So far, this is my best fitting bra! It's the only one I currently own that doesn't cut into my Tail of Spence, although I only own about 4 bras that somewhat fit at the moment. The color is magnificent - it's a sophisticated deep teal. This bra is almost comfortable enough to sleep in. I am impressed that the cups fit, without gapping, on both my large and small breasts, as they are about a cup size different and this is a molded bra.
I'm short and narrow rooted, projected, fob and a 34GG/H. This fit is good enough for my first bra in my new size especially after trying 35+ bras. The wires are too wide, the straps are almost too wide but still tolerable, its too tall for me so lots of gapping at the top of the cups, and won't stay in my imf. But the bra I have been the past 2 years is an extremely old Cleo lily that is a 30G. So I needed something, anything good enough and this one was the only one.
This would be a great bra for someone who needs ample apex projection. It lacks the immediate projection at the wire that I need. While wearing this, I get a flattened shape reminiscent of duck bills. The band is stretchy, and the cups seem much wider than my other bras. The material is a bit rough and scratchy.
I LOVE this bra! I have 3 of them (one is a too small 32G). For some reason all of my favorite styles (molded, no foam) don't come in my size, ideally I need a 32GG or H but since it stops at G I went up to a 34 band. It does ride up a bit but the uplift' separation & shape it provides is amazing!
It's a good bra for a smooth look (sweaters and button down).
The cups are a hair too small for me but going up a cup would be too big. The back is really firm on my 34" ribcage and the straps are fully adjustable which is good.
The look is a bit east/west for my liking but that happens in molded cups sometimes. Even thought the small cups I don't get any underwire poking on the sides.
Just picked this up at the Forever Yours Lingerie boxing day sale, and loved the style! Will update more once I've worn ithttps://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" />
Also picked up the matching thong, even though that's not normally my jam, as it was the last matching knicker that they had in my size.
I soooo wanted to like this bra. The color is ahhhhhmazing (deep pink), the fabrics are lovely and the spacer fabric provides a smooth look under clothing. Unfortunately, while the volume of the cup is exactly right (fits more like a GG), the shape it is made for is a wider, taller, shallower one than my girls have. I could wear it, but it just doesn't look sexy on me. The coverage is too full overall, particularly since I'm short and somewhat short-waisted; it seems to cover all of my chest. In spite of the interior slings, it doesn't provide any lift for me. The wire width isn't bad considering how spoiled I am with Comexim & EM, so it's pretty close to fitting at the base of my boobs. It's VERY comfortable. The band is a good fit for my 32/34 underbust.
I was really excited to try this bra when it first came out because I liked the pattern on the cups. There's something about side support bras that my breasts do not get on with. The side profile view is not...preferred. The ice blue colorway is a lot prettier in person too; I tried this on while in Nordstrom.
It is a lovely color! I tried the Fantasie Lois side support bra (32 HH, because it seems to run big) and it seemed to give me a dent on the side? Where the three cup seams meet
I'm pleasantly surprised by how well this works for me. I have to wear an extender with it, possibly due to a combination of the cups being too small, the band being firm, and my ribcage being closer to 36" than 34" these days. I don't spill out of it, but the wires float from my ribcage, which as far as I can tell doesn't compromise support, but it digs into my tummy painfully when I slouch.
Wearing it all day today. I started the day in a thick tee shirt, so I was able to put on my old Evie straps with the bra, hooked into the ...inner set of holders, and it was great! I love that extra 20% of support provided. After a while, it go too warm for the tee shirt and I changed into a spaghetti strap tank top (which I usually only wear under other things) and removed the straps. Without the straps, this bra definitely falls under the weight of my boobs and does the diggy thing. I'm still impressed though.
