This is a good, basic bra IF you aren't full on top. I don't find anything "balconette" about the shape; it's full coverage on me and comes up awfully high into the front of my underarms - but I am short.
The straps (as others have adequately noted) are pretty ugly but they are comfy. I find the 32H (red) a slightly better fit than the 34GG (black), which would indicate that it runs large in the band, but there is a little wrinkling at the bottom of the cup. I could not size down, though, because the cups would definitely cut into my upper breast ... fullness. I can just squeak by with the H as it is.
The shape is "fine" if you don't mind a little minimising. Nothing to write home about, but again, it's a basic. The seaming & lace trim along the top are nice & flat under clothing.
I would prefer it to be lined to prevent show-through, but I do appreciate the 3 hooks.
An additional note after wearing a few times: this bra has a break-in period. I've worn them a handful of times each, and they have been a little more comfy each time - particularly at the front of my armpits where they were most problematic in the beginning.
Final assessment: I'll keep it & I'll wear it regularly, but I wouldn't buy it again. It would be a great bra for someone taller or with a longer torso who had some migration to tackle.

How big is your ribcage? My ribcage is 26.5" and Bratabase is telling me that this bra will actually be too tight in the band.
I find that Freya bands are really stretchy, which is too bad because I love every other aspect of the bras. (Well, I do dislike that the GG+ styles differ from the
