quite short in this bra, and very very solid. I've never felt stiffer wires; I couldn't even bend them! But they fit my root perfectly (as long as I don't over swoop and scoop). The gore is super low, which... I don't know, I don't have any real opinions on it. I do have more fullness in the center, but I'm so shallow overall that it's a non-issue.

The band is pretty stretchy, but overall it's firm enough that I can wear it ok on the second hook. I actually thought I was on the tightest hook when I first wore it, but no, the second hooks are where it ends up when I blindly hook it. This is good. I appreciate a 30-band bra that I don't have to alter right away for a comfy band.

This bra is pretty clearly a manufacturing second though. The stitching on the right cup is super obvious and not very neat along the top edge of the lace. The mesh seam on the left cup is imperfect enough that the vertical seam isn't perfectly flat. Overall, these are only cosmetic issues and the imperfect seam doesn't really show up under tight shirts any more than the lace in general. That is, it does show, but it doesn't stand out specifically.

The gold is actually pretty muted, which I appreciated. It's almost a skin-tone kind of gold, not brightly yellow. As for its design, I find it looks cuter in small cup sizes than in large cup sizes.

It's a pretty darn comfortable bra.
