I was practically swimming in the cups of the 30E despite a pretty decent wire width for my proportions, and a very snug band. It wanted to sit really low on my ribcage as well, which leads me to suspect that this bra is not shape-compatible with my breasts.Having tried it on in a 28E that gaped at the top as well, I'm reasonably certain that sizing down in the cups won't work here.

band is comfortable but I am able to take up about 2 inches. This is even true with the band hooked on the tightest hook.

All photos were taken with the band hooked on the tightest hook

i do fill bottom and sides of cups but still have wrinkles/gapping at top of cup. its weird, with as much gaping as I feel I have in the top of the cups, I don't "fall out" when bent over and really shake breasts in the cup(maybe I am close to finding a style/size???)

Really strange, but it seems to minimize my breasts, as I measure 39" with this bra on and 40" without a bra.

I really love this bra. just wish it fit a little better

I'm normally a 30 band, but tried this out thinking it might be as loose as the Patsy half cup bra was. Ouch. Way too tight- it ended up sitting very low on my ribcage as a result. Cups were too deep for my breasts as well.

I sized down in the band after trying on the Pasty half cups thinking it would be similarly large in this style, but it wasn't. I was able to clasp it on the loosest hooks, but the bra was definitely too tight for me in this size. The cups were too big overall for my breasts, as well as being a bit too projected. I was able to fill the bottom of the cups reasonably well despite a few wrinkles, but while the lace along the top edge lay flat against my breasts (I even got a tiny bit of quad boob with a deep inhale), there was a lot of empty space in between.

The wire width is perfect, like another freya 28ff I have. The band feels slightly more snug compared to other 28s. It seems significantly tighter than their 30 bands. The projection is way too much, and the top of the cup is baggy.

This would be perfect if it were a halfcup and slightly padded, like the other Erin.

As far as my boobs go, they have a really.wide root, especially in comparison to my frame. The start under the center of my armpit. They also sit a bit lower on my frame, probably a little.iver an inch above the medial part of my ribcage. They're not too shallow, and they are self supporting.

Overall, not a good fit, but the wires are perfect.

This bra is soft and comfy even when it doesn't fit perfectly. The cup is slightly pointy and projected rather than shallow. Half adjustable straps that are thick and comfy.

The straps are a little too wide set and don't adjust quite short enough for me. I also get a gap in band the behind the cup both in the 30 and the 32 band, which I take as a deal breaker. My shoulders are quite narrow and this bra was clearly made for someone with a different type of frame.

Far too projected for me, unfortunately. I was hoping this would be a better fit after trying on the Patsy half cup (which was too open on top) in a multitude of sizes, but it wasn't meant to be. The good news is that this bra's straps are perfectly placed for my shoulders, and have lots of room for length adjustment. Also in the good news category: the lace edge along the top of the cup lays nearly flat against my breasts with minimal gaping. The bad news is the ridiculous amount of empty space just below it. Although most of the emptiness is above the nipple, there's some wrinkling even on the lower half of the cups, and the wires are also a bit wide. I might try sizing down to a 30D before I give up completely.

Band fits nice and snug and the cups lay flat across my chest... if the straps are loose enough. However the wires sit on top of some of my breast tissue towards the sides making this very uncomfortable.

I originally tried this in a 34E but I had forgotten how stretchy Freya apparently is. So I got a 32F this time. Unfortunately, the band is still too big. I need to be on the tightest hook and the straps yanked up really short in order to fill the cup. So it's possible that I might need to size down in the cup if I stick with a 32 band. Looking at the measurements for 30 bands, I don't think that'd be very comfortable for me.

So with it on the tightest hook: it still wrinkles just a little near the center seam in the cups. But ... the wrinkling is tolerable. The gore sits flat but the wires poke just slightly at the top, and the fabric at the gore pushes very firmly against my sternum which I find more uncomfortable than the wire poking. I get some major side, armpit, and back flab going on with this bra.

It's a really pretty bra and my husband likes it, so I may try it in a 32E to see if it resolves some of the issues I'm having with it. I suspect it won't, but it's worth a try at least.

This is the cutest bra I've ever tried on! It has just about everything I want in a bra design-wise-- finally, something a little more age-appropriate. I'm tired of beige tents. The pattern is adorable. Anyway, end rant, ahem.
Everything is smooth and not at all itchy. The straps are long enough and don't dig in. Again, design-wise, it's adorable. The band is nice and thick. Good things all around.
I want this to fit SO desperately but I don't think it does. There's a lot of wrinking in the cup, especially at the top, something I have problems with VERY often. I think the straps are also too wide-set for me, though because they themselves are so wide, they're super comfortable. I'm stuck between returning and altering this one.

