I got this bra at Nordstrom's. It's comfortable overall, the quality seems good, and more full-coverage. The one problem that prevents me from liking it is the straps. They keep falling off my shoulders and it's really, really annoying. This happens whether I tighten them or loosen them - believe me, I've tried to make it work. I have fairly wide shoulders so I don't think that's the problem - maybe the straps are just exceptionally wide-set on this bra. It's possible that the cups are a little big for me and this wouldn't happen if the cups were completely filled up (as in overflowing a bit). However, a 30FF is too small for me, so I don't think this is quite the problem either. It may just not be a good fit for my particular body type.
If it were not for the strap issue, I would really like the bra.
Have you tried adjusting the band size? Strap slippage is usually caused by a band that is too loose. The band can move around too much, which causes the straps to fall down.
Yes, I tried adjusting the straps and the bands - it did no good! I think the straps were just too wide for me, and the cups a bit large.
Usually I wear 32FF in Fantasie because their bands are so strechy, but I figured out I'd rather order the 34. My bad, the band is as unstretchy as possible and I would need a 36 or a 38 - nice consistency Fantasie. I literally couldn't close it, even if I stopped breathing. So I can't even tell if the cup fit.
I was very disappointed because the shape is gorgeous - strapless and slightly padded. The colour is listed as "titanum" which turned out to be a blueish grey. The straps are completely useless and kept falling down when I handled it, I don't think they'd even stay put on you.
Really disappointed because I expected much of it - bra sized bra, beautiful, reasonable price.
I would definitely advice you to order your underbust measurement as a band size, as this 34 stretched up to 77cms, adecuate for 30-32 band-size girls.
Fantasie molded bras are some of my absolutely faves. Wonderful rounded shape, great uplift (which kinda comes up like just below your neck https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_wink.gif" alt=";)" />, this has a nice touch of lace under the cups. Fits exactly like Ava and Veronica, all of which have really sturdy cup molding. Would recommend for anyone with very soft breasts or slightly uneven cup sizes. Essentially a strapless, molded version of the "smoothing underwire balcony bra" @4530 which I love (see my review of a 30E size). Sizing notes: This band is tighter and these cups smaller than in the 4520. The 30E 4520 has a band too big for me, while this 4530 band is fine. The 4520 30E cups are a good fit, maybe a bit too small, while I had to go up to an F in this 4530 style. I suspect both of these are due to the strapless/multiway nature of this bra. It has a high center rise and is very covering, though doesn't come as high on ...the outside front of the bust as a "full coverage" bra would - it still works with some lower square necks. Support when strapless is not where near what a strapped bra provides, and I haven't yet worn it with the straps. I'm likely to wear it with the straps in a racerback / rear cross version soon, perhaps I will update the review.
If you like the other Fantasie smoothing/basic models, this is likely the strapless/multiway bra for you. Just be sure to adjust band and cup size! Read more 88 more words
I love this bra. It’s very comfortable and supportive, the wire doesn’t dig into my skin anywhere, and the center gore isn’t too high or too wide for me, so the center does sit flat against my sternum, like it’s supposed to. I would say it fits very true to size. I didn’t have to size up or down - I got it in 34FF (UK size), and it fits exactly like a 34FF. Given that the cups are a spacer moulded fabric, the cups of this t-shirt bra aren’t too rigid or firm, they really do mold to your breasts, so you don’t get that dreaded balloon-like, ...metal-like, suit of armor/Superwoman’s costume’s Chest Plate type of look. You know the one. Anyway, the cups provide the smoothness and nipple coverage that you need under clothing - like a t-shirt bra is supposed to do - without the stiffness of a traditional t-shirt bra (think Freya Deco bra - it gives major cleavage, but the cups are super stiff, so if you wear a top OVER that bra, you look like you’re wearing a metal chest plate/suit of armor under said top). My ONLY criticism for this bra is that the color I got it in, which is the “deep emerald,” doesn’t actually look like a deep emerald, or any kind of emerald, at all. In real life, it’s so dark that it almost looks black. It’s still a pretty enough color, but if you were hoping - like I had been - that it would look like it does in the marketing photos (the ones you see on the various bra vendor websites), you will be left disappointed. The fit feels similar to high apex plunges, works well with the cup side support to lift, separate, and project. Normally for plunges with a gore at this height they dig in and I end up bending the tip of the gore away from my body slightly, but this one may not require that. The top mesh is non-stretch, which I was a little skeptical of, but it fits wonderfully, and the floral embroidery is super gorgeous!! The straps are a bit wider than my norm. My only slight concern with this bra is that I already have the straps almost the shortest they can go (the embroidery ...continues up the first 4-5 inches of the strap). I may end up altering the strap length in the future.
