The color of this is sooo pretty. And the shape fits me like a glove! The straps are half-adjustable but they're short enough for me--tall girls beware. The fabric is soft and comfy and I love that the band curves up in the center.
Like other Evollove bras I've tried, this has half adjustable straps. All the other ones adjust short enough for me but this one does not. A strap saver solves that easily though. The band is very firm, not very stretchy at all. It fits fine but I have to fasten it in the front and turn it around.
This is by far my favourite bra. It is so unbelievably comfortable. I can easily wear it all day without feeling uncomfortable. Another big thing for me was that I didn't need to adjust it much through-out the day! Hurray!
This was a really oddly fitting bra. For one thing, it definitely doesn't measure at 34; I usually wear 32 bands and I could hardly clasp this 34G on the loosest hook. The gore didn't tack, which makes me think the cup size fits more like a larger 32FF, but the weird part was that there was extra space at the bottom of the cup that I wasn't filling. I also had slight quad boobing going on up top, so it just fit weird all around. I might try to do some alterations on the gore to bring the cups closer together, but I don't think that will help with the overall fit very much. The print of the bra is really pretty! Overall, I'm bummed it fits so weirdly.
Evollove doesn't make an FF, so you're right, their G is essentially a UK FF cup.
Good luck with the alterations!
I have trouble with the slight-quad-boob + empty bottom cup problem sometimes. I'm pretty sure it has to do with being FOB trying an even or FOT style, and how most bras don't have quite enough projection in the bottom of the cup for us, so the girls push the bra down to get at the more voluminous part of the cup. This was terrible for me with my 30FF - Panache ยป Zara (5086) , for reference - I couldn't ever really pull the wires up into the right place because it was waaaay too shallow/FOT for me, so I never found out if the upper cup might actually fit! :P
Yes if the bra is too shallow for you, the breast will not be able to settle properly in the bottom of the cup and will be stuck too high up. Sometimes you'll then get quadboob. This happens to me with all the cute Mimi Holliday bras!

Sorry I don't know why it double posted...
Do the evollove bras tend to be more shallow in the cup?
I personally don't know, since I've never had the opportunity to try the brand. The reviews aren't terribly specific on this front, sadly.
I know from browsing unlined, unpadded ElleMacpherson models on Bratabase that they run very wide and shallow in my size range (a shame because I find them pretty--this also means i looked through a lot of their designs hoping to find one that was cut narrower, but no luck).
On the other hand I have a Fayreform bra that is so old and stretched that I can't get a reliable measure of band length or cup depth, BUT the wire is average to narrow.
That's good to know! I just tried the bra back on and played around with narrowing the gore; it's not worth of for me to try to fix it. It's such a shame; the wires are really long and go right into my armpits, and sit a lot farther below my breasts than other bras I have. It's so frustrating that bras are so hard to fit!! (Granted I haven't tried on as many bras as some of the people here! Still looking for "the one," however.)
This is a lovely bra, the first longline that I find easy to hook up! The cups are lined four part cups and give a slightly east/west appearance, I do wish they had an internal sling for support as this is not my favorite look. The band does not ride up or roll, but as is the case in all longlines I fear they will warp with wear, though they are stronger than the ones used by Parfait/Adore Me. The straps are currently pinned to length as they do not adjust short enough for me, I will sew them eventually, and I wish they were thicker as thin straps tend to dig in a bit. The lace and mesh fabric is lovely and comfortable to wear.
I'm being very nitpicky in my answers to the fit survey. I said there was quad-boob, but there is only a very tiny amount, and only in certain positions (you can't see it in the pictures, which is a good sign that it fits pretty well most of the time). The gore tacks when I'm standing up straight and pushing my chest out, but that's also when the slight quad-boob happens. When I'm slouching, the cups fit fine, but the gore is slightly gappy. Though certainly less so than other bras I have and enjoy.
