This is a very good bra to have. It's got extra padding you can use and three different straps. One for a halter neck, two regular straps, and two straps with extra padding. Sadly it's too big in the cups for me.

Me: soft, FOB, empty on top
I thought I loved PL Onyx, but I love CH Onyx even more. The CH is a very good shape for me - really lifts and rounds my soft breasts. Like CHP and HP, I suspect I could size down to the DD in this style also because of how open it is on top (and how little tissue I have there), but I am happy with what I've got now.
Otherwise, it looks pretty much exactly the same - same lovely black matte fabric, same classy detailing, same straps to switch around, same supportive but soft band.
This is now one of my favorite bras.

It's a beautiful bra, and the comfort straps really live up to their name, but I found that the CH has seriously narrow wires and unlike the PLs, which are still narrow for me but can work, this style cannot contain any of the boobage on the sides due to the narrow and low wires. Not to mention the top of the cup seems to drastically come away from the bottom, where even my somewhat shallow boobs can't fill it, regardless of if the padding is in or not, but I know one size down would not work either. So in the end I guess it's a great bra for someone with full on top/shallow and narrow boobs.

Onyks is beautiful in its simple and classical design. I was very surprised with the quality of this bra, it's perfect to the smallest detail.
I have the recent version. The shiny fabric was over so the bra is now made of a mat fabric. The band is tight, but it seems that older models had a very stretchy band.
The CH style is my favourite one, I adore the shape it gives, very projected and rounded. I find the cups very open on the top (contrary to CH Lato) and I would even say that it runs a bit bigger in the cups than other padded EM half cups I own.
Concerning the exchangeable straps, I prefer to wear it with the fully adjustable ones, I'm not a fan of unstretchy straps even if they're padded and comfortable.

Good:
- Nice round shape
- Comfortable underwires
- Doesn't poke in sternum nor armpit
- 4 hook settings
- Provides padding for asymmetry
- 3 types of straps to change
- Removable straps
Bad:
- Strap hooks are quite wide, not interchangeable with common pretty bra straps

First of all, this is huge on me. The cups are my fault (I overestimated how many cups to go up from the too-small CH Lato), but the band is EM's fault- it's much longer than any other EM bra I've tried (including one 32 band). It stretches to 10 cm longer than the S. Fresh, which is a proper 30 band. That's why I'm calling it only Okay quality.
That said, I love it. I had to ditch the comfort straps and tighten the regular straps most of the way, but eventually I got a pretty good fit, with just a bit of gaping at the top.
The lift I get is amazing. I wore this to work my first day back from a 2 week holiday, and I'm sure some people thought I'd gotten a boob job.
It's very, very comfortable.

Yess, it fits! I have this in 70G, too, but it’s waaay too large in the band (despite my alteration) and just a tad too small in the cups, so I ordered it in 65H.
I was afraid a 65H would be too large in the cups, as the 70G wasn’t ridiculously small, but luckily it’s not bad! For the part of my larger boob the cup is just fine, but for my smaller maybe just the tiniest bit too large. That, however, I can correct with the pad, so no problem there. The wires are wider than I would need, but I don’t get any wrinkles and ... it isn’t uncomfortable, so I don’t see it a problem.
The band is snug enough! And it has three hooks! So two mega pluses for me. I started wearing it on the loosest hooks and that feels fine. It has a whole four rows, so hopefully it won’t wind up too big in the too near future.
The shape is really nice, not as projected as the 70G, but a bit more rounded and ‘gathered together’, and it also feels more supportive than the 70G.
The removable straps are a great idea, but the comfort straps have a weird issue: they slip right off! The ‘hook’ is somewhat wider than in the 70G comfort straps, so I tried the 70G straps, and luckily they stick like glue. So basically no problem for me, as I had one pair of extra straps. Still a shame since I’ve shortened the ones I had and planned using the new ones as racerback straps, but obviously that won’t work since the straps refuse to stay attached to the cups.
I like the details (buttons at the front), and I also ordered the matching briefs. The set is simple and stylish, I like https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" />

I originally bought the CH Purple in 32GG from EM's online store, and it came up way too large on me in the cup (the band fit well, though). A shame, since it was a beautiful bra- smart striping an...

I purchased this bra brand new off of Ebay. See, normally I wear a 36-38 FF, but I was so excited to find this bra domestically instead of having to purchase it from Poland that I figured that an extender would help with the band. Yep the extender helped but the cups were still to bid for my soft breasts. The band does run a little large.
