This bra is a great fit, and was a blessing after months without a bra that fit properly. The cups have elastic lace which makes them fit both my larger and smaller breast without wrinkling or spillage. It doesn't do much for shape or lift, however (I like the profile a Freya Deco gives, so this is a little natural for my tastes). Overall, though, so comfortable and definitely high quality.
This was my first "properly" fitted t-shirt bra. It served me well, even as I lost some additional weight. It held up under heavy rotation and very frequent wear over 2.5 years. It is a little stretched out in the band, possibly the cups as well. (The latter is difficult to tell, since my body has changed over the last couple years.)
Not quite enough immediate projection, so it never stayed in my IMF. It did better than most (if not all) other t-shirt bras I tried. Wires were too wide, but not uncomfortable. The bra's apices were more east-west than mine, so there was a little extra space ...in each apex. Only noticeable if you poked my nipple area, which is fortunately not a common societal practice. https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_wink.gif" alt=";)" /> The gore is higher and a little wide, especially for someone who is close-set, so it did not tack as perfectly at the top as I would have liked, but it was not particularly uncomfortable. The cups are high at the armpits, though this was less bothersome when I lost weight.
This gives a really nice shape under shirts, it is more projected than many t-shirt bras, so you look less minimized, especially from the side. It is not at all pointy, rather, it is less "smooshed" in the apex.
In my experience, this is one of the best t-shirt bras for people who need a lot of immediate projection. It may not be perfect, but it is much better than most.
Caveats: I am full on bottom, somewhat soft-tissued, projected, slightly pendulous, close-set, inner fullness, need a lot of immediate projection. I have narrower roots. I am long-waisted and tall for a woman (5'8"). I have a smaller frame, am a bit deflated on top and have some looser skin. It is not super obvious, but likely affects fit slightly. I LOVE this bra. Super comfortable, feels like wearing nothing (except without the support issues of that). A good everyday bra but also still pretty. Inside of the cup has a layer of fine soft mesh between you and the upper lace detail part of the cup. Everything is very soft which is very important to me as I have fibromyalgia and am very sensitive to discomfort. The thin material is great for the hot Aussie summer.
This bra almost fit, it was a little large in the cups but the band fit well. The gore, however, was very painful, it came up very high and pressed against my sternum uncomfortably.
My shape is low set, short and narrow rooted, and soft.
This pretty bra is from Belle Lingerie. I'd been eyeing it for some time, and thought I'd give it a go. I'm dissapointed in the fit though. It's too small for me, the wings are too short, and it traps centre tissue. The cups themselves measure a bit small and and are short, so if you are between a 30E and 30F this will probably work for you. Or if you need less depth this one will be good. I don't think this bra would be very good on tall roots because it is short.
This bra is a half cup with one vertical seam and a side sling support inside. It has 3 x 2 sets of hooks. The band is fairly true for a 30". It has stretch but is not too stretchy. The straps are comfortable and are fully adjustable.
I'm dissapointed it didn't fit, but not dissapointed to have tried it.
Oh that's a high and wide gore! Pretty color though
confused yeah I had to reverse scoop and swoop to get tissue out from under the gore. It may be better in a 30FF, but it's unlikely I'll try it at this point.
Bummer! It’s really pretty!
Even with a reverse scoop and swoop that would hurt my poor center full boobs. They kinda ache just looking at it lol! Gores are my biggest issue currently. If I find a bra that fits everywhere else my 2 problems are a high and/or wide set gore, and some gapping at the cup edge near the strap.
The wires are too wide for me or are a shape mismatch, and the lace cuts in ever so slightly on the top of the larger breast. The fabric in the cups is firm/not stretchy (savw for the stretchy lace upper). It does a decent job of accommodating my need for immediate projection and doesn't wrinkle at the top, which usually happens due to how shallow/sloping my roots are up top. If the wire were a better fit on the outsides, it would be a pretty good fit. I'm not a big fan of how pointy I look in it, but I look pointy in most unlined seamed cups.
Another lovely Fantasie bra I am bidding farewell to. Band is too tight, and straps too wideset, which means going up a band size will result in straps falling off my narrow, sloping shoulders immediately instead of in 5 minutes. Great for forward projection, full on bottom.
Now that one breast is significantly smaller than the other, strap slippage is a real problem. I think the band is a bit tight too, now, and going up a band size will make the straps wider apart.
Kept going down in cup size as my right breast shrunk. Top fits smoothly on right side with this size, but quads on left, as expected. But photos show the wire sits on breast tissue! Want to go up a band size but the straps are slipping off my narrow shoulders now. Wore on a recent flight and was in agony.
Purchased second-hand BNWT. Unfortunately ordered incorrect cup size. Despite some over fill at the side and top of the side, is a relatively comfortable bra. I will wear as I continue to lose weight.