If this bra were very comfortable, I would overlook the very minor fit issues. But it's weirdly not, even though it looks like it would be. The material, though smooth and non-lacy, doesn't have a lot of give. The band is on the tight side, with the cup bottoms pressing into my ribs. (Maybe a 32E would be better?)
It's a B+ bra--decent, but I'm not over the moon about it.
I ordered the 38 in this bra because reviews suggested that people should size up in the band. It's about right, but I wish I'd actually ordered the 36. Still, the center gore lies flat on the last hook column, and there is no gaping at the top (a problem that I usually have). All things considered, this is one of my better fitting bras, but it does have too much of the east-west thing. Also, my left breast is at least one cup size larger than the right. That means this bra requires me to scoop up the left side and sort of...fold it up into ...the cup. There's a slight quad-boob effect, which is rare for me because I'm bottom heavy. But it doesn't look pronounced and doesn't show up under clothes. Other problems: As with most bras, the bra straps are set too widely apart and tend to fall off, and... The thing is, I'd be able to live with all of these fit issues if the left strap -- my larger side -- didn't dig in so painfully. I can only wear this bra for a few hours at a time, and I need strap pads to make it bearable. There are only 2 rows of hook and eye closures, but the band is more snug than most, and it doesn't bother me much.
The appearance is great-- cute pattern, cute bows, cute cute cute! Unfortunately the cup is too small for me, and the corner of the band is rather itchy. The straps have the same issues as several of the other Evollove bras I've reviewed, being stiff and almost 'sharp' on the edges. Both of these issues would probably be resolved with washing and wear.
It's super pretty-- I love the aqua green color so much! However, it just isn't very comfortable. The corner of the band was so itchy I didn't want to keep it on long enough to check the fit. This might get better with wash/wear, but beware if you have sensitive skin! The cups were much too small for me, and I'm getting the impression that Evollove bras might run a little small in the cup.
This is one of the prettiest bras I've tried on. I love the print (sort of a leopard print with overlaid flowers) and the color (gorgeous shade of purple), and the thick lace along the top is very pretty. The bra is padded and very smooth inside the cup. The straps dig in a bit-- they're stiff and almost 'sharp' along the edges, but they are long enough for me. Comfort wise, the fit is off enough that I can't tell with much accuracy. However, the corners of the strap in the back (by the hooks) are very scratchy!
This bra fits me alright, except that the cups are too far apart for my liking. I prefer bras with an "up and center" look and this is definitely not it! I also don't get any cleavage from this bra. I bought this bra used and it has been stretched out, so it is also too big around, though it may have been fine had I bought it new.
One of the first bras I bought while trying to figure out my true size. Initially, it was amazing. Now, I realize 34 bands really are too big for me. If I were comfortable altering bands, it would still be amazing.
It's a gorgeous bra, but it's not for me. I ordered a few different sizes and this one was the one that fit the best.
The straps are not fully adjustable, which is fine for me but may be a problem for others. The band is a bit stretchy, the 34 band stretches to 35 for instance. I have full on bottom 2/6(almost 2/5 even), projected breasts. And unfortunately this bra is just not compatible for me. I've tried various ways of tightening and loosening the straps and band to make it work, but no luck. I can fill the bottom of the cup but at the diagonal seam, there's wrinkling and the top of the cup gapes. If I tighten the straps, then I quadraboob and there's still wrinkling at the center of the cup near my nipple.
It's super comfy to wear and the fabric feels nice. It's unpadded but not see-through. The band felt a little loose for a 30 - it felt best/most stable on the tightest hook. The wires are wide so this might work for wide root shallow boobs. The shape I got from the cups was slightly pointy but not too bad.
Fit very well with a very supportive and comfortable inner support sling, except the straps were set so wide they were almost in my armpits and very uncomfortable.
Not supportive at all, very flimsy construction. I bought it in Princess Blue, and while the color on the website looked pretty, in real life it seemed very childish looking.

Good luck with the alterations!