I definitely want to find other Fantasie bras with this same cut and buy all the colors.

Material feels OK. Not super soft but more on the scratchy side. The band stretched to 30.5 but when I wear the bra it feels tight to me even though my comfortable UB is 29.5. The top of the cup near the armpit digs in too as I think the straps are a bit wide on me and I have broad shoulders. I think the size is good for me but perhaps the shape is not as I still have a small gap near the strap. Gore lays flat but might give me irritation wearing all day since I'm close set. I will have to pass on this one comfort wise.
The color in these photos came out a much more "true red" than this bra is. It's more of a brilliant raspberry red. It's truly a stunning color. It's extremely comfortable, even though this size very clearly doesn't have enough space in the cup for me. I've ordered a pile of bras in, what seems to be, the very wrong sizes, but hey, there aren't enough measurements at this size, so here we are. The straps are fairly close together, so that's nice for narrow shoulders. The shape is awkward on me, but that's to be expected with the amount of spillage in the cups. The band is very comfortable. If it came in a larger cup size than this, I'd be all over it. The only thing I think this would probably lack is enough immediate projection in the cup. I've been having trouble with that. The search continues.
This bra seems to be a little too wide in the cups for me. There is space on the side of each breast. Under clothes, this looks fine and is comfortable. There is some gaping at the top when I lift my arms. I think my shape requires a more narrow wire and maybe a half cup/demi cup/balconette style since I am very FOB. I will keep this in the meantime because it looks nice and smooth under clothes and is comfortable enough to wear to work.

Déjà, la bande ne ferme que par 2 crochets, et en 38H, c'est un peu limite niveau maintien, mais les bretelles sont confortables et larges. Pour le tour de dos, ça allait bien, j'étais bien maintenue sans que ça ne serre. Pour l'entre-bonnet, je pense qu'il monte trop haut entre mes seins et que ça le « plie » comme si les baleines allaient se chevaucher. Le haut du bonnet est bien à plat, il y a un léger creux à l'attache de la bretelle, mais je serai ...probablement trop juste en volume avec une taille de moins. Je pense que la forme ne convient pas, plus qu'un problème de taille. Dommage, il est très confortable.
*** This bra didn't work for me, and it saddened me a bit. There are only 2 hooks per column, and I found it was not enough to support my breast, but the straps are wide and comfy. The band length is fine, it fits without feeling too tight. I think the gore is too high for me, because it doesn't lie flat and the wires tend to overlap. There was a slight crease under the strap, but the cup feeling allright otherwise, so I imagine trying the same bra in 38GG would end with quadboob. Sturdy construction and fabric. Extremely cute pattern. Fit is good and bad. Wrinkling on outer edge of cup but also feels like the wire is sitting on breast tissue? The part of the cup and strap that's in the armpit area is not digging in super bad only a little which is better than most bras for me. I really, truly, deeply hate how high this cup goes. When I'm standing it covers literally anything that could possibly be considered breast tissue, when sitting either fat or some breast tissue pokes out the top, it just is so high up. At first when wearing it, it was giving ...me sensory issues with how high it was, I know that sounds weird but it just kept distracting me with the sensation.
