Soft-boobed fans of Ewa Michalak rejoice! Finally a bra where I don't ooze out the middle! I love this bra. Absolutely love it. It contains my super soft tissue beautifully while maintaining the round shape we all know and love from EM.

The bra is made of super thin, stretchy silky material with stretchy lace on the upper 1/4 of the cup. It has a small jewel and bow on the center gore. The lace definitely accommodates asymmetry and would be an excellent bra for monthly swelling due to hormones. It is more full coverage than the SM style. It looks like the band runs a tad big ... and is very stretchy, so be warned.

The only bad thing I noticed when wearing it is sometimes there's a barely noticeable bulge under my shirt where the bottom section of the cup meets the stretchy lace. The lace has way more give than the bottom fabric so it doesn't hold me in quite as tight. This causes the outline of the cup to be not a perfectly smooth arc under tighter shirts. This should only be an issue for people with water boobs like me.

I hope Ewa continues this line of bras in more colors in the upcoming seasons. I'm so happy to finally have an unpadded bra that I feel secure in.

    • Thanks so much for the review. I chose to say goodbye to fairly firm breasts when I decided to nurse and they are indeed like water so I spill out of my EM bras by the end of the day. Interested to see how it works in larger sizes.

This bra gives an awesome shape.

Despite being a half cup and sometimes looking as if a soft breast could escape in a sudden movement, it actually provides very good support.

The band is rather tight and there should be no reason to go down a band. Choose the band matching your minimum rib perimeter. Ewa uses cm band digits and UK-sized cup letters.

The bra has removeable pads to equalize asymetric breasts. They can provide for an extra push-up effect if both remain in the cup.

The Onyx is no tshirt bra. Nevertheless, for me it makes a very nice shape under tight tops with an almost unnoticeable cup edge.

Overall, this is one of my all-time favourites.

Fabric: non irritating mesh. Very light.
Gore itself is a /\ shape, not as much as || underwire like on the BM Perla. It fits well into my close-set, splayed shape. The projection at the wire is *very* projected, so much that my soft tissue puddles down and doesn't fit into the apex of the bra (lol). I swoop and scoop into the bra and I fit in the beginning of the day, but as the day goes on and the bra loosens up through body heat (or something flaksmdfsd) I fall down out of the bra.
I need more tissue to keep the straps out of my ToS; my larger breast fits fine but my smaller side is constantly getting chafed and choked by the strap. I think I need cookies. I fall so low into the bra that I could fold over the top fabric panel and still not pop out of the bra.
I would prefer slightly flatter wires, since this is very UU-esque of EM.

It's very soft and smooth. It encases my extremely soft breast tissue and lifts it. There is a good amount of projection at the wire. Because my tissue is non-supportive, I do get some creases at the wire but that's just my breasts being heavy. I do get some cutting into my tail of spence, especially on the right side.

HILARIOUSLY the wire on the right side of the cup is one size bigger than the one on the left - I think someone messed up and put a 70FF wire on the right and the 70F wire on the left - the right side is 0.5cm wider in ... cup width than the left side, and is 2cm longer on the right side too. This causes a lot of cutting into my tail of spence. I plan on returning this and repurchasing in a different color and hoping the bra was just a fluke. If it weren't for the weird underwire thing, I would have kept it. However, I've suffered way, way too much from tail of spence problems that I'm on the hunt for the perfect bra.

I tried this one on initially and when I went to try it on with the bottoms, I noticed the small wrinkling in my small boob. I asked her if I could try a cup size smaller, since I had heard that this one runs a little bit deeper than the regular BMs. I ended up going with the 70E which is a tiny bit small. This one is a tiny bit big. I opted for the smaller one as I felt like the upper lace is likely to stretch and relax more with wear and I’d rather it be smaller than too big. My pictures don’t fully capture the small boob side wrinkles.

It’s a really good daily black bra. I felt like I really need a size in between.

    • I have the black and red BM - Flamenco - and can confirm that that one IS deeper than the other BMs I have in the same size. I think this one is like Flamenco. Great for me to know, because Flamenco is the only BM that fits me.

