I'm not totally sure if this bra is the wrong cup size or the wrong style for me or both. I don't think this bra is suited for full on bottom or for boobs that do not lay naturally towards the center. The fabric is pretty thin and see-through.

Hm.. I believe my breasts to be too shallow for this shape. There are wrinkles in the apex of the bra, but the top edge cuts into my tissue (muffin boob). Also, I feel as if the cups force my very centrally-located breasts down at the top and pushes the tissue out to the sides (armpit boob). Not very pretty.

The material is very beautiful though! If I had enough patience and sewing skills, I would alter it to make it fit (more open on top and less depth), but alas...

Doesn't fit at all. Size feels correct but shape most definitely doesn't. Not for shallow breasts.

Firstly: I like my bras to sit tight and firm in the day and get rid of them while I'm slacking. This is absolutely no slacking bra. Instead it's a bra that's really steady and gives a lot of support.

My shoulders are sloping and the band does not come off.

There are almost no stretch before wearing them a year or two. To me they fit like they were customized for updressing.

  5. This is one of the few plunge style bras that I can wear. It dips really low in the center gore but the cups top edge are quite vertical and give good coverage so they hold my breasts up and enclose them completely - nothing falls out the center.

The Pollyanna has fairly stretchy lace in the upper cups and I find that it fits snuggly. The band is nice and stretchy and snug in a 30. It's a true fit, and a bit forgiving with a bit of stretch built in.

I find it a bit difficult to fill out the very high cups up near the underarm - but this is true of all plunge styles on me as I don't carry breast tissue up near my underarms at all!

  6. This is my favorite Freya style of the 4 that I own. I was surprised that the lace is not scratchy at all, the straps are softer than usual, & the cut of the cup is a bit fuller than the other plunges - kind of between that & a balcony, like a true 3/4 cup.

The wires are short at the sides - which I personally love, as I hate too-long wires that scrape under my arms (I'm looking at you, Panache). The cups are a little more generous than most Freyas & of course the band runs larger. I usually end up wishing I'd bought a ... 36G, as with the 38FF I always start out on the middle hook. But that size wasn't on eBay for a steal. So.

I have it black, which has a lovely periwinkle blue subtle pattern across the bottom cups & little rosettes at the gore. I wore this all day in comfort, as the cups are a lot broader than the balcony style Antoinette I have, & the material is far softer than the embroidered Mischa.

This is a great bra, but I think I need a 34F instead of a 32F. The styling is beautiful, very feminine. It is supportive, but the actual underwires are not long enough...they don't come up as far as they should, they stop mid boob on the outer side. I do like this bra, so I will be ordering one in the larger size. One more note... the band size is a little smaller than average, so keep this in mind when sizing.

  8. I like this bra, it's very pretty and very comfortable. There is just the teensiest bit of wrinkling at the top of the cups, they are maybe 1/8 of a size too big for me, and I had to start wearing it on the tightest hook (even then it was not exactly a snug fit) so I would say the band size might be off by an entire size. I have it in black with bluish-grayish flowers... it doesn't really look that nice to me in the lighter colors without the contrast.

How is this only an F (DDDD) size cup but it has such a large cup depth? 9.8" would be more in line with a DDDDD size.

I like the look (got it in black) but sadly, such a type of balconette (unpadded) is not the right style for my breasts (it always digs in).
The band still feels very tight, so it didn't stretch out much. I think, it's a bit itchy, so not very comfortable.

Both the band and the cup on this bra seem to run a little small. In addition, this may be due to the improper fit, but the cup material seems quite flimsy - it's not really up to the task of holding the girls up. The perhaps overly-stretchy straps and thinner back band combine to make this a bra that, for me, pinches and lets me jiggle all at the same time - not the best look.