Also it really pushes my breasts apart. I don't want butt cleavage but my breasts are close set. As I sit here writing this after I've taken it off, leaning forward in just a tank top my breast roots are milimeters apart, sitting like this the red lines from where the gore of this bra sat are now facing each other because there is one mark on each breast though I don't think it hurt while wearing. I like the color and general construction of this one, but the fit doesn't seem to work for me.
My biggest problem is that the wires want to sit lower than my inframammary fold. It ends up digging into my ribs and being uncomfortable pretty quickly.
The cups both do and don't seem to fit. I feel like they are too wide but they aren't deep enough for me. I also get some wrinkling in the top of the cup. Probably a shape issue more than anything, but it may be worth trying a cup size smaller.
Unfortunately, the straps are also too wide spaced tor me so they don't want to sit on my shoulders correctly. The sides of the cups also dig into my underarm (common problem for me).
Ultimately, this one looks ok but isn't a good match for me. I *might* try a different size, but I don't know if that would help.
Definitely not the right size for me. I don't really think white bras in general are all that cute but this is on par with other white bras. Maybe I've just been lucky with some other higher quality brands but with panache and even elomi the wires have better padding and the bands would be impossible to hook smaller or imagine getting a smaller size without an extender so they feel like they'll last longer and are more sturdy. No stretch at all in any part of the cup. A lot taller in the cups that I want or think most people want
I really like the lift and round shape this gives me. I am usually a UK 30E/F and full on bottom, average-to-wide and tall roots. I got this in 30F and overall it fits pretty well, though the wires are quite wide. They are also flexible so are even wider than the wire width measurement would indicate. The top edge of the cup elastic cut in to my tall roots at first but the stretch relaxed and it fits pretty well now. The non stretch bottom part of the cup gives great shape and support. Narrower wires and then I think it would be perfect.
Updated fit after a bit of weight gain, band is a little tight now and I could use more immediate projection at the wire as that is where my fullness mostly is. I still wear it as it's a great bra.
Don't be scared off by the underwire- it's comfortable, and supports a lot more. And it fits well- no boobs escaping here! (Yes, I actually did have my boobs escape a bra. It was a Freya Idol Moulded Balcony Bra (1050), and they kept slipping under the underwire. It was right below the nipple, and looked like a boob hat.)

This is a lovely, soft bra. The cup material is silky and cool to the touch. Straps are nice and wide, with picot edging for those who have sensitive tail-of-spences. The lace is smooth and doesn't seem to be as irritating as, Panache Andorra.
Band: Stretchier than other brands' but pretty on par with Fantasie Cups: A bit full on bottom with good projection; my soft tissue sinks a bit into the cups but am held securely. Cup width is average Gore: Too wide for me, everything else is a perfect fit. Am considering narrowing the gore myself Projection: good immediate projection at wire, stretchy cups good for soft tissue. Would put projection as less than EM BM-Perla and more than Panache Andorra

Finally a full-coverage bra I can wear (I have really tall roots!). The top panel stretches so minimal quadding. This bra keeps everything very secure - the underwires are really rigid, and the band on the loosest hook being quite tight, this might not work for someone who is a 30 band verging on 32.
Very very soft fabric, I love. No itching, feels comfortably worn in. Low wires *insert praise hands* no rubbing in the armpit or chafing. I do not fill up the bottom of the cup - always what happens to me, no amount of swooping and scooping changes it. You can see the fabric is being pulled on the right and left sides of the cup in my side views. As usual the larger breast does not fit properly and therefore the gore does not tack nor land in the correct position. I have also tried this in a 34GG with a similar issue - cup is far too small ad spilled from armpit and quad boob. I also absolutely love the full cup coverage with lace. Since it didn't work for me I didn't even try it under a t-shirt (and I have it coming in 34G and 34H UK)
