I am pleasantly surprised by the band of this longline. As somebody who usually wears 28 bands (and loves longlines), I daresay that I almost don't have to alter it. Unfortunately, I have soon become a sub 28 band (26.5" now) and the 30 band is really unacceptable. I recommend this to 29" and maybe 28".
The print is lovely. I imagine a goth princess, an antique dress collector, or even a Japanese lolita trend-follower wearing this longline - definitely a crowdpleaser. The color scheme and the floral is not tacky in any way (I am very sensitive to things like that). The ... fabric is soft and the powermesh sides are nice and firm.. Even more firm than the same size in a Freya Carys longline.
The back band closes in 2 rows of 6 hooks. I must admit, the 2 rows does leave more to be wanted, but I feel like the firmness of the band makes up for this.
The vertical seaming on the cup is wonderful for full on top/shallows and, to me, the Freya padded halfcup style is unrivaled by the Freya unpadded balconette styles. (However, I did briefly try the Freya Ginny and I can't say the same about the diagonal seam on that padded halfcup).
*** Also, the straps aren't the traditional ugly Freya straps. They match the pattern on the bra body and they're smooth and thin with a slight padding - very comfortable and don't dig in!

Freya bands run large (as do Curvy Kate bands). You may find that you fit best into a 30 band in most brands but 28 in Freya and Curvy Kate.
