I bought this bra for one reason. It's yellow. Not neon yellow... a nice, soft, lemon yellow, and there is a serious lack of yellow bras on the market that might fit someone with projection. I intentionally picked a 30 band because gateway backs tend to make me look like the Michelin man. I was hoping to avoid having 4 back rolls and this band accomplishes that while still staying secure on the middle hooks.

I've gathered from reviews of the Fancies padded half cup longline that it's a generally terrible bra with very flexible wires and zero projection. Thankfully I can report the ... unlined plunge version is much sturdier. I'm aware a lot of Freya plunges require a very specific shape and I expected this to wrinkle at the apex while cutting into my upper root but it really doesn't do that. In all honesty, this is one of my better technical fits which was a sweet surprise. It's not as comfortable as an Ewa or even a CK, but it is Freya and I didn't expect the world here. Very narrow wires, very good immediate depth. Very wide gore. I'm splayed and it's short so it doesn't bother me although if it was any taller it would and it would bother a lot of people who are close-set all the way to the IMF. The gateway back is fun and a little more delicate to look at so I've let it show with strappy back shirts without feeling like I'm telling the world HEY, HERE'S MY BRA BAND.

I know this bra, with its wide keyhole gore and single hook band, isn't gonna be everyone's cup of tea. But it satisfied my craving for a pastel yellow summery bra on the cheap via Amazon so I'll keep it around.

This was one of the 8 bras I tried in my first Amazon Prime Wardrobe Box! (Sadly, 8/8 did NOT fit)
Ok so, what the heck is up with the ONE HOOK CLASP for this bra? So stupid. I don't understand the reasoning for that, other than looks? I dunno, maybe I am weird, but I didn't feel like one hook would support me at all. I can't imagine what someone with larger breasts than I have would feel about this!
ANYWAYS! I ordered this bra in two different sizes and colors: this one was the cobalt color in 30G. I usually wear a 32G, but figured, what the heck? ... The 30G is Prime Wardrobe eligible, so I'll take a chance. This bra must have larger cups, because it fit me way better than the 32G did. This sorta feels more than a 32G to me, so maybe order down a cup size if you are thinking of trying it. (The actual 32G was LARGE in the cup and had a stretchy band.)
The bra itself is pretty cute. (EXCEPT THAT STUPID HOOK!) The wires are a bit too wide for me, though.

Really want to like this one. I love the light lace construction and the keyhole gore (though I’m ambivalent about the gateway back). And I love the shade of navy. The navy lace is great. I did order this one in a 28 band because it’s been a while since I’ve bought a Freya and I’d had word that the bands were stretchy and generous, so I didn’t know how low to go, given my measurements.

The band is definitely too tight, but so are the cups. Even though I have heard this is a good FOB style to try, and it has stretch lace a top thr ... top, the cup is digging/cutting into my tissue as if I was FOT or tall rooted, but I’m not. I’m generally average roots with even to FOB tendencies. So I don’t think the sister size 30E will work any better (and I did try and extender to see how that affected the cups...not significantly) and I think the 30F will fit better in thr cups, but I won’t be able to fill them out enough on top and I won’t have a good shape. Soooo, booo...

Part of me still wants to get this in a 30E and deal with the quadding because it’s a beautiful bra, but I have to accept that it is probably a shape mismatch and that Freya plunges, except for the Deco, aren’t for me. So I should probably avoid unless I find a really cheap one.

I’m trying to find my correct fit with freya, I have tried 30e which seemed slightly snug in the cup with the offbeat style. This one seems oddly pooled at the top of the bra. The fit doesn’t seem to do well with my breast type. Perhaps someone with more upper pole fullness may do better? Or maybe less upper fullness? I’m unsure as I thought I had upper fullness as I have augmented breasts. Freya

This was my first time trying on a 32FF after using the r/ABtF calculator. So far it's the best fitting bra I've tried on over the last month. I didn't buy it because I was sure about it and I don't like lace bras (sensory issues) but the lace is soft and stretchy, not stiff. I may try it again when Nordstrom isn't closing in 10 minutes.

