I love this bra! It's cute, comfortable, and holds my breasts up high on my chest and I swear this makes it look like I lost a nice chunk of weight. I do have some puckering on the inside of the cups by the gore, but that could all just be its fit. Also, I have to constantly readjust because my breasts tend to slip out, but I'd say for now, it's all worth it.

This bra is very comfortable, and the shape it gives me is very good. I am happy to see Freya coming out with larger cups/smaller bands in moulded and plunge styles!
This bra fit well on the tightest hooks when it was new.

I wrote a more detailed story in my review of the regular freya deco in 28F. Unfortunately, between receiving a 28FF and deciding it was too small, then returning and exchanging for a 28F, my boobs seem to have grown while my underbust somehow shrank, making the 28F the wrong size! I decided to keep the 28F freya deco and freya hatty because they give rockin' cleavage and don't cause any other problems.... That being said!
In terms of want versus need, I probably didn't NEED the hatty. I wanted it! It is so, so gorgeous. The molded padded bras speak familiarity to me, as that's basically all I ... wore(along with anyone else in the ill-fitting bra world) before finding my correct size. Not only that, but the hatty is just a pretty color, has pinstripes and a cute button detail. What's not to love? It was light in enough in color to probably wear under light-er(read: not totally white) clothing.
As far as I can tell, the 28F hatty doesn't fit any differently than the 28F freya deco in black. It's a beautiful bra, well made, and can perhaps satisfy your desire for a truly fitting molded, padded bra!

The band is too loose for me and the cups are too hight for me (I think). It's always the same - plunges just aren't made for me.

I bought this at Nordstroms as my first properly fitting bra in my life. It's comfortable, cute, and it fits wonderfully. Right after I scoop I find that I get a tiny bit of quadboob on my fuller breast, but after everything settles in it's great. The only issue I have is related to the strap placement. I find that they are set a bit too wide for my very narrow shoulders, but better than say, a balconette style bra, and comfortable enough despite it.

This bra in 28 E was way too tall for me too. I have never had a plunge bra that was this small in the bottom and this tall and too open on top for me. IMO this bra was different than othrr plunges. I liked the Curvy Kate elegance in 28FF a lot better. The only reason I returned the CK Elegance is because it was a cup size too small.
