    Fits

I could just get away with this bra if I wanted to because it fit my 28DD bust mostly fine, but there was one issue that prevented me keeping it. My bottom heavy breasts felt compressed in the bottom of the cups, which upon examination, is cut quite sharply (rather than being rounded) in the 30D. I think they were getting squished upwards too much. I tried the 30DD and that felt like a better fit in the bottom of the cup, but the upper cup was gaping. Possibly a symptom of these not being cut quite wide and shallow enough for my shape. I find the Freya padded half cups more comfortable!

I tried the 30DD instead of my usual 30D because the latter was squishing my bottom heavy breasts uncomfortably in the bottom of the cups. The 30DD felt like a better fit in the bottom of the cup, but the upper cup was gaping. Possibly a symptom of these not being cut quite wide and shallow enough for my shape. I find the Freya padded half cups more comfortable!

I am a fairly even and projected breast shape. I have average-to-narrow roots with a slight omega shape. My best fitting bra is a Cleo Lily in 30G.

This bra would be good for someone with a shallower shape, I think, but it's not *quite* an ideal size for me and I don't feel comfortable making any more assertions than that. It does seem to run large in the cups, hence why I sized down in it, and is true to size in the band - it isn't nearly so stretchy as most Freya bras.

I think this bra would work better one cup size up and one ... band size down for me, as I get some overspill when I swoop&scoop aggressively. The band fits very well if I put it on the last set of hooks (of which there are only two! Why would you only have two sets of hooks, Freya?).

I definitely have a soft spot for the aesthetics of this longline, however. The lilac colour is soft and easy on the eyes, the bird design is subtle and delicate, and, unlike other longlines I've tried, I haven't had issues with the lace under the cups rolling up.

  5. It's super cute! I like longlines though it's not always comfortable. The bra fits true to side but runs smaler then unpadded Cleosin 32G. Now I've lost some weight and my unpadded bras became too big while the padded ones, including this Freya fit pretty good. I also suppose that I'm too soft for Freya because I spill out of the centre in this bra as well as in Decos. Now after my weight loss it fits better

This bra is really beautiful but it just doesn't fit me very well. It's better suited for someone who is fuller on bottom, and I've gained a couple of cup sizes since I purchased this.

  7. @amblnc38 this is the bra!

This bra is so so pretty! But, Freya's longlines DO NOT work for me. They are not projected enough, and the placement of the straps are too far apart. I'm sad it doesn't work with me https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_sad.gif" alt=":(" /> it's so soft and pretty!

  8. The band is a little loose, but if I tighten it, it stays in place much better! I have a little tummy and the front of the longline section tends to ride up under my front underwires. Cute bra and encloses my breasts well.

    Didn't fit

I have this bra in a 28F that was just a tad too small. I was getting quad boob. The 28FF fits better in the cups, it's just that they are too wide for my narrow frame and the straps don't adjust short enough. The lift it gives it great! The extra support from the longline really pushes the boobs up. I've read somewhere else that it's like those pirate wench corset dresses in how it pushes you up, and it's pretty darn close. I'm tempted to keep it just for that and suffer through the rubbing to achieve that look. Beautiful bra, I adore the pattern. The fabric is soft. The band seems a little loose, as I have to use the tightest hooks right away.. and there's only two rows of hooks so, the bra wouldn't last long for me. I've been wanting the bra forEVER in a 28FF, thinking it would solve all my problems with it, but sadly, it doesn't work. I think I'll have to say goodbye to this beautiful bra.

I received this bra in an exchange with another bratabase user, and it's great! The gore doesn't tack, but it has been altered a little so it may be due to that. However, the alterations took in the gore and added some boning to the front, and both are good alterations. The cups are nicely narrow and actually hit me at the right spot, giving me a very front and centered look that I like a lot. The width of the band is also slimming as any bits of flesh that normally bulge are completely eliminated. The band is very stretchy and comfortable - not constricting at all ... like I thought a longline might be. It is difficult to clip all the hooks behind my back, though.
The cups are a little bit too open or something, they seem like they jut out a little bit at the top edge, but the whole thing also seems to slide down a little bit. It might be because I had to loosen the straps a lot to make sure they didn't pull the slide slings (I guess?) awkwardly creating a weird shape on the side of my breasts.
Overall, a really nice bra that's extremely comfortable and looks great.
