Just got this bra in the mail today, and it fits like a glove. My boobs are completely encased in it, even on the sides, which I've never had before, and the gore tacks and stays put, even while doing jumping jacks!
The only downsides that I've managed to find are that the straps are slightly too far apart, making them almost rub against my shoulder blades? But it's honestly nothing that you really notice while wearing it, unless you're being picky, especially since I have narrower shoulders than most. It's also slightly itchy right now on the center gore, but I imagine that's only because I haven't washed it yet, and I don't think it has been.

While this bra ended up being too big for me overall, I was really impressed by the length of the straps. I think this is the first bra I've found that I haven't had to loosen them as far as they'll go. The band was really loose on me combined with this cup size. Sizing down helped, although I had too many other shape-related issues with every size I tried in the Patsy. Being full on bottom rather than top as well as requiring narrower wires, I couldn't make it work for me.

This is the second Patsy I tried, after finding the 30 band to run extremely loose. I'm not FOT enough for this bra, as evidenced by gapping at the top of the cups, and by the fact that my nipples sit so high that one of them is slightly exposed. Wires are quite wide for me, resulting in wrinkling along the outsides and even a little into the bottom of the fabric. The gore pulls a little toward my larger breast, and overlaps the breast tissue (no surprise there, since I am very close-set, and this is an issue with all bras I've tried).
Without being able to fill out the top of the cups, the lace section ends up looking very bulky beneath clothing. If you can fill it out, it's a really attractive bra!

On my long and fruitless quest for a Patsy that fits, the 30D came the closest (I'm usually more of a 30DD/E). The wires were still too wide, but also slightly sitting on top of my breast tissue at the bottom toward the inside of the cups. There was some barely noticeable quad boob near the gore (I am slightly splayed with more tissue toward the enter of my chest). I am FOB, and gapping at the top of the cups was a trend for me in this bra. In this size, my larger breast looked perfect but I had a major nipple exposure issue with the smaller one. In general, my nipples are positioned way too high in this bra, and in this size, the one in question was high enough in the cup that it was half visible and pushing the fabric away from my breast. I can't imagine what would happen if I tried to wear this all day.

This isn't my usual size, and was definitely too small for me. I am also definitely not full on top.
I really wanted to make Patsy work for me so I ended up trying on a bunch of them. The conclusion: Shape incompatibility. I estimate my usual size to be somewhere between a 30DD and 30E, but tried the 28DD due to the large-running band size, wide wires, and the gapping I experienced in larger cup sizes. Oh the hilarity... who knew quad boob could start *below* the nipple? They weren't even covered after a proper scoop and swoop.