Considering how this fits on me, I would really peg it as more of a 32-34H-J. Read more 85 more words
I am a 34G in Fantasie and Freya pretty much all the time, but this was huge in the cups, wrinkled at bottom and gaping at the top and just all around far too big in the cups, band was fine, I exchanged for a 34FF and that fits better, a tiny bit of overspill in the cups not enough to worry bout though, I am FOB with a lot of projection and a fairly narrow root.
Black satin strapless with molded cups and a tiny bow in the center.
Most Fantasie brand bras are way too tall in the cups for me if the cup width fits. This is, also. According to the measurements and my fit issues, this seems more like a 32/34 GG/H in UK sizing to me. It is labeled 34G and is new without tags, so is not stretched out. I can place the 34G - Panache ยป Porcelain Moulded Strapless (3370) bra inside this one and there is extra room all around.
I bought it new without tags and without straps. The strap attachments seem ...narrow, so I'm sure any straps you have would work. There are 2 attachment spots in back for each side and 1 on each cup.
The cups are very molded and round. They stand up by themselves. My short boobs fit in the bottoms of the cups, but there is just way too much empty space on top for me to justify keeping this bra. They seemed set pretty close together, but at least 2 wire channels apart.
Two strips of that sticky stuff on each side along the tops of the band, but none on the bottom. I liked that. Sometimes strapless bras seem to pinch along the band because the top and bottom are both stuck with that sticky stuff.
Band was snug on me, but fastenable. Cups distorted slightly when band was pulled. I measured the stretched band with as little distortion as I could.
Fits well enough for me to wear a strapless! I haven't worn one in years because of breast size but this one is just a tiny bit too small I feel... I need a strap extender for the clasp and I might wear it more but overall it's gonna get the job done.
This was a desperation bra to give my shoulder a break. My Wacoal strapless is kind of a joke, way too small in the cup. It's hard (impossible) to find a perfect strapless bra when your boobs swing low....
Oh this bra makes me so sad. I wear tank tops all summer and hate my straps showing so I was so excited to order this bra. I just can't make it work though. I am full on bottom with very projected breasts. This bra does not have enough immediate projection so I have a good inch on the bottom that is empty no matter how much I scoop. This leaves a bit of quad boob on the top. My usual size is 32gg but this was almost half the price on sale in a 34g so I bought it in that ...size. I didn't expect this to be an issue as I did the sister sized the fantasie page and it fits good enough (not quite gore tacking but really close). I wear the fantasie 4510 and the fantasie Paige most of the time and although I don't completely fill the bottom they are still my favorite, most comfortable bras. But a whole inch on the bottom of empty space is just too much. I am so desperate for a racerback or j hook bra I'm honestly considering keeping it despite how horrible it fits. The gore on this one is a whole inch away from me. The band fits very large. I would probably do much better in a 30h but that doesn't exist, and really it won't solve the empty space on the bottom issue, so I guess I will give up on it and hope more companies come out with bras with j hooks. Fits well in all other areas other than being able to fill the cup. I wear a 34G in a Freya Deco for my other bras, and figured a similar style in the same size by a sister brand would fit similarly. I would need to go down at least a cupsize, maybe 2 for this bra to fit.
I tried this on in a cup size larger than I normally would because that's all they had in the store and I'm still experimenting with my size (34F/FF?) It was only a tiny bit larger in the cup (but pretty stretchy so it wasn't as supportive as my correct size) everywhere else fit pretty well. I kept trying to determine how it would look on me in a cup size smaller by pulling the straps or the band tighter. When I did this I noticed I didn't have gaping in the top of the cups (lace didn't lay completely flat against my chest, it just grazed it ...until I pulled the band tighter). I could've bought this bra but I think a cup size down is in order. The Latte colorway is really pretty by the way and the bra does appear to be more sheer than the stock photos would lead you to believe. I didn't even notice this was a side support bra until I came here to put in my review so that's a good thing, I loved how it pulled my breasts front and center, but still separated them instead of giving me crazy cleavage or having my breasts touch. I'm going to have to stalk this on ebay. Read more 106 more words