For reference I've been wearing a 34DD Wacoal Smooth Sider and a Dream Tisha in a 36E. Both bands are a little too big, but their bands run tight afaik. The 34 Wacoal band is only a tiny bit too large ... on the smallest hooks, but the DD cups are hilariously small. The Dream Tisha band is too big on the smallest hooks and in general doesn't fit well, but I'm learning I'm the wrong shape for molded bras and am giving up on them.

You can see in photos that my right boob is at least a cup size smaller after two surgeries. I have an insert, but didn't have it the day I tried this 32FF Freya on. There are some wrinkles in the right cup especially at the top edge lace, but the left seems to fit okay. My nipple sits where the seams meet. Now that I'm looking at the side photo, I can't quite tell, but the bottom of the cup near the underwire may have a wrinkle. I can't tell if it's a shadow or not and I'm still confused about root width and if the the underwire is in my IMF correctly. I didn't know to look for that fit issue or to see if the underwire was sitting in my IMF. I'm not sure if the wires are wide enough. I have a lot of migrated soft tissue. I wish I'd had more idea of what to check for and which photos to take, like one from below might have helped.

I'm very full on bottom, inner full, projected, short root height, average root width or possibly a little wide. Boobs are soft, pendulous, and round. Separated by two finger widths.

I ordered this from amazon to try, knowing the return would be easy. My shape is narrow, even, projected with average-to-short roots, close-set with lots of upper-center fullness and soft, saggy breast tissue.
This bra felt pretty comfortable when I first put it on, but doesn't provide much support. The stretchy band and straps and stretch lace let my soft boobs just "hang out"; there is not much lift or shaping going on. However, it's not a total bra fail, as the fit is somewhat decent, and it's lightweight enough to wear in the hot summer. I don't like the pepto-bismol-pink colorway (Sweet Pea)

I LOVE the look of these bras, and they are comfy for lace! Sadly, they are not for me. This cut really accentuated the relatively small size difference between my breasts. It fit one near perfectly but had much wrinkling and empty space in the other which looks weird under clothing.
My take is that the wires were just too wide and deep U for me -IMF mismatch-and a little too closed off at the top for my shape (which I'm still trying to determine, tbh).
I think this bra may work well for those with wider/shorter roots than me, with even fullness and immediate projection.

Me: Average projection. Fuller on bottom. Slightly wider left breast (I suspect this breast is also 1-2 ml taller than my other breast). Maybe tall roots? Usually wear 28DD or 30D.

Great fit. Encompasses both breasts nicely. Although, there is slight quad boob on the right breast but barely noticeable. Perfect fit on my left breast. I'd say this bra fits me 95%, which is pretty good since my breasts aren't 100% exactly the same. Comfortable bra and doesn't dig into my chest at all. Coral is a nice color, too.

I'm not fond of unlined bras but I bought this one as kind of a bra experiment. Maybe I dreamed it but I had read somewhere that this bra had good support for larger breasts. I liked the gateway back and low gore. It was also on sale and very inexpensive, I think $19.99. It is a smaller size then I usually buy but Freya bands are often too big for me.

It mostly fits. There is a tiny bit of wrinkling in the cups which is very visible under tops. There might be some support but no lift. I've tried to wear it a couple of times but I hate the fit and appearance. So it is off to the reject pile!

I knew this wasn't going to work for me. I've got a Fancies balcony in 32H which I've ended up liking a lot more than I thought I would, but I'm still pretty salty that all the cute details of the Fancies line (keyhole gore, cage style band, ultra-sheer cups, a billion more color choices) stop at a G cup, so I figured I'd sister size into it to see what I was missing.

For only one hook, the band was surprisingly comfortable, and didn't ride up as much as I expected (I had it on the tightest hooks and it was still admittedly too loose). I love the ... design, and all the aforementioned details. I was surprised at how small in the cup this ended up being on me, I've got a lot of quadding and the gore is nowhere near tacking, The shape is round, though I'm not getting enough lift for my tastes (which might not be reflective of the bra itself since I'm so far off from my true size). I'm disappointed, though not surprised, that this is a pretty terrible fit for me.