    • Yeah, this one and Flamenco are supposed to fit the same.

I’ve recently noticed I should go up one cup size to 70F so I decided to make a huge purchase from Ewa. I was afraid the cups and the band would be too big (the band on my Pralinowy is rather loose) but it was actually a perfect choice.
I didn’t know what to expect since my last adventure with this cut was in 70DD. The size fits but it does feel different. The cups are more covering and run quite high under my armpits but it’s nothing comparable to the SF cut because the material is much softer. I guess I’ll have to get used to the coverage ... because of the size change. The Zenith gives a nice cleavage and I really like the profile – it looks more projected at the wire therefore the shape is less pointy than the S cut. The gore is very low compared to other EM cuts in this size which is great for me since I have very sensitive skin on the sternum. The band is a little softer than in my other recent purchases. I wear it on the second hook (out of 4) and it feels very comfy and stable.
I was very impatient to get my hands on this bra because of the pattern. I love turquoise bras and I’ve always dreamed of an animal print bra (I lusted after the Cleo Maya and EM Szalowa Kicia but couldn't get them due to fit issues). It looks much better in real life, the coulours look brighter than on the stock photos. I didn't get the matching bottom because I wasn't sure of the fit but it would be a shame to wear this bra alone.

I’m pretty sure I bought this one during the Black Friday sale a while back. I was surprised to see it in a 70F as typically the largest cup in the M cut for a 70 band is 70E. A while back my boyfriend bought the Scarlet for me as a custom CHP in 65E, but I tragically can’t wear it anymore because the cups are waaaay too small now. So I always wanted to try Scarlet in the M cut when it came out. Add the fact that this Scarlet was on sale, and I had to get it. This is the only M cut bra I’ve ... tried and I really do wish Ewa made it in larger cup sizes. The straps aren’t too wide set like other Ewa styles and they stay out of my armpits completely. Also the gore doesn’t give me any issues at all even though I’m close set. It’s very comfortable for those reasons, but the cups barely contain my boobs. It’s very low cut and great for cleavage, but if I move around too much my nipples can pop out a bit. I don’t wear it with cookies, so I definitely feel a 70FF would’ve been ideal. Also I will say that the band in this cut does run tight as normally a 70 would be too loose for me. Overall this is a really beautiful bright red bra, and I’m really happy I bought it despite it being a little too small. I just wish Ewa would make the M in larger cup sizes; you don’t have to be petite or wear a smaller cup size to want narrower straps and a lower gore. But I don’t think Ewa would agree lol.

This is literally the only S cut bra that I have had that actually fit correctly. I feel like this one has a lot more depth at the wire with shorter cups than average. I have no other S to compare with it as they don't usually fit me well, but I do distinctly remember never being able to keep the wires in my IMF. This is an exception. It stays put, it looks nice, and it's extremely comfortable. I would like to see more S cuts using this pattern in my size range but I'm too afraid this one was an anomaly and don't want to waste my money.

Gorgeous, sophisticated, fun design from Ewa Michalak. The lace is remarkably beautiful with the subtle, shimmering highlight around each leaf and petal. And the polka dot bows cause me to smile. The base of the gore is too wide and the wires uncomfortably sit on top of my breasts. Close-set, center-full breasts are a challenge to fit. Wireless push-up bras, so far, are the most comfortable available option.

    Pros:
    1. Cup height is fantastic for my short-waisted, petite figure
    2. No empty space near the strap which is very typical for me in other bras
    3. Unique color and lace
    4. Low gore
    5. Supportive band and elastic

    Cons:
    1. Not enough immediate projection ... on the outside of the cup; two-finger space near the wire. This bra is designed to move tissue toward the center which is not ideal for omega-shaped breasts who need projection near the wire on the outside and inside of the cup.
    2. Not available one size larger
    3. Gore base is too wide
    4. Band is short (29"), order up

This would be a better fit for me in a 70FF, which is not available in the M cut. Some of us short-waisted/petite users do need a larger cup than 65FF/70F. Nevertheless, the gore base would remain too wide. I still hope Comexim develops a true plunge with grand immediate projection for petite bra wearers!

