This is a very good t-shirt bra. It gives a great shape and becomes invisible underneath clothes.
The fabric is pretty nice and the padding is soft and comfy.
The shape is also great at pushing my breasts slightly inwards giving me more cleavage than other bras.
This bra has a pretty firm band. I am a solid 28 in other brands and even in other Freya bras but with this one the 30FF is actually pretty good.
I'm not sure if the cups fit me perfectly. It's harder to tell with moulded bras.

Deco bra is in my opinion very good and comfortable bra that can fit even though is a little bit small. I was at the beginning a little bit deceived thinking that the fit was good but after wearing it for one day I realized it was small (that’s why I couldn’t exchange it any more). I bought this bra in 30 FF and in 30 G but they are both small for me, I think that the best size would have been 30 GG. I decided to keep them because even though they are small I can steel wear them, and they are very comfortable.
The only thing is that it is not an everyday bra (at least for me) not because it is not comfortable but because it pushes your boobs in the center (too much for my taste) so I would say that it is a good bra for deep necklines.

Thought this bra was perfect when I first tried it on. However, once I scooped all of my side and back breast tissue in to the cups, I got quadboobs.

It's a good fit, but I wish it pushes the boobs closer, so I would look slimmer like my old Thai-edition wacoal but alas, wacoal doesn't make my new size of 30ff
The rounded shape does nothing to push things in, I feel like there are boobs too close to my arms still

This fit better than the 30F, I no longer have the problem of my boobs not having enough room in the cup under my armpits, but the cups were too big for me to properly fill and apparently I've gone down a band size without realizing it so I sent it back for a band size and cup size down to try again. I still think this is a great bra and want to see if I can make it work. I'm just not sure if it will end up being the right shaped bra for my boobs, but we'll find out if I can ever nail down my size properly.
The reason I'm trying to nail it down is that it provides a wonderful smooth line, low plunge in center for low necks, and FABULOUS cleavage. I like showing off the girls and this is a bra that will do that to full effect and I *think* with comfort too if it fits you well. It feels very supportive.

The place I ordered it from (link at end) says the bra comes in UK sizing, but when I entered it in the database I used the US sizing listed on the tag since that's where I'm from and what I prefer to go by. The US H is also listed as a UK FF, that may be the problem you are running in to trying to find it. So different names for the same size cup. I had thought that given that issue the site would list which country's measurement each bra was listed under, but it looks like it only does that when you enter it? If so that is a major flaw. I am sorry for the confusion. Here is where I got the bra and if you click on sizing there is a chart of the equivalencies. http://www.barenecessities.com/freya-deco-plunge-t-shirt-underwire-bra-4234_product.htm?pf_id=Freya4234&search=
Ah, I see now. But does the bra say US H and UK FF on its label? That's strange as Freya always uses the same cup for US and UK sizing. If so, then could you please edit the bra and enter those cups for US and UK? It is important so this bra is properly classified with the other FF cups. Thanks! :)
When you add the bra the screen should show different boxes for each country, then the sizes will get converted for the system you want, like this: http://www.bratabase.com/browse/freya/deco-4234/?system=EU
I've tried to click on it to add the sizes for every country on the band but I can't figure out how to get it to let me. And it won't let me delete the bra and re-add it. I don't know what to do.
Sent you a message to help :) - Thanks
I have this also in a 28G. The cup fit is the same. The band is a bit more loose, but still nice and snug. There are so many reviews on the Deco, that I doubt there's a lot more to be said. It's a great bra!

Extremely comfortable, right out of the box. Excellent support and cleavage, without making me feel like I'm in danger of falling out of the bra. The side wings are kind of tall, which makes it feel like it's riding up a little, but it actually anchors very well. I just have to remind myself that's the way it fits.
My only objection is that the straps are very wide. The bra looks great under clothes, but on its own the straps make it look frumpy. This isn't a problem limited to this bra, but an ongoing frustration. The straps are always significantly wider than the pictures on websites, and they're pretty industrial looking. I've never had strap discomfort with a bra that fits well, no matter how thick or thin the straps themselves are. These straps are very granny bra-ish. Why won't anyone make everyday full-busted bras with nice, thin, pretty straps?

After the 30G Freya Deco bra I bought was too big, I was excited to find the 30FF on sale.
Pros: I love the shape and support that the Freya Decos give while still being really comfortable. The cups of this bra fit just right but the band, as many reviews have noted, does come large. I fit mine on the tightest setting but figure it won't be hard to alter it in the future if it needs to be tightened. A 28G probably would have been the ideal fit for me.
From the looks of the quality, I'm guessing that this bra will last for a long time to come.
Cons: The cups are set just a tad far apart for me, but not enough to be a problem. The plunge style's upper cup line does show through t-shirts.

are you sure this is an H cup?