Again, even in a better size, I have gapping along the top side of the cup. I have to tighten the straps quite a bit to get rid of the gapping but then I start to fall out in the center.

I don't think this bra is quite right for my shape, but the molded cups look fine under clothes. The band is very very tight. I measure 25.5" snugly, and I find the loosest hook to be very constricting. I am sure that it will feel better after I break it in. I'll have to wear this bra out to get a good opinion on it. I'm worried, because it feels like it will wander downwards after a while.

I measure to a sister size of between 28D/DD. I know a lot of comments say to size down but I think I would be quadboobing out of ... a 28D. The 28DD has the right volume for my (larger) breast, but the wires are too wide and the gore doesn't tack. I think the shape is too shallow for me, but I'm not 100% sure. When I bend the wire to a narrower shape it's better, but I get a little gapping in the top center.

This is not THE strapless for me, but it works well enough that I'll keep it.

I've unwisely tried the Deco Plunge and another Freya plunge balcony and they were just disastrous on me, so I was apprehensive about trying another Freya. However, I'd heard great things about the strapless version, so when I found a gently used one for a great price, I went for it.

I have full-on-top breasts with average projection and prefer firm/true 28s. This bra fits me PERFECTLY and looks fantastic under clothing; I don't get any bulging or lines showing. If you're in the market for a strapless bra and even if Freya has universally failed you, I'd really recommend giving this a try.

  15. Tabitha Plunge Balcony Bra (1201)

The cups are too big for me (I'm typically a 30G), but I can make do with tightening the straps. I'm not going to comment on the technical aspects of the fit because I don't have the right size.
The bra is super comfortable though- it's my go to period bra for when my boobs are swelling and I just want to be comfy. The straps do rub my armpits slightly but not as much as my Cleo Lucy.

Just got this bra in the mail today, and it fits like a glove. My boobs are completely encased in it, even on the sides, which I've never had before, and the gore tacks and stays put, even while doing jumping jacks!

The only downsides that I've managed to find are that the straps are slightly too far apart, making them almost rub against my shoulder blades? But it's honestly nothing that you really notice while wearing it, unless you're being picky, especially since I have narrower shoulders than most. It's also slightly itchy right now on the center gore, but I imagine that's only because I haven't washed it yet, and I don't think it has been.

  17. Marvel Side Panel Bra (1501)

I was surprised at how much I liked this bra. Usually Freya unpadded bras give me an odd pointy shape, but the side panels on this really work to round everything out.
Certainly not the prettiest bra ever, the straps are very thick and the white mesh trip along the top of the cups shows through white t-shirts.
However it is very comfortable, I never have to readjust this one and often forget I have a bra on!

I was sort of in between sizes, but the 30G was too big, so I chose the 30FF. I do get a little cutting in along the top when I move my arms around, but I'm glad I went with the smaller size. The band is nowhere near as firm as the Cleo unpadded bras, but it does stay in place.

Great everyday bra, nothing pretty, but gives a great shape under clothing.

I bought this bra in sister size, I altered it to the 28F I need.

ETA 1. I got matching undies, shorts and briefs, all in size M. I normally wear M, and my hips measure about 96 cm max. The briefs are a good fit but the shorts feel a bit big! They stay on but somehow they feel more stretchy and I think I could´ve got away with S.

  20. Deco Honey Moulded Plunge Bra (1254)

OMG!! I will join the Deco fan club =)

This is a simple bra, no excess decorations. Just a plain t-shirt bra.

It gives a rounded and lifted look and quite a cleavage (it doesn´t show right in my pics). I usually need normal - wider wires and now the wires are just and just acceptable. If they were one bit narrower, deco wouldn´t work for me.

Straps adjust all the way and are quite wide. They do have this little lace-kind-of-a-thing on one side which I like. The band felt good and snug. 28 is perfect for me and closes to the loosest hooks. My underbust measures 26-27 comfortably tight.

Some ... say Deco Honey runs big in the cups. I don´t know about that, I concider 28F the usual size for me. This bra was very comfortable to wear all day and it looks soooooo good https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" />

ETA 2. My boobs have changed shape, and there´s now some slight quadboob, especially in the center. It appears right after I put the bra on and disappears during the day. Maybe my boobs don´t stay in the cups all day long... Anyway I don´t think sizing up would work, the quadboob is so minor.