Delightfully low wing height keeps my lymph nodes happy. https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":-)" /> However, the wire bites, and leaves angry red marks under my most projected breast after three minutes of wear. This is SO typical of wired bras that I wear wireless bras almost exclusively. My breasts strongly pull the cups toward the center and exert downward pressure from a different angle than less centered breasts. Clinging to B.Wow'd and B.Splendid push-up bras until a more supportive option becomes available.

EDIT: This fits more comfortably with two more hooks and wearing during the smaller weeks. Wilderness1 Thank you for your encouragement! https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":-)" />

    • oohh, too short?! I was waiting to hear how this one fit for you. I sized up one band size in this cut after looking at other Ms and noticed they all seemed to run small. Hope it stretches out for you. If it helps, mine does stretch out to about 30" now after wearing it all day for the 3rd time (not 3 days in a row, but I did wear it today). At 30" the cup was just slightly distorting. I do find the band very comfortable now too, and it only took 2 wears to break it into how good it feels now. How is the fit otherwise? Does it work with an extender?

    • Wilderness1 I will add an extender tomorrow. Three minutes today was all I could tolerate. I think it is just a size too small.... It is such a beauty, I will find a way to make it work.

    • Sorry it didn't work out for you!

I went back and forth for a long time as to whether to purchase this bra. While the color and the appeal of trying the new SF cut tempted me, the patterning seemed too similar to my Ewa Michalak S Kamea (600). Finally, when Zathiya had my sister size on 30% sale for Black Friday, I knew I had to indulge my curiosity and try it out https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" />

Well, this bra is pretty marvelous. When I put it on for the first time, it was instant comfort! As compared to the BM cut, the SF gives me a rounder shape, and ... as compared to the SM, it holds in my center fullness better while still offering a hint of cleavage. The stretch lace upper panel (lined with a thin stretchy black mesh on the inside) makes this bra very accommodating to my asymmetry and monthly size fluctuations, while the thicker bottom section provides more nipple coverage than Ewa's other unlined bras. I also love the thinner straps used in the F cup as opposed to the thicker ones in my normal FF. The narrow wires, immediate projection and narrowish center gore also make for a very good fit. The band is TTS; expectedly a 65 would be best for me, but I purchased this bra for the convenience factor and the 70 is good on the third hook for now. The color is a little less rich than in the promo pictures-- more of a muted plum-- but still very beautiful.

By the measurements this should fit me but I find the cups too big, maybe with the stretchy lace but that's only on the top of the cup so I'm not sure. I triple checked my measurements. I love the esthetics with the oversized plain bow. I think SM is a better overall cut though for me from Ewa. I get wrinkling in multiple places. https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_sad.gif" alt=":(" />

    • My BM Szarotka is one of my favorite bras, but I got a lot of wrinkling in the bottom of this bra. I'm not sure if my Szarotka is cut differently than most BMs, or if this one is

    • Ewas measure small for what they fit. I take like a full inch smaller measurement in Ewas

    • dbmamaz that seems crazy! Though I completely believe you.

kermitdafrog21 i get wrinkling on this one all over. It know it's not very clear in the pictures but I feel like if i stuff tissue paper in the cup sort of all over it would fit better lol

    • I was told its because the wires are so narrow that there isnt wasted space at the outside. I have no idea.

    • For me the wires are narrow but not my narrowest. My narrowest bras are under 5" wide. And I do definitely need less depth in narrow bras than wide ones so I can see how that would be the issue for some people. Usually if the wires are no more than 5" I can handle a depth between 9.1-9.5. These wires are slightly wider and no deeper. I thought maybe cup height and wire length could be an issue too but I haven't compared those to know. Maybe more of the bra is deep than average bras?? No idea lol

    • 1

i think its the Magnolia that doesnt work? Ive had it in 70DD (was way too small with bad quadboobs) and 65F that felt kind of okay.. but was like too large at the same time - very weird situation. On the other hand, I have my loved BM Szmaragd that is great in 65F and good in 70DD with tiny quadboobs.

