I love so many things about this bra, I just wish it was a teeny bit bigger, as I am constantly afraid the nipple on my big boob is about to escape https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" />. The lace cups are beautiful, and made out of a light foam that gives shape but is flexible enough to mold to my breasts, which I much prefer to stiff molded cups. This bra is a never released alternate colorway of the Ewa Michalak Chp Elegance (665) .
Zathiya had this bra in my normal UK size and so I decided to order it to test sizing on EM's. My comfortable rib cage is 27.5 and very tight 26.3.This is a snug fit. It fits like the cleo bras in band size. I wear a 28 GG in them. I needed the cookies to fill out the gaping on top. This really isn't the style bra I was looking for so I will be sending it back. It really did give a lot of cleavage with the cookies in the bra.
As other reviewers have noted, this Ewa bra is an exclusive model to Brava Australia, which turned out to be convenient for me as they stock 60 bands of the models they carry and I've wanted to try one for a while as my last @Ewa PL Onyks in a 65 stretched out quickly and became too loose. This bra is a very pretty neutral colour that would work beautifully as a nude for those with pale skin. For me it is too pale to be a nude however I absolutely adore the delicate colour.
It is my first try of an Ewa "S" style bra, ...and I was a bit wary but I'm super impressed! I typically only get on with plunge style bras as I quad out of just about everything, and high gores stab me in the sternum, however I'm thrilled to say I only get a tiny amount of quad in this bra (I think the 60H would be a bit big so I'll live with it) and the gore tacks beautifully without stabbing me. The band is quite firm and barely stretches to 28", however I prefer to err on the side of firm bands so I think it might be better for me to add a row with an extender for comfort (I don't have much squish) until the bra wears in a little. I was somewhat surprised at the crazy cleavage this bra offers as I really thought it would be more subdued in fit than the PL model but my husband's eyes nearly popped out of his head when he saw it on. It gives a lovely rounded up front shape and I love the narrow wires. Read more 181 more words
One of my better fitting bras - wires are almost right on me but probably still half an inch too wide. Band is good and fits like a firm 28. I get slight gaps near the top of the cups because the bra expects a tiny bit more projection in that area than I have there. This bra is great for projection near the centre gore.
When I took this bra out of the box, I first felt a little disappointed. It appeared to be a bit of a dull colored nude bra. But then I put it on, and wow, it turned out to be very beautiful https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" /> It has a bit of of a pink/golden glow depending on the light. The look overall is very sophisticated.
For me, the gore is still a little high, which influences the rest of the fit. I plan to alter that, but for now, with a little padding I still get enough uplift and support https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" .../> I always love the look of EM's plunges both with and without clothes.
On the website, EM says this bra runs tight, and that is true even for this custom size (I did not expect that). I'll have to wear it with an extender for now.
EDIT: replacing the original thick, sturdy underwires with thinner ones of the same shape and length entirely solved the problem of the poking center gore. Turned out it wasn't too high after all https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" /> Read more 86 more words
The band is too small for me, as I expected because my BTT hangs around 27 inches, but with an extender adding almost 2 rows, it fits quite fantastic. But I found that if I used the full length of the extender, at the end of the day I had that dull pain at the bottom of my back, the same pain I would get all the time back in my poorly-fitting bra days.
The band fabric is stretchy. Not in the way that Freya is, but more, well here's an analogy: Imagine a sheet of tin foil, you hold opposite ends with your hands, and pull ...outwards like you're trying to pull it apart; it is firm and won't stretch much at all. Now imagine a sheet of plastic wrap and pull it the same way as before. It has more give and is lighter feeling. That's how the Mak Nowa Koronka's band feels. (This is not the perfect analogy but it's what came to mind)
Compared to the 60GG - Ewa Michalak » Chp Stalówka (307), for example, this bra feels kinda looser all around. I don't say this as a negative aspect, but more as an observation. The whole bra feels flexible, like it just got out of a hot yoga session, while the Stalówka feels like it's been sitting in a hard chair in a cubicle all day. That said, I prefer the feel of the cube jockey bra.
The wires are nice and firm, and a great width. I think the 12.5 to 13.5 cm cup width is the sweet spot for me. Read more 162 more words
The band is very comfortable, not too big and actually darn near perfect! Description on Ewa Michalak website says the band *runs tight*. Gore actually tacks! The cups are too big (almost horrendously so for my right breast) but I have suspicion that they would be too small if I downsized one cupsize. Cup shape is completely wrong for me as I can't fill the bottom but the top is near gaping.