(Basically the long rant I posted on the front page, but edited to focus on mostly juts this bra.)
Well, I was reminded why I don't shop during Brastop clearance sales, especially if it's the ONE bra left in that size...
I purchased two beautiful Fantasie bras from Brastop on the "up to 80% off clearance!!" sale. (Side rant: are any of them actually that much off? I only find like 50-60% off, and even the one I got as the last bra was like 70% off... hmmmm) This one focuses on the side-support in 30D. It is comically flawed. (Laughably ridiculous fit!! I have always known where the term ..."quad-boob" came from, but I have never actually looked literally like four boobs... until now. Hence the comical flaw. Pictures coming soon.)
I would say that this is a 30C mislabeled, but they don't make 30C in this style! So by my the other flaws discovered, I believe this was just incorrectly constructed.
Across the 30D side support bras I viewed, they average at about a 4.8" cup width and a 7.7" cup depth. Mine is a 4.5" cup width and 7.5" cup depth! Wire length is also an entire inch shorter (7.5" compared to 8.7" average). Gore height is about three-quarters of an inch shorter (2.0" compared to 2.8"). Wing height, for whatever reason, is actually a half-inch taller. (Mine: 3.5". Average: 3.0") Band length, stretched band, and gore width is fine. So it appears the cradle was constructed correctly, but not the cups! How did this one end up with small cups AND a wire that's so tiny in comparison to the other 30Ds??? They don't do 30C, so I cannot fathom where that wire came from!
From a quality control standpoint, if you have less than a second to check on it, they both look beautiful, so I can see how they passed inspection. (Honestly, fabrics are achingly beautiful, tear-worthy that neither work.) Nothing was stitched incorrectly, and no backwards straps, weirdly stretched elastics, or snags in the fabrics. But how could one end up with such a tiny wire, and one with with wires intended for a two sizes up??
In summary: 30D is smaller than average, being painfully small. It sucks. Read more 262 more words

I only find like 50-60% off, and even the one I got as the last bra was like 70% off... hmmmm) This is the review for the balcony in 30DD. It is oddly flawed.
Either this was mislabeled, or by ...the other mishaps I've discovered, just incorrectly put together.
As for the 30DD balcony bras, the Bratabase average cup width is about 4.9" and cup width 8.6". Mine: an astounding 5.5" width, and 8.75" depth. Now the depth seems a bit on the large side, but WHAT HAPPENED with the wire portion of assembly?! Especially since it matches the wire length (mine is 9.5", average is between 9.5" and 9.8"). ... ??????????????????????? ... (Most of the 30F bras have a width around 5.5", so maybe there's a 30F bra that has its wire swapped out there and is ridiculously narrow??) Gore height is fine, actually a tiny bit shorter than average, but then the wing height is much higher at 3.75" compared to average 3.25". Cup separation is larger at a whole 1", with average around 0.8". Band is longer and stretchier too, with relaxed at 25.25" and stretched at 33", compared to average 24.8" relaxed and 30.5" stretched. Overall, weirdly larger than other Fantasie balcony 30DD bras.

In summary: 30DD is larger than average. It is unusually wide and shallow, and yet still possesses too much cup volume for me. It sucks. Read more 257 more words
This bra is very nice but somewhat itchy inner mesh. This is probably my best fitting so far but I think I need to try 32GG. There is slight inner quadding where the crochet portion ends and there is only mesh. The fawn color is a very pretty color almost pink/purple beige. There is some pressure in the inner gore.
The Fantasie Susanna in a 34 F has a very stretchy band. The lace is somewhat scratchy. It has nice cup depth but I could still use some more depth at the wire.
ABOUT THIS BRA An unpadded, seamed, half cup, underwire bra with top stretch. This is the discontinued but still available (as of July 2019) “Average Coverage” Fantasie Fusion (3090), not the “Full Coverage, Side Support” model (3091).
Purchasing: Purchased in white for $33.75 on Amazon with free Prime shipping & returns. (Beige was available on Amazon Wardrobe too.) Available only in white and beige, not black or any other colors.
ABOUT ME: petite with wide horizontal oval, slightly conical breasts * average projection (not shallow or very projected) * average-set (one finger width of space ...between breasts) * wide roots (extend to the mid-axillary line) * even horizontal fullness (just barely outer full) * short root height, average vertical placement * mix of firm & soft tissue (front molds to shape of bra, sides push wimpy wires away) * conical shape (but will squish to round) * full on top (2/4 shape, not even or very full) - BUT functionally even to FOB due to short roots and soft tissue * petite (5'3") so have narrow frame * front (anterior) rib flares
FIT:
Band rides up. Wings too high yet too short – arm pinches escaped flesh (from too big band) against wire.
Gore is comfortable, tacks, good spacing, height fine. (Not nearly as high as the “full coverage” version.)
Straps are too wide-set and slip with movement, even when adjusted rather tightly. The strap-cup junction is lateral to the anterior axillary line (outside of armpit crease).
Cups: Wires enclose breast tissue nicely and keep it inside the cup. Cups are too big -- wrinkles in top half of cup (expects more upper fullness than I possess) and apex is empty and higher than my natural apex. Upper edge of cup is in my axillary fossa. Slight wrinkles at bottom of cup (would be acceptable, if no other fit issues). Viewed from the side, gives breasts some lift (not great, not saggy) and a bottom-heavy shape (almost an “elf-shoe” shape). From the front, gives an undesired wide, oval shape (east-west).
ASSESSMENT & PLAN: * Tried this size (32FF) because the cups were too narrow in the 32F. * Cups are now wide enough but now too deep. Also, band is now too big, probably b/c side boob no longer taking up part of the band. * This model was not made in a 30-band (and is recently discontinued, so no hope of it being added). STOP. * Style too projected (once wires are wide enough, cups are too deep). STOP. Read more 320 more words
Oh that's a high and wide gore! Pretty color though
