The bra is beautiful. Lower cups are a lustrous satin, upper is lace extending to the straps. But the horizontal 3-section cup gives a pointy, rather matronly look (not an issue with the balconette version). The real trouble though is that the center wires sit so tight to the breastbone, they're painful. And as with all Fantasie bras I find the mesh side wings to be too harsh a fabric. The elastic on them also doesn't lay flat, but rubs & rolls.

Caroline, from what I can tell, it may be partly generational. It's a more low-slung, less perky shape. The exact same shape as the Doreen - a flat horizontal line across the breast, rather than a diagonal or 3-piece seam shape, either of which gives a more rounded appearance rather than the low & pointy silhouette the Belle full cup gives. I actually passed it on to my mother, who it suits beautifully.
About me: dense, center full and close set, full on bottom with tall, sloping vertical roots and narrow horizontal width.
This bra fits okay, but I intended to return it but forgot. There's nothing in particular that stands out as making it a poor fit for me, but it's just not my favorite. I'll have to try it on again and see if I can do a better job of nailing down why it wasn't a good fit.

This bra is gorgeous, absolutely. The rose pattern and satin make it a lovely bright red bra.
The gore is nice and high, and the straps are wide, though a bit wide-set in the back. As the band loosens and I put it on tighter hooks, this should fix itself.
I usually wear a 30F, but this 30E fits perfectly. The mesh at the top has no stretch, so the very top edge indents my soft breasts the slightest amount, but going up a cup size would definitely be too much. The bottom of the gore, below where the wires split out, is made of mesh, which I bet will help with breathability.
I feel like it makes my boobs point out just a bit, but the effect isn't very noticeable under a shirt.
Overall I definitely will enjoy adding this to my collection.

This bra is the best fitting, comfortable bra I have ever worn. It is truly FULL coverage. No plunging necklines with this bra.

This bra is good for people with very full breasts. You must have breast tissue at the top and bottom to fill the cups. It has very full coverage, so it can only be worn with tops that come up to your neck. No v-necks.
I found that it stretched very easily, which is why I had the band taken in. I think I only wore it for a total of 6 months before I put it aside because it was too big. Definitely on the large side of a G cup.

Many moons ago, I used to fit this bra in a 36JJ or 38J . It was a lovely supportive, comfortable and pretty bra. The sizing was spot on. They have long since worn out and been reluctantly thrown out.I give them a five out of five rating.
