I originally bought this for my mom to try on, it was too small for her. I tried it on and it fit on my bigger side in the cup, but the wires are too wide for me. The gore is way high and digs into my sternum it left a sore red mark for a few days. Also the band was a little loose for me. I also, I don't like the how much it separates my breasts.

I thought this bra was quite ugly and built for a taller (or lower-chested) woman. The cups themselves came up to my collar bones despite being at least a size too small, and the underwire dug into my arm pits. I don't think I would recommend this thing to anyone - especially anyone under the age of 50.
This bra was measured new and unworn.

All the issues in my review of the 38H size of this bra still stand. This size was closer to my true size, but the underwires came up even higher and were uncomfortable. I hated the pointy shape it seemed to give and that it showed in the arm and neck holes of my clothing. This bra is dead to me.

This bra is amazing. I feel so secure wearing it. Unfortunately I've lost weight and so the bra is no longer fitting me properly, but I highly recommend this bra for bottom heavy boobs. I doubt this bra would work for top full boobs as it is very full coverage for the entire breast.

Incredibly comfortable. Feels like I'm not wearing a bra, but I'm still fully supported.

This size was my attempt to get a bigger cup size, knowing that the band would be definitely too big (since it doesn't come in 34O/34K, I have it in 34N/34JJ and think I need a bigger cup). I figured if the cups fit well, I could tighten up the band and maybe it would work well enough.
Yeah, not so much. The cups still don't fit quite right and I have to adjust the straps all the way tight, and then the slider doesn't stay.

thanks for the suggestion, I did actually try the Caitlyn (http://bra.pe/Rez/) I tried a 34JJ and a 34K and neither really seemed right. Maybe it would fit differently in a different color or something. At least it comes in a 34 band, though.! I really need a 32, but could settle for a 34. (part of why I was willing to try an alteration on the Kiera is that it's so cheap! Caitlyn is a lot more)
How was the Panache Tango II Balc. in 32K? You didn't set a fit on that bra. That is the closest thing in fit and size to the Keira in 34JJ. Did the wires poke you? Other issues?
If the wires of the Tango were poking you, you could give the Fantasie Kara Fullcup in 34K or 32K a shot.
This is a very comfortable basic bra. Great for everyday wear. Love the side support panel.
It is much better at staying out of necklines/armholes than my Panache bras.
This particular one fits me better than the one I have in fawn, but I don't know if that's because the colors are actually different or if this one is just less stretched out since I have worn it less.
Please see my review of this bra in fawn for more details.

This is a very comfortable every day bra. Certainly nothing fancy, but it's a good basic bra, if you fit its size range.
It has smooth satin 4 section cups (one is a side support panel, one of my favorite features of this bra) with a small amount of soft mesh along the top of the cups. The top edge of the cup is somewhat stretchy.
My boobs do have a tendency to migrate over the top edges of the cups, especially on "bigger" days, but I am able to pull the entirety of my breast tissue into the cup, and it stays better when I remember to tighten ... the straps.
The band is a stretchy mesh. I would prefer it to be less stretchy, although it is very comfortable.
It gives a rounded, somewhat low shape. Relatively unobtrusive under clothing, although the seems do sometimes show. The back, sides, and center gore do a moderately good job of staying out of the way of necklines (certainly much better than my Panache bras).
I really need this bra in one band size smaller/one cup size bigger, but that doesn't exist, so I'm making do with what they do have, since the bra is so comfortable.

Bra seems pretty comfortable in band, but cups feel tight and underwire digs in under my arms and into my ribcage. I can only wear it about 4 hours, but that's longer than most.

The Elomi Caitlyn does come in a 36K and the cut is similar enough to the Keira that it is worth a shot IMO. On the Caitlyn the cups are deeper though and for this reason I can take the Caitlyn one cupsize down from the Keira.