This is a wonderful surprise. https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":-)" /> I had previously tried a 65FF Ewa Michalak S Porcelanka and found it too small in the cups, but the band was a great fit. I anticipated this 70F S would be too large, but it fits perfectly. The gore height is low enough that the cup separation does not poke, and yet, high enough that it doesn't press into my xyphoid process. The cups fit excellently without the asymmetry pads, the wires perfectly follow my root, and I don't quad. Delightful!

Edit: After wearing narrow projected cups for two months, my tissue became very close-set and center full. Because of the tissue shift, the gore was both too wide and too tall. And, the wires pushed out of my IMF because there wasn't enough space for my center fullness. Sigh.

I absolutely love this bra. Very nice, very well made simple black bra. The cups are smooth and looks fine under a shirt, the cups don't come up too high on my chest either which is often a problem for my root height. I have pendulous, deflated breasts (thanks motherhood!) with very soft tissue, short and fairly narrow roots. The cups are projected enough so that it provides a nice forward and uplifted look. The wires are narrow enough so that they don't reach into my sides and leave empty space between my breast tissue and the wires. This is definitely my best fitting bra. I measure at a 32F (UK), my under bust measuring at exactly 32 in. I feel the band is stretchy enough to comfortably fit around my torso while still being firm enough for support, which is something I was concerned about as I had heard that some Polish bras don't have much give in the band.

This is a truly beautiful bra. The color functions as a nude on my pale skin. The lace is soft and the cups are lined with a white mesh for added stability. Immediate projection is excellent and the stretch lace cups allow space for tall roots. The cups are also quite narrow.

Ewa Michalak gores are too wide at the base for my very close set breasts. Thankfully, Comexim will both narrow and overlap their gore wires. I'm very grateful for Comexim!

This is so beautiful! The gore is very narrow and cup depth excellent. The fabric is soft and a great replacement for Panache Andorra when you require a narrow gore. For me, this is much more comfortable than Andorra. However, the cups are too tall for my very short roots, and I would feel more support in a 65cm band. If you have more upper tissue than me, this is a bra I strongly recommend as a "better than Andorra" alternative.

I adore this bra! The third time is really the charm, I've finally gotten both the band and the cup right. It gives great lift and has good immediate projection. I love that the little straps adjust so I can make them fit me. I also really love the look of the back with the triangular straps, it seems sort of industrial and strong. The color is a little bit darker than my skin, on someone who was tanner than me the bra would look even better, but I still love it on myself.

This makes a great everyday bra! It gives great cleavage and the seams don't show thru most shirts. It's a mid-toned or slightly tan nude, but still works ok for my pale self. The band is slightly tighter than other S's, especially recent ones. The cups are also a little bit wider and smaller; I usually have to wear S bras with the cookies but this one I don't.

This bra is like a dream. It lifts so well but feels light as a feather. It's very low cut and gives great cleavage, surprising for an unlined bra! It has better immediate projection than the 70F - Ewa Michalak » Sm Czarna Mgiełka (481) . I bought this mostly just to have another SM and didn't expect to love it so much. Wow, this bra is absolutely perfect for me! There's no gaping anywhere thanks to the stretch lace top section and the narrow, low gore is perfect for my (deceptively because they're splayed) close-set breasts. It gives a natural, rounded shape without adding any volume, and the opaque fabric is quite smooth, but the lace with a touch of blue and the pearl make it very pretty. I think this will be a perfect everyday bra for me. The band runs a little tight even by Ewa's standards; unstretched it is abt 22-point-something where I usually find her 70s are 23-point-something. This makes it perfect for me however. My one problem is the straps. They are set quite wide so I think they will rub my armpits some. Also, they were very difficult to adjust for some reason. If you have arthritis or some other problem with your hands I don't think you'll be able to adjust this slider yourself.

This bra really surprised me! It looks so delicate in your hands, but it's really a powerhouse on! It gives an incredibly round shape and wonderful cleavage, but feels incredibly light because it's just unlined lace. It has one vertical seam in my size. The band is a little bit looser than I'm used to for Ewa; runs more like a true or slightly stretchy 32, but since it has 4 sets of hooks I'll be okay.