Please look forward to a more in-depth review on my blog https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" />
I do think that going down a size would be good for you actually. It looks like you're actually wearing your bra too low. I know I sound like a broken record, but perhaps you can shimmy the bra up to where your root is (don't worry about making the band angle appear bad).
Jillsas Thank you for your comment :) , I tried the bra on once again and shimmied it all the way up to my roots. However, I found that there was still some empty fabric at the bottom though the cups did fit better. I think that the material near the centre gore is too "tight" for me and so doesn't really match my shape. In any case, even if I wanted to try a size down the bra would still not be refundable/exchangeable.
It was worth a shot. Good luck with your fitting goals!
Will go into an extended review at a later time, but first impression:
I knew it wasn't going to fit when I bought it from its previous owner, since my BTT is 27 inches (when I'm not bloated), but I figured it would work with an extender, or it'll at least fit a friend of mine. An extender does work, and it fits pretty wonderfully with it. Wonderfully as in the most perfect one I've found so far.
I love what this bra looks like! It's so hard to find nice bras in my size that fit and this looks soo nice. I love the bow on the front. Some people say it is oversized but I don't think it's too big at all https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" /> Unfortunately the sizing of this bra is different to the pl milady and pl onyks I have in the 60GG. In the pl Charlie the cups are way too big on me. I can make it fit using heaps of the push up pads, but I don't like to add so many. I will definately be buying another in a cup size down, same band size.
I love what this bra looks like, unfortunately the cups are wayyy too big on me. I have the pl milady and pl onyx in 60GG but the cups on this one and the charlie are much bigger. I will be ordering another in a smaller cup size.
CHP is sort of halfway between a plunge and a balconnet. It’s a good style for me, since I can fall out the center of plunges and the straps on balconnets are very often too far apart and painfully dig into my armpits and/or fall off my shoulders.
Extremely high quality. Everything about this bra is tough and made to last. Excellent fabric, no loose threads or wonky seams, and amazingly strong wires.
The band is too tight for me, but the cups are perfect in volume and shape. I normally wear UK 28G, am rather full-on-top, VERY full-on-bottom, and have narrow roots.
Cleavage in this bra is subtle. It's more of the Marie Antoinette "cakes on a platter" look. No Y-shape in the center, just crazy uplift.

I like this bra, the band is tight compared with my pl milady in the same size, so when I wear it with an extender it fits. I also have a pl onyks in the next size that is too big, 60H, and the band on that one fits without an extender. Just difficult to know what size the band is going to be.
Beautiful and soft, simply the wrong size. Cups/wires too wide. I'm not a fan of the bra strap design, but the bra is nice otherwise. It looks as if it would give a good shape. Fit OK in the band. I like the trims!
Beautiful bra. This one unfortunately was a size too large on me in the cups. I am thinking of ordering it again in 60G. The wires fit me snug and so does the bra band. I just have the gaping problem in the top of the cups.
I think in this bra I should perhaps wear a 60FF or 60F, just to be able to fill it all. It was really too large for me. The gaping problem might be permanent though, I think this bra might fit better with FOT breasts?
Anyway, I tried to alter it to my size (and actually it looked good) but the gaping problem remained. Also, it does not feel very comfortable in the bottom of the cups. They fold and feel awkward on me.
I'll have to say, I'm impressed that the band fits perfectly, the material feels wonderful, and the 3-hook band is a nice touch.
That said, I couldn't get over the pokiness of the underwire on my sternum. Every time I moved or bent over, it stabbed me. Maybe it was because the cups are a little to big, but it was comfortable if I was standing up perfectly straight. It's not until I start bending over and moving around that it starts poking (and the cup starts gapping).
I'm trying to diagnose the issues with the fit of this bra. The band is VERY tight. I find Cleo unpadded bras, like the Marcie, to be snug already, but this was the first abjectly too tight bra I've worn. I usually wear a 28FF, and this might be a cup size too big, but I can't quite figure out if it's an issue with the fit of the cups or not. Dangit, Ewa, why are you so hard to size?
Absolutely stunning bra, clever lace overlay makes it look very dainty. Fabric is non irritating, bra band is slightly see through. Lace detail will show through clingy shirts but does not show through dress shirts I have tried on over.
Center gore is VERY low but bra is not as revealing as other plunges I have tried. Unfortunately the bra was too large in the band and a smidge too big in the cup so I did not wear for longer than a minute or two and cannot comment on comfort.
Very well made, one cup size and band size too big so I cannot comment on the support or fit. The colour is very good for those with yellow tones to their skin who have a slight natural tan, blends in very well with my skintone.
Only tried on, but material was not scratchy at all.
