I love this bra (even though it is now too big). Like the regular Deco, it does run a bit large in band and cup, although the band might only really be an issue if you're on the smaller side of a band size. Right now, even though the cups are too big, I'm 27.5" around the ribcage, and the back feels perfect on the second hooks (I think in the right cup size, though, it would be fine on the loosest). The only thing I would warn anyone about is this bra might not work for bottom-heavy breasts, as there is a lot of room on ...top, and it can easily gape along the top edges anywhere someone isn't very "full".
I have the Deco Honey in "Firecracker," and it is an orange-y red that I usually don't like against my skin, but in a bra it isn't too overpowering. The wings and band are covered with a patterned overlay, which makes it a bit more "interesting" than the standard Decos, and I do prefer the button details between the cups to the ribbon. When I needed a 28GG, this was perfect, even if the band was stretchier than a lot of 28's I own. It is now too big in the cups, even though the band fits perfectly. Like the regular Deco, it runs a bit big in cup and band. The stripes do show through very thin t-shirts, but I guess that is only a problem if, like me, that's all you really wear in the summer https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":-)" />.
When this first came out, I was thrilled with it; it was comfortable and the plunge was low enough to get some great cleavage under v-neck tops. Since then I've lose some weight, and I could really use a 28G. Like any Deco, it does run large in band and cup. Because a lot of my density is in the bottom of my breasts, it is also hard for me not to get gaping at the top edges.
This bra is the right shape for my breasts, but it isn't the right size and the band is too big. I use it the most, though, because it fits the best out of my bras.
This bra is wireless, so I'm pretty sure there is no possible way for the gore to lie flat. The cups are very shallow at the bottom, but perhaps that is how it is supposed to give you cleavage. The band actually seems to feel firmer than any other Freya bra I have tried. I feel a little bit "bouncy" when wearing this, but it's comfortable and works well as a T-shirt bra, although doesn't provide the best support for someone with projection.
I like the moulded cups but they are one size too big - they gape a little bit, but I can still wear it if I need to. The band is on the tight side for me and where the cup and band/wing meet is a little too tall for me. It's a really nice bra, and I would consider trying a 32FF to see if it is any better.
I wish this bra did a better job holding in my armpit fat, but other than that, I like it a lot and it's a great profile under clothes. There was a bit of quadboobage when I first put it on, but once everything settled into the molded cups, it was a smooth line. I have also tried the 30E and 30F, but the bands were too big, the 30E wires dug and the 30F rode up too high into my armpits. The 28FF seems to be the best fit of the three.
Band is tooooooo tight, but otherwise it's very comfy. Fits everything and nothing spilled out from the sides. I hope it will stretch out a bit to make the band comfier.
This bra is a great fit for me, and as someone who has shallow breasts I definitely like how it fits compared to the full cup styles. The band is snug on the tightest hooks and the straps are a little on wide side, but that works for me since I have wider shoulders.
A regular nude Deco in 30E made me want to cry, but this colorway is angels holding up my boobies. WTH, boobs? Get it together, girls! Anyway, love this bra! Went to the Nordstrom Rack bra clearance sale a week after it started. I was sure everything good would be gone. But lo and behold, this treasure awaited me! As per the conventional wisdom with Freya Deco cuts, 30E fit me well (in most other brands I take 32E). Did I mention I love this bra? I love the fabric (it seems to me that something called Deco should look, well, art deco). I got the charcoal and green colorway instead of the black and brown. I like the greater contrast. So far, it is very comfortable. Yay! I found a Deco that works for me! Happy dance! https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_mrgreen.gif" alt=":D" />
Even prettier than I thought it would be. It fits my larger left side pretty well, but is wrinkly on my smaller right side. Unfortunately, the band is way too big, and I have to put it on the 3rd set of hooks right away. This is my first Freya, so I'm a little bummed. But I'm sure it's nothing shortening the band won't fix once it stretches too much.
Update: After tissue migration, there is a little quadboob, and it no longer feels supportive. https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_sad.gif" alt=":(" />
Nice bra. Fabric is soft and doens't feel scratchy. It doesn't poke but it's a bit too small for me now and I need a 30E now. Band feels comfortable and doesn't feel to tight. The bra gives a great shape.
I love the Deco. I tried the 28GG one and it was way too big in the cups. This one is still a bit big in the cups, but that's because I think I have short boobs. Best bra ever. Great shape and REALLY lifts your boobs. I'm going to see if I can get my hands on the 28F.
I love this bra. The material feels flimsy because I'm used to more substantial padded cups, but I don't really worry about nipping. The wide band is super comfortable. I get amazing uplift and support even though the band feels very loose compared to my other 28 bands. My only fitting complaint is that the wires are super wide on me, but it's not a dealbreaker. It's also really shallow for a Freya. I normally fit the 28E, but I got it in this size so I would have something comfortable and pretty that doesn't quad for that part of the month when I'm otherwise miserable.
I think the cups run a tiny bit larger than my Cleos, and it gives me a somewhat pointy shape (I'm not sure why, since all the other pictures I've seen it's a really rounded bra.) That said, I love the look, and the long line band stays put and is comfortable all day.
This comes really close to fitting, and it will fit well on days when my boobs are a bit bigger, but I have it marked as not fitting since it's a bit large on most days. I love the color though.
Would I recommend this bra to a friend with similar boobs? No, because the shape in general isn't right for my or their boobs. If you have pendulous FoB boobs like I do, I'd move right along. I was told this bra would work well for shallow boobs, but since I don't have them, I wouldn't know. It is a beautiful bra though, and the straps and band are comfortable. It's also super pretty and the slightly lined cups would, I imagine, give a beautiful shape. It's totally new, with tags, and only worn to try on.
