I bought this Ewa Michalak bra used to try on the size. Ewa Michalak's calculator on the website shows me 80DD, but already 1cm more in the bust gives 80E, 75F to sister size. Nice quite soft Half cup, unfortunately doesn't fit me well. I like its lace structure and vertical seams
a very nice bra with removable push up inserts, unfortunately I had to return it because the headband is too narrow for me and the cups are too small or too shallow, I think the size 80E or 80F in this model would suit me better. without the push up insert, the bottom of the cup wrinkles, with the insert a little less, but the top cuts the breast. very nice collects breasts to the neckline
This was my first Ewa Michalak, and when I tried it on, I thought I hit the jackpot on the first try. No gaping! Tacking gore! Well-made and beautiful! The shape it gave me, however, was an upside-down 7. I didn't like the pointy-ness at all. And by the end of the day, I was feeling like my sides were being gripped by talons. The outer side of the wire looked like it was sitting on breast tissue on my larger side. I think, sadly, that the root on that side is just too wide for Polish bras.
I love the lower center gore, it doesnt dig into my breasts at all. I get some gapping on my smaller side, and a tiny bit on the larger side. On the loosest hook this band feels loose. I can fasten it in the tightest hook and I get less gapping, thought it feels a tiny but snug. I do love the forward lift and projection
I love love love the aesthetics of this. The real lace and the polka dot detail are adorable. But the band feels tight. I can fasten it, but I feel it all day "grabbing" me. On the loosest hook the horizontal seam digs into my larger side. When I try an extender to make it even one set of hooks looser it feels much better and doesnt dig into my larger side. It does wrinkle a bit more on my smaller side up near the strap. The gore is probably a bit on the tall side still, it does slightly dig into my breats tissue but doesnt feel uncomfortable. Wondering if it's worth sister sizing down to a 80E due to the band firmness??
Beautifully made bra which unfortunately I never got a chance to wear as I was diagnosed with a connective tissue disorder before it arrived which means no more properly fitted bras for me.
The straps are extremely short. I mean, I'm done with Ewa, I'm just dying in every bra from her. Cleavage is nice, the band is really short (bear in mind, it's secondhanded, still pretty firm). I like the aesthetics, my quest for long straps continue https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" />
This bra is so pretty. I love the blue color with the pink and green floral lace on top of it. It's so vibrant and reminds me of Spring. The only thing is ... is I feel that the cup height is slightly shorter than my other S cut EM bras. And the band feels slightly less comfortable and a little on the tight side. I'm not sure if maybe these things are due to it being a slightly older EM style? Because of these two factors though I rarely reach for it in my drawer. I've even tried it with an extender and it still feels a bit uncomfortable. The gore also stretches and wrinkles when I wear it. And this is the only EM S cut bra that does that on me.
Beautiful solid white CHP, a perfect bridal bra for cakes on a plate decollete or even a perfect bra to dye and paint! Or if you wear white. Narrow wires, tight band, deep cups that push up and hold. Nice front & center uplift, nice round silhouette, terrific construction, all the Ewa M expectations are met is this orchid-white half cup!
This is such a beautiful bra! If only the cup were bigger. https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" />
I can fasten it comfortably on the tightest hooks, so I think I'd want a 70 band here, and prooobably a cup in the neighborhood of HH (EU). Going to try a "32G" and a "32GG" through BraObsessed in an S to check the fit there, and pass this gorgeous bra on to another owner.
I ordered both the EM Slubny and the Mleczny strapless bras, as there was little information on fit about either. For reference, I am pretty short rooted, a lot of immediate projection, splayed and pretty close set with inner fullness but overall soft tissue. So far, the best bras I've found are Ewa Michalak CHP; I also do well in the S cut and the SM, and I'm usually a 70FF/G. Both these EM strapless were better by far than the others I've been making do with, although no strapless offers the immediate projection I need. On a positive note, these are the first strapless styles I've found ...where too tall wires don't stab me at the gore, although I think I could do with a tad more height on the side. The Slubny was not ideal for me, I think because it worked against my natural splay. Looking at the molded cups, I think they do a lot to push things toward the middle, which is great, as I have a lot of center fullness, but the cups were a bit too tall and gaped at the top, as I don't have the roots to fill them out. Additionally, in shallow cups, my breasts want to push outwards, effectively working against this bra. Maybe if I sized down in the band it would be less of an issue, but overall just a shape mismatch for me, so I'm going to sell it and keep the Mleczny. Read more 140 more words
S Glamour is the second S bra I've tried, the first being S Diament; the fit is pretty identical from what I can tell, although my soft tissue is not that picky 😉 I am FOT with short and narrow roots, and functionally even; projected, center full, with an omega shape; I wear 32FF in UK bras and take a 75F in all four Ewa styles I've tried. I think I get a little quadding in the center with S bras, close to the gore; it's somewhat hard to tell as you can't really get a sideways view of that area. Glamour gives the same fabulous cleavage as ...Diament, and the bra is certainly pretty! The band fabric, top portion of the cup which isn't covered by lace, and the pink ribbon trim are made from silky smooth, satiny fabrics; the inner layer of fabric on the band is a thinnish stretch mesh while Diament uses two layers of a fabric more similar to the outer layer of Glamour's band. I noticed that the band on Diament has almost no vertical stretch, while Glamour's has some, and that the elastic on top and bottom of Diament's band is a little taller; but, I didn't notice any difference in comfort after wearing for a full day. The gore is sewn with just barely overlapping wire channels. The lace on the cups might show through a very thin or clingy shirt, but I didn't have any show through with an average thickness stretchy knit shirt. For daily wear I prefer the SM unlined balconette cut, but S is comfortable and gorgeous for days I want fantastic cleavage or an emphasized profile. Read more 171 more words
This bra was the first Ewa I've actually worn out and I am AMAZED by how comfortable it is! I've never said this before but it's really like not wearing a bra. After wearing Cleo bras for months I can really how superior the construction in this bra is. It gives so much lift and forward projection but since the support doesn't just come from elastic and the fabrics are so much softer it's really a dream to wear. These wide padded straps are actually AMAZING and I wish I could have them on every bra! The one problem is that they cause the straps to only be ...half-adjustable so they're a little bit long, causing a little gap at the top of the cup for me. But they are SO comfy and distribute the weight so nicely I don't even feel the straps on my shoulders, and they left no red marks at all.
I'm still trying to figure out the little straps. I was able to sort of make a makeshift inverted star, but something's off about it, I need to keep looking at other people's pictures until I figure out exactly where they're attaching each one, lol. Without the little straps it makes a perfect everyday black bra. Read more 104 more words
I have had mixed success with Ewa bras in the past, but it was my fault. This time, I measured the underbust tightly, and got the perfect band size. I erred on the cup size, it is wearable, but let's just say I look very juicy... On order: 75ff and 75G. The bra itself is beautiful. Great projection, great support. This one is going to be listed.
